技术领域
本发明涉及童装制作技术领域,具体地说是一种儿童防晒衣及其制作工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,旅游、运动等户外活动越来越受到人们的青睐,随着人们对紫外线认识的加深,防晒工作也越来越受到重视。防晒衣等防晒用品也应运而生,不同于成年人,儿童皮肤较嫩,且比较敏感,对于防晒衣的材质要求就比较高。
现有市面上的防晒衣主要有两种材质,一种为在布料上涂防晒层,由于防晒层会采用黏合剂,黏合剂在布料表面形成一层膜,不仅触感较硬,而且不透气;另一种采用涤纶等聚酯纤维为原材料通过添加紫外线反射剂或吸收剂制成防晒衣,上述纯聚酯纤维材料质感也较硬,且吸水性差,由于儿童易出汗,该材料的防晒衣也不合适,因此,需要对儿童防晒衣进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防晒效果好、面料舒适度高、材质安全且具有趣味性的儿童防晒衣及其制作工艺。
本发明解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案是:一种儿童防晒衣,包括衣身、衣袖及衣帽,所述衣帽为可拆卸结构。
为了提高防晒衣的舒适度和面料材质安全性,所述衣身、衣袖及衣帽采用精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维的混纺比为4:3:3,精梳棉的洗湿性好和耐热性好,舒适度高,韧性好所以耐洗。
为了提高防晒效果,所述多微孔聚酯纤维通过防晒助剂轧液处理,所述防晒助剂按以下成分及其配比制备而成:纳米二氧化钛8-10份,氧化锌8-10份,氯化镧1-2份,苹果皮果胶2-3份,柔顺剂1分,抗氧剂1份,除螨整理剂0.6份,蒸馏水200-220份。
为了增强儿童防晒衣的趣味性,所述衣袖上通过魔术贴连接有紫外线感应贴,所述紫外线感应贴包括透明塑料外壳及填充在所述外壳中的紫外线感光粉末,所述紫外线感光粉末可以根据紫外线的强弱变色,不仅能以此判断紫外线强弱,还能提高趣味性以增加儿童的喜爱程度。
作为优选,所述紫外线感光粉末为UV-326粉末,该粉末无毒安全且性能稳定,可反复使用,根据实际情况,也可选用其它的紫外线感光粉末。
本发明还提供一种上述儿童防晒衣的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)多微孔聚酯纤维制作:将聚酯纤维拉伸为多微孔聚酯纤维;
(2)多微孔聚酯纤维轧液处理:将所述多微孔聚酯纤维放入防晒助剂中进行轧液处理,所述防晒助剂按以下成分及其配比制备而成:纳米二氧化钛8-10份,氧化锌8-10份,氯化镧1-2份,苹果皮果胶2-3份,柔顺剂1分,抗氧剂1份,除螨整理剂0.6份,蒸馏水200-220份,轧液温度为35-40摄氏度,轧液时间为8-11分钟;
(3)对多微孔聚酯纤维烘燥:烘燥温度为125-130摄氏度;
(4)混纺:采用精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维按照混纺比为4:3:3进行混纺,制成品布;
(5)染色:将混纺后的品布进行染色处理和后处理;
(6)制衣:将染色后的品布进行布料裁剪和模块拼接,制成儿童防晒衣;
(7)制作紫外线感应贴:将紫外线感光粉末充填入透明塑料外壳中,并进行密封处理,将紫外线感应贴用魔术贴连接于衣袖上。
为了在提高防晒能力的同时减小对皮肤的伤害,作为优选,染色用的染料为红色或藏青色。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过选用精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维混纺而成的面料,提高了儿童防晒衣的舒适度和安全性,吸汗能力强,通过在衣袖上设计紫外线感应贴,不仅能以此判断紫外线强弱,还能提高趣味性以增加儿童的喜爱程度,此外,纳米二氧化钛和氧化锌为良好的紫外线反射材料,代替现有的一些紫外线吸收材料,增强了防晒衣的凉爽性,且安全无毒,防晒能力强。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例,对本发明进一步详细的说明。
一种儿童防晒衣,包括衣身、衣袖及衣帽,所述衣帽为可拆卸结构,其特征在于:所述衣身、衣袖及衣帽采用精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维的混纺比为4:3:3,所述多微孔聚酯纤维通过防晒助剂轧液处理,所述衣袖上通过魔术贴连接有紫外线感应贴,所述紫外线感应贴包括透明塑料外壳及填充在所述外壳中的紫外线感光粉末UV-326粉末。
本发明提供一种上述儿童防晒衣的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)多微孔聚酯纤维制作:将聚酯纤维拉伸为多微孔聚酯纤维;
(2)多微孔聚酯纤维轧液处理:将所述多微孔聚酯纤维放入防晒助剂中进行轧液处理,所述防晒助剂按以下成分及其配比制备而成:纳米二氧化钛8-10份,氧化锌8-10份,氯化镧1-2份,苹果皮果胶2-3份,柔顺剂1分,抗氧剂1份,除螨整理剂0.6份,蒸馏水200-220份,轧液温度为35-40摄氏度,轧液时间为8-11分钟;
(3)对多微孔聚酯纤维烘燥:烘燥温度为125-130摄氏度;
(4)混纺:采用精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维按照混纺比为4:3:3进行混纺,制成品布;
(5)染色:将混纺后的品布用红色或藏青色染料进行染色处理和后处理;
(6)制衣:将染色后的品布进行布料裁剪和模块拼接,制成儿童防晒衣;
(7)制作紫外线感应贴:将紫外线感光粉末充填入透明塑料外壳中,并进行密封处理,将紫外线感应贴用魔术贴连接于衣袖上。

1.一种儿童防晒衣,包括衣身、衣袖及衣帽,所述衣帽为可拆卸结构,其特征在于:所述衣身、衣袖及衣帽采用精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述精梳棉纤维、防晒陶瓷纤维和多微孔聚酯纤维的混纺比为4:3:3,所述多微孔聚酯纤维通过防晒助剂轧液处理,所述防晒助剂按以下成分及其配比制备而成:纳米二氧化钛8-10份,氧化锌8-10份,氯化镧1-2份,苹果皮果胶2-3份,柔顺剂1分,抗氧剂1份,除螨整理剂0.6份,蒸馏水200-220份,所述衣袖上通过魔术贴连接有紫外线感应贴,所述紫外线感应贴包括透明塑料外壳及填充在所述外壳中的紫外线感光粉末。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的儿童防晒衣的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:

(2)多微孔聚酯纤维轧液处理:将所述多微孔聚酯纤维放入防晒助剂中进行轧液处理,所述防晒助剂按以下成分及其配比制备而成:纳米二氧化钛8-10份,氧化锌8-10份,氯化镧1-2份,苹果皮果胶2-3份,柔顺剂1分,抗氧剂1份,除螨整理剂0.6份,蒸馏水200-220份,轧液温度为35-40摄氏度,轧液时间为8-11分钟;
