The invention aims at the pathogenesis of acute viral hepatitis according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, performs dialectical formula treatment to achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root causes, and has the advantages of good curative effect, no toxic or side effect, easily obtained raw materials, low price, simple preparation, low production cost, convenient medicine use and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating acute viral hepatitis.
Background
Viral hepatitis is an infectious disease mainly caused by liver diseases caused by various hepatitis viruses. Clinically, the symptoms of anorexia, nausea, epigastric discomfort, liver pain and hypodynamia are mainly manifested. Some patients may have jaundice fever and hepatomegaly with liver function impairment. Some patients can become chronic, even develop cirrhosis of the liver, and a few can develop liver cancer. Viral hepatitis is diagnosed, isolated, reported, treated and managed as early as possible to prevent its prevalence.
The disease is localized in the liver, gallbladder and spleen. The stomach and kidney are related to the zang-fu organs. The external cause is the pathogenic factors of epidemic toxin dampness-heat, the internal cause is the deficiency of healthy qi, and acute hepatitis is mainly caused by excess syndrome, mainly caused by dampness-heat pathogenic toxin, stagnation in spleen and stomach, fumigation of liver and gallbladder and obstruction of qi movement. Chronic hepatitis is caused by deficiency and excess, which are mainly caused by retention of exogenous pathogenic factors, disharmony of liver and spleen, deficiency of liver and kidney and obstruction of vessels. The pattern of gallbladder stasis is also complicated by deficiency and excess, and is mainly caused by retention of damp-heat, fumigating liver and gallbladder, spleen deficiency and blood stasis. Severe hepatitis is caused by exuberant epidemic toxin, transformation of fire into dryness, invasion of nutrient-blood, internal retention of pathogenic heat and loss of original qi.
Viral hepatitis is a group of infectious diseases mainly caused by liver diseases by various different hepatitis viruses, and according to etiological diagnosis, at least 5 kinds of hepatitis viruses, namely hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hepatitis D and hepatitis E viruses, respectively cause the viral hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hepatitis D and hepatitis E; another is called viral hepatitis type g, and less commonly, viral hepatitis is transmitted mainly through feces-mouth, blood or body fluid; clinically, fatigue, anorexia, hepatomegaly and abnormal liver function are taken as main manifestations, jaundice appears in some cases, asymptomatic infection is common, at present, some therapeutic traditional Chinese medicines are used for treating liver diseases, however, the traditional Chinese medicines in the prior art can not meet the requirements of patients with viral hepatitis in the aspects of treatment specificity and medicine diversity, and in the method for treating viral hepatitis, most of the traditional Chinese medicines do not well distinguish different clinical manifestations of different types, the used medicines are different, and the symptomatic treatment benefits of the traditional Chinese medicine in syndrome differentiation treatment are not well applied.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating acute viral hepatitis, which is prepared according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and by dialectical formula treatment, so as to achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root causes, and has the advantages of high curative effect, no toxic or side effect, easily available raw materials, low price, simple preparation, low production cost, convenient and various medicine application methods and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme through a large amount of grope and summary:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating acute viral hepatitis is characterized by being prepared from the following raw medicines in parts by weight: 5-11 parts of herba lycopi, 5-11 parts of radix curcumae, 5-11 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 5-11 parts of peach kernel, 15-25 parts of giant knotweed, 15-25 parts of rhizoma imperatae, 9-15 parts of gardenia, 9-15 parts of cyrtomium rhizome and 7-11 parts of raw rhubarb.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating acute viral hepatitis is prepared from the following raw medicines in parts by weight: 7-9 parts of herba lycopi, 7-9 parts of radix curcumae, 7-9 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 7-9 parts of peach kernel, 18-22 parts of polygonum cuspidatum, 18-22 parts of rhizoma imperatae, 11-13 parts of gardenia, 11-13 parts of cyrtomium rhizome and 8-10 parts of raw rhubarb.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating acute viral hepatitis is prepared from the following raw medicines in parts by weight: 8 parts of herba lycopi, 8 parts of radix curcumae, 8 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 8 parts of peach kernel, 20 parts of polygonum cuspidatum, 20 parts of cogongrass rhizome, 12 parts of gardenia jasminoides, 12 parts of cyrtomium rhizome and 9 parts of raw rhubarb.
Further, the raw materials are weighed according to the weight, sterilized, dried, ground and sieved to prepare powder.
Further, the raw materials are weighed according to the weight, 250 parts of water is added, the raw materials are boiled with big fire and the raw materials are boiled with small fire for 30 minutes, and the liquid medicine is obtained after filtering residues.
Further, the prepared powder and/or liquid medicine can be further prepared into soft extract, tablets, capsules, syrups, granules, dripping pills, oral liquid or injection and the like by industrial preparation methods such as concentration, mixing, pressing and the like.
In the compatibility of the selected raw material traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the herba lycopi can activate blood and regulate menstruation, remove stasis and cure carbuncle, induce diuresis and reduce edema; radix Curcumae has effects in promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, activating qi-flowing, resolving stagnation, clearing heart fire, cooling blood, promoting bile flow, and eliminating jaundice; the salvia miltiorrhiza can activate blood and remove stasis, dredge meridians and relieve pain, clear heart and relieve restlessness, cool blood and cure carbuncle; peach kernel has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, moistening intestines, relaxing bowels, relieving cough and asthma; rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati has effects of promoting diuresis, eliminating jaundice, clearing away heat and toxic materials, dispelling blood stasis, relieving pain, relieving cough, and eliminating phlegm; the cogongrass rhizome can cool blood and stop bleeding, clear heat and induce diuresis; fructus Gardeniae has effects in purging pathogenic fire, relieving restlessness, clearing away heat, promoting diuresis, cooling blood, and removing toxic substances; externally used for detumescence and acesodyne; rhizoma Osmundae can clear heat; detoxification; cooling blood to stop bleeding; radix et rhizoma Rhei has effects in clearing away damp-heat, purging pathogenic fire, cooling blood, removing blood stasis, and removing toxic substance.
