本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于水泥窑预热器抗结皮喷涂料。
背景技术
水泥的干法工艺发展到今天的预分解窑时代,每条生产线都存在一个预热器,预热器是预分解窑不可分割的关键组成。在水泥生产过程中,生料的预热和部分分解由预热器来完成,代替水泥回转窑部分功能,达到缩短回窑长度,同时使窑内以堆积状态进行气料换热过程。水泥厂设备移到预热器内在悬浮状态下进行,使生料能够同窑内排出的炽热气体充分混合,增大了气料接触面积,传热速度快,热交换效率高,达到提高水泥窑系统生产效率、降低熟料烧成热耗的目的。预热器内结皮会造成通风道的有效截面减小,阻力增大,影响系统的通风,结皮严重或塌落时,会引起系统压力不稳定甚至导致堵塞事故发生。
预热器内衬用耐火材料的使用环境极为苛刻,面临高温下水泥生料的磨损,水泥生料和燃料带入的碱金属氢氧化物和氯化物以及硫酸盐的侵蚀,温度的频繁变化。因此要求预热器内衬用耐火材料必须具有良好的耐磨性,抗碱侵蚀能力和热震稳定性。专利号为ZL201210311621.2的中国专利公开了水泥窑用抗结皮喷涂料,以焦宝石、碳化硅和高铝矾土细粉等原料制备了一种具有抗结皮能力的喷涂料,然而焦宝石中的方石英和石英等二氧化硅矿物在高温下的复杂晶型转变不利于热震稳定性;专利号为ZL201010286592.X的中国专利公开了一种碳化硅质喷涂料配方,以碳化硅为主要原料用于水泥窑的喷涂料,其主要缺陷在于大量碳化硅氧化将使砖氧化层加厚,内部结构变得疏松,使用寿命短。申请号为201710001320.2的中国专利申请公开了一种高强轻质节能陶瓷喷涂料,采用轻质莫来石和氧化铝空心球为主要原料生产可与含粉尘气流直接接触的高强轻质喷涂料,技术方案中以多孔原料为主成分,能够提高涂料的节能效果,但不利于提高喷涂料强度从而影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于水泥窑预热器抗结皮喷涂料,可提升喷涂料热震稳定性和使用寿命,同时达到节能的效果。

本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明通过在喷涂料中加入锆英石和氯化锂,利用锆英石在高温下的红外遮蔽效应降低喷涂料的导热系数,在不降低强度的前提下提高了喷涂料的节能效果,且通过氯化锂解离引起碱性离子浓度增加,加快铝酸钙水泥的水化速率,加速了喷涂料的凝结和硬化,有利喷涂料快速形成强度。
2、由于红柱石在莫来石石化的过程中以及碳化硅被氧化后所形成的不定形二氧化硅易转化为方石英,本发明通过氯化锂中锂离子对方石英高温低温晶型转化的抑制作用,提高喷涂料的热震稳定性。
3、本发明通过加入苏州土、铝酸钙水泥和硅微粉,提高了喷涂料的粘附性,硅微粉的加入提高了喷涂料的流动性,有利于喷涂料在管道中的输运。

本发明通过在喷涂料中加入锆英石和氯化锂,利用锆英石在高温下的红外遮蔽效应降低喷涂料的导热系数,在不降低强度的前提下提高了喷涂料的节能效果,且通过氯化锂解离引起碱性离子浓度增加,加快铝酸钙水泥水化速率,加速了喷涂料的凝结和硬化,有利喷涂料快速形成强度。氯化锂的加入量在1~2份效果最佳。另外,由于红柱石在莫来石石化的过程中以及碳化硅被氧化后所形成的不定形二氧化硅易转化为方石英,本发明通过氯化锂中锂离子对方石英高温低温晶型转化的抑制作用,提高喷涂料的热震稳定性。
本发明通过加入10~12苏州土、8~12份铝酸钙水泥和1~3硅微粉,提高了喷涂料的粘附性,硅微粉的加入提高了喷涂料的流动性,有利于喷涂料在管道中的输运。水泥加入量的增加引起喷涂料强度的连续增加,但喷涂料中的氧化钙含量也随之增加,促进了喷涂料高温下的液相形成。另一方面,氯化锂中的锂离子也可促进喷涂料中高温液相的形成,高温下形成过量的液相不利于喷涂料的高温强度,铝酸钙水泥的加入量在8~12份效果最佳。

1.一种用于水泥窑预热器抗结皮喷涂料,其特征在于,包含以下各组分及重量份:

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于水泥窑预热器抗结皮喷涂料,其特征在于,所述莫来石包括粒度为8~5mm、5~3mm、1~0mm三种规格,各种规格的重量份如下:
8~5mm莫来石 16~25份
5~3mm莫来石 6~10份
1~0mm莫来石 8~10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于水泥窑预热器抗结皮喷涂料,其特征在于,所述红柱石包括粒度为1~0.5mm、0.5~0mm两种规格,各种规格的重量份如下:
1~0.5mm红柱石 10~12份
0.5~0mm红柱石 5~8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于水泥窑预热器抗结皮喷涂料,其特征在于,所述锆英石细粉的粒度小于100μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于水泥窑预热器抗结皮喷涂料,其特征在于,所述碳化硅微粉粒度小于12μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于水泥窑预热器抗结皮喷涂料,其特征在于,所述氯化锂粒度小于120μm。
