本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与亚麻纤维混纺编织而成;将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.19‑0.25mm;将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为35‑95℃,烘干时间为10‑16min;将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为125‑135℃,定型时间为55‑85s。即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。本发明提供的一种水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法,制备好的面料具有良好的抗紫外线功能,并且其制备工艺过程简单、易操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们环保和保健意识的不断增强,越来越多的人开始关注天然纤维,棉纤维作为应用最普遍的天然纤维,被广泛应用于各类纺织品生产中。目前市场上的纱线层出不穷,材质结构各不相同,广泛应用于织布、制绳、制线等生活领域。新疆棉纤维纤维因它的柔长在纺织业中十分出名,被人们誉为绵中极品,其具有纱纰少、条干均匀光洁、可染性高的优点。然而目前市场上的棉纤维混纺纱的弹性和保暖性并不好,因此,织造完成后的织物存在保暖效果差、弹力差的缺点。
防止紫外线对人体的伤害,已经被越来越多的消费者所重视。太阳光谱中的紫外线不仅使纺织品褪色和脆化,也可使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,更严重的还会诱发癌变,危害人类健康。抗紫外线面料是一种人体避免过量紫外线的辐射的保护材料。
有鉴于此,亟需发展一种水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与亚麻纤维混纺编织而成;
b、将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.19-0.25mm;
c、将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为35-95℃,烘干时间为10-16min;
d、将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为125-135℃,定型时间为55-85s,即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。
优选地,所述经线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占28-62%,棉纤维占38-72%。
优选地,所述纬线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:维纶纤维占25-40%,涤纶纤维占15-30%,亚麻纤维占30-60%。
优选地,所述步骤b中的喷涂速度为9-14m/min。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
制得的面料具有良好的抗紫外线功能,并且其制备工艺过程简单、易操作。

实施例1
本发明的目的是提供一种水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与亚麻纤维混纺编织而成;
b、将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.19mm;
c、将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为35℃,烘干时间为10min;
d、将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为125℃,定型时间为55s,即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。
所述经线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占28%,棉纤维占72%。
所述纬线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:维纶纤维占25%,涤纶纤维占15%,亚麻纤维占60%。
所述步骤b中的喷涂速度为9m/min。
实施例2
本发明的目的是提供一种水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与亚麻纤维混纺编织而成;
b、将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.25mm;
c、将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为95℃,烘干时间为16min;
d、将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为135℃,定型时间为85s,即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。
所述经线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占62%,棉纤维占38%。
所述纬线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:维纶纤维占40%,涤纶纤维占30%,亚麻纤维占30%。
所述步骤b中的喷涂速度为14m/min。
经检测,上述两个实施例制备的抗菌纺纱的各项指标如下表

1.一种水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线相互编织成所需的面料,经线由锦纶纤维与棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由维纶纤维、涤纶纤维与亚麻纤维混纺编织而成;
b、将编织好的面料表面通过喷涂机喷涂一层水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外吸收剂,喷涂厚度为0.19-0.25mm;
c、将喷涂好的面料放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为35-95℃,烘干时间为10-16min;
d、将烘干后的面料放入到定型机中定型,定型温度为125-135℃,定型时间为55-85s,即可得到抗紫外线耐磨面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述经线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占28-62%,棉纤维占38-72%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水杨酸正丁酯抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纬线中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:维纶纤维占25-40%,涤纶纤维占15-30%,亚麻纤维占30-60%。
