Fig. 3a is a schematic plane view of a street-level parking space, which is a building structure related to parking and driving of a car, and comprises a parking space platform, an intelligent parking space 4, a car-carrying elevator 2, a street-level road 1 for passing cars, a camera or an induction probe 12 and a man-carrying elevator 8, which are main functional buildings for parking and driving. Fig. 3b is a schematic plan view of a house built on one side of a street-level parking floor, including a house, a garden yard, a manned elevator, and evacuation stairs. The main rooms of these houses are all fanned in one direction. Fig. 3c is a combination diagram of the two types of building structures of fig. 3a and 3b, which reflects that the parking building structure layer is placed in the north direction, and the parking layer platform 1, the vehicle power carrier 2, the evacuation and structure stairway 3 and the intelligent parking space 4 are all arranged in the north. And the building construction layer is placed in the south, southeast, southwest directions, not north. The main rooms of the house are all daylighting, so that the living demands of people are taken care of.

referring to fig. 7a, 7b and 7c, there are shown exploded and combined views of a parking level and a house of a third type of street-level parking building and a skip-level building structure.
Combining fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7a, fig. 7b and fig. 7c, the five figures change the type of the house 5, the house 5 is designed into a two-storey skip-floor villa, people on the upper floor of the house descend to the one-storey parking platform 1 through the indoor stairs of the villa, so that the elevator or evacuation stair platform 9 is reduced in the whole design, meanwhile, the upper floor has no aerial garden courtyard 7, and no outer window sill plate 11 for shielding downward sight, and the house design is a large-dwelling house design and has great advantages in the aspect of ensuring the privacy of houses.
Referring to fig. 8, a schematic plan view of a fourth street-level parking structure and a landing level of a skip-level building structure is shown;
referring to fig. 9, a schematic top level plan view of a fourth street-level parking structure and a skip-level building structure is shown.
The difference between fig. 8 and 9 and fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6 is that the house is changed into a skip-floor villa with an oversized house type, and the auxiliary facilities such as swimming pools are added. The innovative principles related to the design of the building structure are the same, and are not further described herein.
It should be noted that the present disclosure should not be limited by the architectural configuration, combination, architectural orientation, and architectural height described in the embodiments set forth herein, but only by the architectural design and usage requirements.
In this embodiment, optionally, when the number of parking floors is less than 4, a gentle slope lane may be set for the resident to enter and exit. When the floor is not high, the same gentle slope design can achieve the purpose of parking in the air, and the cost of the elevator and the electricity charge can be saved.

By comprehensively comparing fig. 10, fig. 11, fig. 12 and fig. 13, the building of the air street type intelligent parking building structure can be observed in a three-dimensional manner from four directions, the positions of the house 5, the air garden yard 7, the intelligent parking space 2 and the manned elevator 8 are the positions of the vehicle-mounted elevator arranged on the north side, because the car of the vehicle-mounted elevator is a closed box body, and if the car is arranged on the south side, the sunshine can be blocked. However, in the implementation, the orientation of the car elevator should not be limited by this description, and the car elevator can be set in any orientation according to the specific surface features and the planning design with reference to the surrounding environment.
All aerial garden yards 7 are supported by the batter post support 10, and the position below the batter post support 10 is level with the upper floor of the aerial garden yard. This intelligent parking system includes intelligent parking stall, cloud ware, mobile terminal and centralized control ware, and wherein intelligent parking stall comprises sub-control unit, parking stall lock, wheel stopper, earth magnetism sensor, pressure sensitive sensor, sound sensor and surveillance camera head. The parking space lock is used for unlocking or locking a parking space; the geomagnetic sensor and the pressure-sensitive sensor are matched with each other to detect whether a vehicle is parked correctly on a parking space; the sub-control unit is respectively in communication connection with the parking spot lock, the geomagnetic sensor, the pressure-sensitive sensor and the integrated controller, receives a control instruction from the integrated controller to control the parking spot lock to be started or closed, and uploads information collected by the parking spot lock, the geomagnetic sensor, the pressure-sensitive sensor, the sound sensor and the monitoring camera to the cloud server through the integrated controller; the monitoring camera is used for monitoring and recording vehicle information on the parking space. The sound sensor is used for detecting whether the vehicle on the parking space is flameout or not. The mobile terminal interacts and manages information data with the cloud server through the built-in APP.
The parking spot lock comprises a shell, a lifting plate and a driving device for driving the lifting plate to lift; the driving device is arranged in the shell; when the parking spot lock is started, the driving device drives the lifting plate to lift upwards; an LED lamp strip is arranged at the edge of the lifting plate; an LED display screen is arranged on the shell; and the driving device, the LED lamp strip and the LED display screen are in communication connection with the sub-control unit.
The geomagnetic sensor is arranged at a position which is one third of the parking space from one end of the parking space in length, the parking space lock is arranged at a position which is one third of the parking space from the other end of the parking space in length, and the pressure-sensitive sensor is arranged below the lifting plate of the parking space lock. The intelligent parking system further comprises a gateway (not shown) for receiving and sending the information of the relay controller, so as to realize data transmission between the relay controller and the cloud server.
Each intelligent parking space is provided with an independent parking space code, such as a floor number-XXXX and a parking space two-dimensional code, a user can inquire information of an idle parking space through a mobile terminal, and the unlocking function can be realized by inputting the parking space code or scanning the parking space two-dimensional code. Still be equipped with the wheel stopper on each intelligent parking stall, after the parking stall is out of vacant state or the vehicle that sound sensor detected on the parking stall is flamed out, the baffle of wheel stopper rises to guarantee the safety of parking the vehicle, can also prevent in addition that the pet dog from polluting the vehicle tire.
The specific process of the user using the mobile terminal to control the intelligent parking space is as follows:
step 1: a user logs in a cloud server through a mobile terminal APP, and checks and selects an empty parking space; after the reservation is confirmed, the centralized controller sends a control instruction to the sub-control unit, a parking space lock on the intelligent parking space is started, and meanwhile, positioning navigation is carried out through the mobile terminal APP; when the user arrives at the selected parking space, the integrated controller sends a control instruction to the sub-control unit, and the baffle of the wheel stopper descends;
step 2: the sub-control unit sends the collected information fed back by the geomagnetic sensor and the pressure-sensitive sensor to the integrated controller, and the integrated controller judges the parking state of the vehicle on the parking space; when the vehicle is parked correctly, the integrated controller sends a control command to the sub-control unit, and the baffle of the wheel stopper is lifted.
When parking, if the vehicle on the parking space is judged to be not parked correctly according to information fed back by the geomagnetic sensor and the pressure-sensitive sensor, the user is informed of parking again through the mobile terminal APP; and if the user does not stop or cannot inform the user, starting a camera to photograph and record the vehicle information and informing building managers of the arrival processing.
In an implementation mode, data interaction is carried out between the centralized controller and the base station through an NB-IoT network, the base station is used for receiving parking space lock state information and controlling the parking space lock, the parking space lock capable of being monitored and controlled wirelessly and low in energy consumption is achieved, power consumption of the parking space lock can be greatly reduced, the requirement of wireless control of the parking space lock can be met by combining wireless local area network monitoring and controlling, and great convenience is brought to a user to drive a vehicle to use a parking space. The intelligent parking system based on the NB-IoT network can realize wireless control and remote control of the parking spot lock.
