Abstract
The invention particularly relates to a TBM (tunnel boring machine) main belt conveyor which comprises a TBM main beam, a belt conveyor main frame, a driving roller, a driven roller, a belt, a slag receiving hopper and a main belt conveyor control system, wherein the belt conveyor main frame comprises a fixed main frame and a movable tail frame, the fixed main frame is fixed with the TBM main beam, the movable tail frame is rotatably hinged with the fixed main frame and can swing up and down, a lifting oil cylinder is arranged in the middle of the movable tail frame, one end of the lifting oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the TBM main beam, the other end of the lifting oil cylinder is connected with the movable tail frame, the slag receiving hopper is positioned above the belt and is fixedly connected with the TBM main beam, and the main belt conveyor control system is provided with a belt reverse rotation control. The movable tail frame in the main belt frame of the TBM main belt conveyor and the lifting oil cylinder of the movable tail frame can completely pour accumulated muck into the cutter head, greatly saves muck cleaning time, enables the main belt conveyor to quickly get rid of difficulties, reduces manual slag cleaning time and workload, and can quickly recover tunneling.

Background
The TBM main belt conveyor is residue soil transportation equipment which is arranged in a hollow TBM main beam and is mainly used for transporting residue soil from a cutter head to rear matched transportation equipment and then to the outside of a tunnel in the TBM tunneling process. When the TBM machine tunnels in a weak and broken stratum, the slag soil generation amount is large, and a large amount of slag soil falls on a tail end belt of the main belt conveyor, so that the main belt conveyor of the TBM machine is pressed by the slag soil and cannot work normally, and the normal work of other parts of the TBM machine is influenced. Therefore, when the main belt conveyor is pressed by the slag soil, the main belt conveyor needs to be quickly taken off so as not to influence the normal tunneling work.
At present, when a main belt conveyor is pressed by muck and cannot work, a TBM machine is required to stop tunneling, manual drilling is carried out inside a cutter head for cleaning, all the muck on the main belt conveyor is bagged by manual shovels and carried out, and the method for getting rid of the muck wastes time and labor and is low in efficiency.

The bottom of the slag receiving hopper 2 is in lap joint with the belt.
The bottom of the slag receiving hopper 2 is provided with a rubber belt with the width of 18-22cm, and one third part of the bottom of the rubber belt is lapped with a belt of a main belt conveyor. The length of the rubber tape in this example was 20 cm.
