At present, in some application scenarios, when a user wants to achieve a certain purpose through the internet, the user generally needs to submit relevant materials to a corresponding server, and the server can provide corresponding services to the user to achieve the purpose of the user under the condition that the materials are verified to be correct. For example, in a typical claim settlement scenario, when a user wants to apply for a claim through the internet, the server may submit materials related to the claim settlement to the server for claim settlement, and after receiving the materials submitted by the user, the server may verify the materials and provide a claim settlement service for the user if the materials are verified to be correct.
In practical applications, the materials that the user needs to submit are usually many, and in such a case, the user often wants that the server can quickly verify the submitted materials. However, there is currently a lack of an effective solution to achieve the above objectives.

At present, when a server side verifies user materials, the materials submitted by a user are generally verified uniformly after the user submits the materials. Specifically, the image recognition can be performed on the materials submitted by the user uniformly, and whether the materials submitted by the user are correct is judged, for example, whether the types of the materials meet the requirements, whether the materials include necessary signatures or stamps, and the like. However, in practical applications, when the unified verification is performed on the materials submitted by the user, it takes a relatively long time, and particularly, when the number of the materials to be submitted by the user is large, the user materials cannot be quickly verified.
For a user, generally, after a server checks materials submitted by the user, if the materials submitted by the user are wrong, the server needs to remind the user to submit the materials again; if the materials submitted by the user are correct, the user can be reminded that the submitted materials are correct without re-submitting the materials. In this case, if the user needs to wait for a long time after submitting the user material to know whether the uploaded material is correct, the user experience is also affected to a certain extent.
In order to solve the above technical problems, embodiments of the present specification provide a method and an apparatus for verifying a user material, where an identification process of multiple user materials is advanced to a stage of uploading the user materials, that is, before a user submits the multiple user materials, identification results of the multiple user materials are obtained by identifying and caching, and after the user submits the multiple user materials, the cached identification results can be directly obtained and verified, so that time required for verification can be saved, and a purpose of quickly verifying the user materials is achieved; in addition, in the process of uploading the user materials by the user, the materials uploaded by the user are identified in an asynchronous mode, so that the uploading of other user materials by the user is not influenced.
It should be noted that an application scenario in the embodiment of this specification may be a scenario in which a user submits a user material to a server through the internet, so that the server provides a corresponding service for the user after the user material is verified, which is not illustrated here.
In an exemplary embodiment, the scenario may be a claim settlement scenario, in which a user may submit a plurality of user materials related to a claim to a server for performing the claim settlement, and the server, after receiving the plurality of user materials submitted by the user, may verify the materials and perform the claim settlement on the user if the materials submitted by the user are determined to be correct. For ease of understanding, the following embodiments of the present specification may be described by taking a claim scenario as an example.

In this embodiment, when the server performs image recognition on the target user material in an asynchronous manner, the material type of the target user material can be recognized. Specifically, the server may identify the material type of the target user material by using at least one of the following methods:

a classification model may be trained in advance based on different types of sample material (including pictures), which may be used to identify the material type of the user material.
When the server side identifies the target user material by pictures, a classification model obtained by pre-training can be obtained, the target user material is used as the input of the classification model, and the material type of the target user material can be output based on the classification model.
In practical applications, it is preferable to perform image recognition on the target user material by using the above two methods at the same time, and determine the material type of the target user material based on the recognition result.
In this embodiment, when the server performs image recognition on the target user material in an asynchronous manner, it may also recognize whether key information in the target user material is obtained, where the key information may include at least one of a stamp and a signature, and the stamp and the signature may be used to prove the credibility of the target user material. The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the server side can obtain sample materials including key information and sample materials not including the key information in advance, and obtain a recognition model based on the materials in a training mode, wherein the recognition model can be used for recognizing whether the user materials include the key information or not.
When the server side identifies the target user material, the identification model obtained through pre-training can be obtained, the target user material is used as the input of the identification model, and whether the target user material comprises key information or not can be determined based on the identification model.
In summary, when the server performs picture recognition on the target user material, the recognition result may include at least one of the following information: a material type of the target user material, whether the target user material is related to the key information. This embodiment may be described by taking an example in which the identification result includes the material type of the target user material and whether the target user material is related to the key information.
S104: and caching the identification result of the target user material.
In S104, after the server identifies the identification result of the target user material, the identification result of the target user material may be cached in the server.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the server to obtain the recognition result of the target user material in the subsequent process, when the server caches the recognition result of the target user material, the server may determine the material identifier of the target user material, and cache the recognition result of the target user material according to the material identifier, that is, cache the material identifier and the recognition result of the target user material correspondingly. If the material types of the plurality of user materials include the target material type and the key information in the plurality of user materials includes the target key information, S209 may be executed; on the contrary, if the material types of the plurality of user materials do not include the target material type, or the key information of the plurality of user materials does not include the target key information, S210 may be performed.
S209: determining that the plurality of customer materials submitted by the customer are error-free.
Thereafter, S211 may be performed.
S210: it is determined that the plurality of user material submitted by the user is erroneous.
S211: and sending prompt information to the user.
If the user materials submitted by the user are correct, the user can be prompted that the uploaded user materials are correct without uploading again; if the plurality of user materials submitted by the user are wrong, the user can be prompted to upload the wrong user materials again.
According to the technical scheme provided by one or more embodiments of the specification, in the process of uploading a plurality of user materials to be submitted by a user, when an uploading request of the user for at least part of the user materials in the plurality of user materials is received, the user materials can be identified in an asynchronous execution mode, and the identification result is cached, so that the identification result of the plurality of user materials can be cached before the user submits the plurality of user materials; then, when a submission request of the user for the plurality of user materials is received, the cached identification results of the plurality of user materials may be obtained, and the plurality of user materials may be verified based on the identification results. The identification process of the user materials can be prepositioned to the stage of uploading the user materials, namely the identification results of the user materials can be identified and cached before the user submits the user materials, so that the cached identification results can be directly obtained and verified after the user submits the user materials, the time required by verification can be saved, and the purpose of quickly verifying the user materials is realized; in addition, in the process of uploading the user materials by the user, the materials uploaded by the user are identified in an asynchronous mode, so that the uploading of other user materials by the user is not influenced.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 3, at a hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, and optionally further includes an internal bus, a network interface, and a memory. The Memory may include a Memory, such as a Random-Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory, such as at least 1 disk Memory. Of course, the electronic device may also include hardware required for other services.
The processor, the network interface, and the memory may be connected to each other via an internal bus, which may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) bus, a PCI (peripheral component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 3, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
And the memory is used for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code comprising computer operating instructions. The memory may include both memory and non-volatile storage and provides instructions and data to the processor.
The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program to form the verification device of the user material on the logic level. The processor is used for executing the program stored in the memory and is specifically used for executing the following operations:
according to an uploading request of a user for uploading target user materials, asynchronously executing picture identification operation on the target user materials, wherein the target user materials are at least part of user materials in a plurality of user materials which need to be uploaded and submitted by the user, and the target user materials comprise pictures;
caching the identification result of the target user material;
obtaining cached identification results of the user materials according to submission requests of the user to the user materials;
and verifying the plurality of user materials based on the identification results of the plurality of user materials.
The method performed by the verification apparatus for user material disclosed in the embodiment of fig. 3 in this specification may be applied to or implemented by a processor. The processor may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or instructions in the form of software. The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present specification may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present specification may be embodied directly in a hardware decoding processor, or in a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and a processor reads information in the memory and completes the steps of the method in combination with hardware of the processor.
The electronic device may further execute the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and implement the functions of the user material verification apparatus in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, which are not described herein again in this specification.
Of course, besides the software implementation, the electronic device of the embodiment of the present disclosure does not exclude other implementations, such as a logic device or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may also be hardware or a logic device.
Embodiments of the present specification also propose a computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by a portable electronic device comprising a plurality of application programs, are capable of causing the portable electronic device to perform the method of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and 2, and in particular to perform the following:
according to an uploading request of a user for uploading target user materials, asynchronously executing picture identification operation on the target user materials, wherein the target user materials are at least part of user materials in a plurality of user materials which need to be uploaded and submitted by the user, and the target user materials comprise pictures;
caching the identification result of the target user material;
obtaining cached identification results of the user materials according to submission requests of the user to the user materials;
and verifying the plurality of user materials based on the identification results of the plurality of user materials.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a verification device 40 for user material according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 4, in a software implementation, the verification device 40 for user material may include: an identification unit 41, a storage unit 42, an acquisition unit 43 and a verification unit 44, wherein:
the identification unit 41 is configured to asynchronously execute a picture identification operation on a target user material according to an upload request of a user for uploading the target user material, where the target user material is at least part of user materials in a plurality of user materials that the user needs to upload and submit, and the target user material includes a picture;
a storage unit 42 for caching the identification result of the target user material;
an obtaining unit 43, configured to obtain cached identification results of the plurality of user materials according to submission requests of the user for the plurality of user materials;
a verification unit 44 configured to verify the plurality of user materials based on the identification results of the plurality of user materials.
Optionally, the identification result of the target user material includes a material type of the target user material;
wherein the identifying unit 41, asynchronously executing the picture identification operation on the target user material, includes at least one of:
performing OCR recognition on the target user material to obtain a text in the target user material; matching the text with keywords corresponding to different material types, and determining the material type of the target user material;
obtaining a classification model obtained by pre-training, wherein the classification model is obtained by pre-training based on different types of sample materials; and identifying the target user material based on the classification model, and determining the material type of the target user material.
Optionally, the identification result of the target user material includes information about whether the target user material is related to a key, where the key information includes at least one of a stamp and a signature;
wherein the identifying unit 41 asynchronously performs the picture identification operation on the target user material, and includes:
obtaining a recognition model obtained by pre-training, wherein the recognition model is obtained by training based on a sample material including the key information and a sample material not including the key information;
identifying whether the key information is included in the target user material based on the identification model.
Optionally, the storing unit 42 is configured to cache the identification result of the target user material, and includes:
determining a material identification of the target user material;
and caching the identification result of the target user material according to the material identification.
Optionally, the obtaining unit 43 obtains the cached identification results of the plurality of user materials, and includes:
generating a material list according to the submission request, wherein the material list comprises a plurality of material identifications corresponding to the plurality of user materials;
loading the cached recognition results of the plurality of user materials into the material list based on the plurality of material identifications.
Optionally, the verifying unit 44 is configured to verify the plurality of user materials based on the identification result of the plurality of user materials, and includes:
determining material types of the plurality of user materials and key information in the plurality of user materials based on the recognition results of the plurality of user materials;
judging whether the material types of the user materials comprise target material types and whether key information in the user materials comprises target key information, wherein the target material types are the material types which need to be uploaded and submitted by the user, and the target key information is the key information which needs to be uploaded and submitted by the user;
if yes, determining that the user materials are correct;
if not, determining that the plurality of user materials are wrong.
Optionally, after the user materials are verified, if at least one of the user materials is wrong, the verifying unit 44 sends a prompt message to the user, where the prompt message is used to prompt the user to resubmit the wrong user material.
The user material verification apparatus 40 provided in the embodiment of the present specification may further execute the method in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and implement the functions of the user material verification apparatus in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, which are not described herein again in the embodiment of the present specification.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)

1. A method of verifying customer material, comprising:
according to an uploading request of a user for uploading target user materials, asynchronously executing picture identification operation on the target user materials, wherein the target user materials are at least part of user materials in a plurality of user materials which need to be uploaded and submitted by the user, and the target user materials comprise pictures;
caching the identification result of the target user material;
obtaining cached identification results of the user materials according to submission requests of the user to the user materials;
and verifying the plurality of user materials based on the identification results of the plurality of user materials.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identification result of the target user material comprises a material type of the target user material;
wherein the picture recognition operation on the target user material is asynchronously performed, and comprises at least one of the following:
performing OCR recognition on the target user material to obtain a text in the target user material; matching the text with keywords corresponding to different material types, and determining the material type of the target user material;
obtaining a classification model obtained by pre-training, wherein the classification model is obtained by pre-training based on different types of sample materials; and identifying the target user material based on the classification model, and determining the material type of the target user material.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the identification result of the target user material includes whether the target user material is related to key information, the key information including at least one of a stamp and a signature;
wherein asynchronously performing a picture recognition operation on the target user material comprises:
obtaining a recognition model obtained by pre-training, wherein the recognition model is obtained by training based on a sample material including the key information and a sample material not including the key information;
identifying whether the key information is included in the target user material based on the identification model.
4. The method of claim 1, caching the identification of the target user material, comprising:
determining a material identification of the target user material;
and caching the identification result of the target user material according to the material identification.
5. The method of claim 4, obtaining cached identification results for the plurality of user material, comprising:
generating a material list according to the submission request, wherein the material list comprises a plurality of material identifications corresponding to the plurality of user materials;
loading the cached recognition results of the plurality of user materials into the material list based on the plurality of material identifications.
6. The method of claim 1, verifying the plurality of user material based on the identification of the plurality of user material, comprising:
determining material types of the plurality of user materials and key information in the plurality of user materials based on the recognition results of the plurality of user materials;
judging whether the material types of the user materials comprise target material types and whether key information in the user materials comprises target key information, wherein the target material types are the material types which need to be uploaded and submitted by the user, and the target key information is the key information which needs to be uploaded and submitted by the user;
if yes, determining that the user materials are correct;
if not, determining that the plurality of user materials are wrong.
7. The method of claim 1, after verifying the plurality of user materials, the method further comprising:
and if at least one user material in the user materials is wrong, sending prompt information to the user, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the user to resubmit the wrong user material.
8. A verification device for customer material, comprising:
the identification unit is used for asynchronously executing picture identification operation on a target user material according to an uploading request of a user for uploading the target user material, wherein the target user material is at least part of user materials in a plurality of user materials which need to be uploaded and submitted by the user, and the target user material comprises pictures;
the storage unit caches the identification result of the target user material;
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining the cached identification results of the user materials according to the submission requests of the user to the user materials;
and the verification unit is used for verifying the user materials based on the identification results of the user materials.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
according to an uploading request of a user for uploading target user materials, asynchronously executing picture identification operation on the target user materials, wherein the target user materials are at least part of user materials in a plurality of user materials which need to be uploaded and submitted by the user, and the target user materials comprise pictures;
caching the identification result of the target user material;
obtaining cached identification results of the user materials according to submission requests of the user to the user materials;
and verifying the plurality of user materials based on the identification results of the plurality of user materials.
10. A computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to perform a method of:
according to an uploading request of a user for uploading target user materials, asynchronously executing picture identification operation on the target user materials, wherein the target user materials are at least part of user materials in a plurality of user materials which need to be uploaded and submitted by the user, and the target user materials comprise pictures;
caching the identification result of the target user material;
obtaining cached identification results of the user materials according to submission requests of the user to the user materials;
and verifying the plurality of user materials based on the identification results of the plurality of user materials.
