firstly, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of traditional Chinese medicine components, 2-3 parts of nucleotide, 4-5 parts of nutritional health-care agent and 7-9 parts of seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-14 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 11-13 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 6-8 parts of echinacea purpurea, 5-7 parts of folium isatidis, 8-10 parts of epimedium, 10-12 parts of isatis roots, 5-6 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 4-5 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 5-6 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 6-8 parts of pericarpium citri reticulatae, 5-6 parts of eucommia ulmoides leaves, 3-4 parts of liquorice and 5-6 parts of cinnamon;
mixing the traditional Chinese medicine substances in the traditional Chinese medicine components, and performing water extraction and spray drying to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine components;
the nutritional health agent is a liquid preparation formed by dissolving effective components in purified water, wherein the effective components comprise chitosan oligosaccharide, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), lactic acid and glutamine, and the mass ratio of each component is 0.1:10:5: 0.8;
the chitosan oligosaccharide can promote the growth of pigs, improve the feed conversion rate and reduce the diarrhea rate; the organic acid (lactic acid and L-ascorbic acid) can obviously reduce the pH value of gastric contents, improve the activity of pepsin, provide better conditions for digestion of protein and promote the growth of pigs; the exogenous glutamine can improve the indexes of immune organs of pigs, can obviously improve the indexes of livers and spleens, promotes the development of immune organs of weak pigs and further enhances the immune function of pig organisms;
step two, uniformly mixing the traditional Chinese medicine components, nucleotide and seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder to obtain premixed powder;
thirdly, sequentially adding chitosan oligosaccharide, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), lactic acid and glutamine into purified water to form a nutritional health-care agent with the mass fraction of 18-20%, and placing the nutritional health-care agent serving as spraying liquid into a spraying liquid charging bucket;
fourthly, adding the premixed powder into a feeding hopper 24 of a granulating device, starting a valve of a motor 21 and a spraying mechanism 25 which are connected to a spraying liquid charging bucket, rotating a compression roller 2313 around a driving shaft lever 2306 while revolving under the action of a linkage mechanism, rolling the premixed powder, and forming granules of the specification under the forming action of a template 2307 to obtain the veterinary drug composition;

specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the carrier body 1 includes a carrier plate frame 11, and universal wheels 12 are mounted at four top corners of the lower surface of the carrier plate frame 11, so as to facilitate movement of the whole granulating device; four upright posts 13 are vertically fixed at four top corners of the upper surface of the bearing plate frame 11, a bearing plate 14 is fixed on the surface of the other end of each upright post 13, and the bearing plate 14 is arranged in parallel to the bearing plate frame 11; a transverse plate 15 arranged along the width direction of the bearing plate frame 11 is fixed on the inner side surface of the bearing plate frame, a vertical plate 16 is fixed on the upper surface of the transverse plate 15, and the other end of the vertical plate 16 is fixed on the lower surface of the bearing plate 14; it should be noted that the central position of the surface of the bearing plate 14 is provided with an installation through hole for installing the granulation mechanism 2;

the motor drives the driving shaft lever 2306 to rotate, and drives the connecting cylinder 2308 fixed on the driving shaft lever 2306 and the spraying mechanism 25 to rotate; the connecting cylinder 2308 rotates to drive the connecting rod 2312 mounted on the connecting cylinder to revolve around the driving shaft 2306, further, the pressure roller 2313 is driven to revolve around the driving shaft 2306, the other end of the connecting rod 2312 is fixed with the second bevel gear 2311, the second bevel gear 2311 revolves and simultaneously performs meshing transmission action of the bevel gears, the first bevel gear 2310 is fixed, and the second bevel gear 2311 not only revolves around the driving shaft 2306 but also performs rotation movement, so that the pressure roller 2313 rotates around the driving shaft 2306, materials are fed by the feeding hopper 24 and fall between the pressure roller 2313 and the die plate 2307, and under the double rolling action (revolution and rotation) of the pressure roller 2313 and the molding action of the die plate 2307, the materials form particles with the specification size, and the granulation process is completed;

The veterinary drug compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to the following performance tests:
randomly selecting 6 fattening pigs (2 pigs with weight close to average weight are selected repeatedly) from each group, collecting blood under neck with a blood collector before morning feeding, standing blood at normal temperature for 20min, centrifuging at 3000r/min, and storing the obtained serum in a refrigerator at-80 deg.C for use; the content of immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) is determined by immunoturbidimetry; the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) are measured by a colorimetric method, and the test results are shown in the following table:
