本发明涉及一种Al4Si4C‑Al2O3质耐火浇注料的制备方法,属于耐火材料领域。首先以工业铝粉、活性炭粉、金属硅粉为原料,以无水乙醇作为分散剂,球磨6~12h,于1100~1300℃保温4‑8h,得到物料A。按照质量百分比配比如下:0.088mm<粒径≤8mm的高铝矾土45~70%,0.088mm<粒径≤1mm的A物料10~30%,粒径≤0.088mm的氧化铝0~15%,粒径≤0.088mm的石英石0~10%,结合剂5~15%,外加剂0~1%。本发明产品具有优异的抗侵蚀性、耐磨损性和抗氧化还原性能,可以应用于套筒窑内所有难于施工的部位,有利于保证套筒窑的密封性和窑内压力。

一种Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及制备一种石灰套筒窑用耐火材料,尤其涉及一种Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料的制备方法,属于耐火材料领域。
背景技术
伴随着电石行业及钢铁行业的不断发展和进步,煅烧高品质生石灰的节能环保型石灰窑得到越来越多石灰用户的青睐。环形套筒石灰窑从20世纪90年代自德国引入中国,经过国内众多企业的研究和改进,已成为钢铁和电石行业石灰生产的主要窑型之一。其最大特点是煅烧工艺合理,产品质量高,占地面积小,环保,安全,节能,操作自动化程度高,但由于其耐火材料衬里设计复杂,施工难度较大,整体密封性要求极高,对耐火材料衬里有着较高的要求。
在石灰套筒窑里,难于施工的部位通常采用高铝浇注料,比如下拖圈部位,传统高铝浇注料的抗侵蚀性和耐磨损性能还达不到整座窑炉的寿命要求,需要停炉修补。下拖圈部位,不但对上部起到一个支撑的作用,而且会影响套筒窑炉内的密封性能,一旦发生局部侵蚀剥落,将会改变窑内压力,影响套筒窑的正常操作,必须停窑检修,严重影响套筒窑的运转率。
本发明针对套筒窑的使用环境,采用自制的非氧化物Al4Si4C材料,制备一种套筒窑用Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料,具有优异的抗侵蚀性、耐磨损性、抗氧化还原性,能够满足套筒窑内部所有难于施工部位的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种套筒窑用Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料,解决传统高铝浇注料在套筒窑上使用过程中易出现侵蚀、剥落的问题,提高浇注料的使用寿命,有理由保证套筒窑的密封性和窑内压力。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料的制备方法,其特征在于,将工业铝粉、活性炭粉、金属硅粉为原料,以无水乙醇作为分散剂,球磨6~12h,于1100~1300℃保温4-8h,得到物料A。其中,工业铝粉、活性炭粉、金属硅粉三者的比例为n(Al):n(C):n(Si)=4:1:4,物料A的主要物相组成为非氧化物Al4Si4C。
按照质量百分比配比如下:0.088mm<粒径≤8mm的高铝矾土45~70%,0.088mm<粒径≤1mm的A物料10~30%,粒径≤0.088mm的氧化铝0~15%,粒径≤0.088mm的石英石0~10%,结合剂5~15%,外加剂0~1%。
结合剂为纯铝酸钙水泥。
外加剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、硼酸、氢氧化锂中的一种或几种。
所述浇注料的制备方法是:将0.088mm<粒径≤8mm的高铝矾土、0.088mm<粒径≤1mm的A物料、粒径≤0.088mm的氧化铝、粒径≤0.088mm的石英石和结合剂进行预混合,再加入外加剂,用强制搅拌机搅拌3~5min,添加6wt~9wt%的水,搅拌成具有良好施工性能的浇注料。
本发明的优点:本发明制备的非氧化物Al4Si4C材料,具有高熔点、高强度、高化学稳定性、低密度、低热膨胀系数的特性,以及优异的抗侵蚀性、抗氧化性和抗水化性,以0.088mm<粒径≤1mm的形式引入到本发明的产品中,起到强化基质的作用,使得本发明产品具有优异的抗侵蚀性、抗氧化还原性和耐磨损性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料的制备方法,其特征在于,将工业铝粉、活性炭粉、金属硅粉为原料,以无水乙醇作为分散剂,球磨8h,于1250℃保温6h,得到主要物相组成为非氧化物Al4Si4C的物料A。
按照质量百分比配比如下:0.088mm<粒径≤8mm的高铝矾土55%,0.088mm<粒径≤1mm的A物料25%,粒径≤0.088mm的氧化铝8%,粒径≤0.088mm的石英石5%,结合剂7%,外加剂0.6%,加水量6.5%。检测结果见下表。

实施例2:生产工艺和实施例1相同,不同之处在于:
按照质量百分比配比如下:0.088mm<粒径≤8mm的高铝矾土50%,0.088mm<粒径≤1mm的A物料28%,粒径≤0.088mm的氧化铝12%,粒径≤0.088mm的石英石4%,结合剂6%,外加剂0.6%,加水量6.7%。检测结果见下表。

实施例3:生产工艺和实施例1相同,不同之处在于:
按照质量百分比配比如下:0.088mm<粒径≤8mm的高铝矾土46%,0.088mm<粒径≤1mm的A物料30%,粒径≤0.088mm的氧化铝13%,粒径≤0.088mm的石英石5%,结合剂6%,外加剂0.5%,加水量6.5%。检测结果见下表。

下:高铝矾土45~70%、物料A 10~30%、氧化铝0~15%、石英石0~10%、结合剂5~15%、外加剂0~1%;所述物料A的制备方法为:以工业铝粉、活性炭粉、金属硅粉为原料,工业铝粉、活性炭粉、金属硅粉三者的比例为n(Al):n(C):n(Si)=4:1:4,以无水乙醇作为分散剂,球磨6~12h,于1100~1300℃保温4-8h,得到物料A,所述物料A的主要物相组成为非氧化物Al4Si4C。
2.根据权利要求1所述的Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料,其特征在于,所述物料A的粒径为:0.088mm<粒径≤1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料,其特征在于,0.088mm<所述高铝矾土粒径≤8mm,所述氧化铝粒径≤0 .088mm,所述石英石粒径≤0 .088mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料,其特征在于,所述结合剂为纯铝酸钙水泥;所述外加剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、硼酸、氢氧化锂中的一种或几种。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述Al4Si4C-Al2O3质耐火浇注料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将0 .088mm<粒径≤8mm的高铝矾土、0 .088mm<粒径≤1mm的物料A、粒径≤0.088mm的氧化铝、粒径≤0 .088mm的石英石和结合剂进行预混合,再加入外加剂,用强制搅拌机搅拌3~5min,添加6wt%~9wt%的水,搅拌成具有良好施工性能的浇注料。
