Abstract
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与腈纶纤维混纺编织而成;将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层三嗪类抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.26‑0.33mm;将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为15‑70℃,烘干时间为15‑25min;将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为100‑140℃,定型时间为80‑110s。即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。本发明提供的一种三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,制备好的面料具有良好的抗紫外线功能,并且其制备工艺过程简单、易操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们环保和保健意识的不断增强,越来越多的人开始关注天然纤维,棉纤维作为应用最普遍的天然纤维,被广泛应用于各类纺织品生产中。目前市场上的纱线层出不穷,材质结构各不相同,广泛应用于织布、制绳、制线等生活领域。新疆棉纤维纤维因它的柔长在纺织业中十分出名,被人们誉为绵中极品,其具有纱纰少、条干均匀光洁、可染性高的优点。然而目前市场上的棉纤维混纺纱的弹性和保暖性并不好,因此,织造完成后的织物存在保暖效果差、弹力差的缺点。
防止紫外线对人体的伤害,已经被越来越多的消费者所重视。太阳光谱中的紫外线不仅使纺织品褪色和脆化,也可使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,更严重的还会诱发癌变,危害人类健康。抗紫外线面料是一种人体避免过量紫外线的辐射的保护材料。
有鉴于此,亟需发展一种三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与腈纶纤维混纺编织而成;
b、将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层三嗪类抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.26-0.33mm;
c、将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为15-70℃,烘干时间为15-25min;
d、将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为100-140℃,定型时间为80-110s,即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。
优选地,所述经线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占30-64%,棉纤维占36-70%。
优选地,所述纬线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:维纶纤维占42-64%,涤纶纤维占18-30%,腈纶纤维占6-40%。
优选地,所述步骤b中的喷涂速度为11-16m/min。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
制得的面料具有良好的抗紫外线功能,并且其制备工艺过程简单、易操作。

为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本发明的目的是提供一种三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与腈纶纤维混纺编织而成;
b、将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层三嗪类抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.26mm;
c、将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为15℃,烘干时间为15min;
d、将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为100℃,定型时间为80s,即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。
所述经线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占30%,棉纤维占70%。
所述纬线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:维纶纤维占42%,涤纶纤维占18%,腈纶纤维占40%。
所述步骤b中的喷涂速度为11m/min。
实施例2
本发明的目的是提供一种三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与腈纶纤维混纺编织而成;
b、将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层三嗪类抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.33mm;
c、将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为25min;
d、将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为140℃,定型时间为110s,即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。
所述经线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占64%,棉纤维占36%。
所述纬线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:维纶纤维占64%,涤纶纤维占30%,腈纶纤维占6%。
所述步骤b中的喷涂速度为16m/min。
经检测,上述两个实施例制备的抗菌纺纱的各项指标如下表

1.一种三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与腈纶纤维混纺编织而成;
b、将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层三嗪类抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.26-0.33mm;
c、将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为15-70℃,烘干时间为15-25min;
d、将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为100-140℃,定型时间为80-110s,即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述经线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占30-64%,棉纤维占36-70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纬线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:维纶纤维占42-64%,涤纶纤维占18-30%,腈纶纤维占6-40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三嗪类抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中的喷涂速度为11-16m/min。
