The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 12, the whole body massage chair provided in the present embodiment can massage the back to the legs of the user, and includes a chair frame structure and a massage machine core 3 disposed on the chair frame and moving back and forth, wherein the chair frame includes a back frame 1, a seat frame 2 and a base 8, wherein the back frame 1 is used for the user to lean against, and a back guide rail 4 for the massage machine core 3 to move back and forth along the length direction of the back of the user is fixedly installed; wherein the seat frame 2 is used for seating the therapist and is fixedly provided with a seat part guide rail 6 for the massage machine core 3 to reciprocate along the length direction of the leg part of the therapist; the back frame 1 adjusts the treatment angle between the back frame and the seat frame 2 by rotating around a set axis, and the adjacent part of the back guide rail 4 and the seat guide rail 6 has a spacing gap; the space is provided with a linking mechanism 5 for connecting the back guide rail 4 and the seat guide rail 6 so that the massage movement 3 can stably walk from the back frame 1 to the seat frame 2 to massage the legs, the linking mechanism 5 comprises a transition guide rail 501 and an elastic plate 502, the elastic plate 502 is driven by the rotation motion of the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 to generate elastic deformation, the transition guide rail 501 and the elastic plate 502 are fixedly connected so as to drive the transition guide rail 501 to generate the same or similar deformation when the elastic plate 502 generates the elastic deformation, and the elastic plate 502 and the transition guide rail 501 are both arc-shaped; the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 are provided with a deformation retaining mechanism 7 which follows the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2, the deformation retaining mechanism 7 is pressed against the elastic plate 502 and the transition guide rail 501, so that the elastic plate 502 is driven to generate an adaptive deformation and the deformation is retained to enable the massage machine core 3 to stably walk on the transition guide rail 501, the adaptive deformation refers to a deformation which is adaptive to the stable walking of the massage machine core 3 on the transition guide rail 501, if the deformation is too large, the massage machine core 3 is blocked on the transition guide rail 501 and cannot pass through, and if the deformation is too small, the massage machine core 3 generates a large acting force on the body of a user when on the transition guide rail 501, and even generates pain. It is therefore important to generate and maintain the elastic deformation quantity of the elastic plate 502 and the transition guide 501 adapted to the smooth walking of the massage movement 3.
In addition, the clearance has a tolerance space for the elastic plate 502 to generate an elastic deformation amount, and due to the existence of the tolerance space, the elastic plate 502 and the transition rail 501 can freely generate elastic deformation, that is, generate arching deformation toward the other side of the elastic plate 502 relative to the deformation holding mechanism 7.
It should be noted that the elastic plate 502 may be driven by the rotation of the back frame 1 to generate elastic deformation, or may be driven by the rotation of the seat frame 2 to generate elastic deformation, or of course, the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 may generate rotation simultaneously to drive the elastic plate 502 to generate elastic deformation. In this embodiment, the seat frame 2 can generate a rotation motion relative to the base 8, and the back frame 1 can generate a rotation motion relative to the seat frame 2, and both of them can drive the elastic plate 502 to generate an elastic deformation when generating the rotation motion.
It should be noted that, in order to keep the elastic plate 502 in the range of generating the elastic deformation amount suitable for the stable walking of the massage machine core 3, the back frame 1 may be provided with a deformation holding mechanism 7 following the elastic plate, the seat frame 2 may be provided with a deformation holding mechanism 7 following the elastic plate, the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 may be connected with a deformation holding mechanism 7 following the elastic plate, specifically, the deformation holding mechanism 7 is partially driven by the back frame 1, and the other part is driven by the seat frame 2. In this embodiment, the deformation holding mechanism 7 is adapted to follow the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 at the same time.
Specifically, the deformation retaining mechanism 7 may be pressed against the elastic plate 502, the transition guide rail 501, or both the elastic plate 502 and the transition guide rail 501. In this embodiment, in order to simplify the arrangement, and the elastic plate 502 has better mechanical strength, the technical solution of pressing the deformation holding mechanism 7 against the elastic plate 502 is adopted. In addition, since metal and metal are easily abraded and generate noise, a wear-resistant layer may be provided on the elastic plate 502.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the transition guide 501 and the elastic plate 502 are disposed closely, and the transition guide 501 is disposed above the elastic plate 502, and the transition guide 501 follows the elastic plate 502. The transition rail 501 is integrally provided with the back rail 4 and the seat rail 6, and both ends of the elastic plate 502 are fixed to the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2, respectively. The back rail 4, the transition rail 501 and the seat rail 6 are all rack-shaped.
In this embodiment, the transition rail 501 and the elastic plate 502 are closely attached together so that the elastic plate 502 and the transition rail 501 are elastically deformed at the same time. In this case, the close contact does not mean that there is no gap between the two, and actually, in order to solve the technical problem of how to deform the elastic plate 502 and the transition guide 501 at the same time, if the two are attached together, the gap between the two does not affect the solution of the technical problem. In practice, a plurality of fixing bolts may be used to fasten the transition rail 501 and the elastic plate 502 together.
In the present embodiment, in order to simplify the installation and reduce the installation cost, the transition rail 501, the back rail 4, and the seat rail 6 are integrally installed and connected to form a complete long rack. In other embodiments, the three may be separately disposed, that is, one end of the transition guide 501 is abutted to the back guide 4, the other end is abutted to the seat guide 6, and the abutting ends of the transition guide 501 and the back guide 4 and the seat guide 6 are respectively fixedly mounted on the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2, so that the abutting joint does not extend or dislocate, and the abutting ends at both sides are respectively kept stationary relative to the back guide 4 and the seat guide 6, so that the massage machine core 3 can smoothly go onto the transition guide 501. In addition, if the back rail 4 and the seat rail 6 are of a chain structure, the transition rail 501 is also of a chain structure, and in this case, the traveling wheels 301 of the massage machine core 3 may be provided as sprockets.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the elastic plate 502 of the link mechanism 5 may extend to both ends below the back rail 4 and the seat rail 6 and may be attached to the back rail 4 and the seat rail 6, respectively, and this arrangement may further improve the smoothness of the connection between the transition rail 501 and the back rail 4 and the seat rail 6 and may further facilitate the control of the amount of deformation of the elastic plate 502. In addition, the link mechanism 5 is suspended in the gap, and generates downward elastic deformation when receiving the driving force of the seat frame 2 or the back frame 1, and the elastic plate 502 and the transition guide rail 501 of the link mechanism 5 are both arc-shaped, so the elastic deformation of the link mechanism 5 is mainly expressed as the change of the curvature of the elastic plate 502 and the transition guide rail 501.
The elastic plate 502 is made of spring steel, and the common spring steel includes carbon spring steel and alloy spring steel, the common carbon spring steel includes 65Mn, 70Mn, etc., and the alloy spring steel includes silicon-manganese spring steel, silicon-chromium spring steel, chromium-manganese spring steel, etc., although some grades may be selected as spring steel from other steel, such as high quality carbon structural steel, carbon tool steel, high speed tool steel, stainless steel. In the present embodiment, the elastic plate 502 is made of 65 Mn.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the deformation maintaining mechanism 7 includes a front pressing plate 701 having a front pressing end pressing against the elastic plate 502 at a position adjacent to the back frame 1, and a back connecting end connected to the back frame 1. The end face of the front abutting end is arc-shaped, the number of the back connecting ends is two, the back connecting ends are hinged to the back frame 1 through pin shafts respectively, and the two back connecting ends can keep the positions of the front pressing plate 701 and the back frame 1 fixed relatively and enable the front pressing plate 701 and the back frame 1 to move along with the back frame 1. As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the deformation maintaining mechanism 7 further includes a back pressure plate 702 having a seat abutting end abutting against the elastic plate 502 at a position adjacent to the seat frame 2, and a seat attaching end connected to the seat frame 2.
It should be noted that, the two back connection ends are respectively disposed at different positions on the front pressing plate 701, and although they are both hinged to the back frame 1 through the hinge pin, the two back connection portions are actually equivalent to fixedly mounting the front pressing plate 701 on the back frame 1, so that it moves along with the back frame 1.
The end face of the seat part abutting end is arc-shaped, the two seat part connecting ends are hinged to the seat frame 2 through pin shafts respectively, and the two seat part connecting ends can keep the positions of the rear pressing plate 702 and the seat fixed relatively and enable the rear pressing plate 702 to move along with the seat frame 2. Similarly, the two seat connection ends also correspond to the fixed mounting of the rear platen 702 on the seat frame 2 to follow the rotational movement of the seat frame 2.
As shown in fig. 8 and 11, the deformation maintaining mechanism 7 further includes an intermediate pressure plate 703 having a middle pressing end pressing against the middle position of the elastic plate 502, and a linkage driven by the rotation of the back frame 1, the linkage driving the intermediate pressure plate 703 to swing around a set axis. The linkage comprises a first pull rod 704, a second pull rod 705 and a transmission rod 706; the first end part of the first pull rod 704 is movably hinged on the back frame 1, and the second end part of the first pull rod is movably hinged with the first end part of the second pull rod 705; the second end of the second pull rod 705 is movably hinged on the seat frame 2, the third end thereof is movably hinged with the first end of the driving rod 706, and the third end is positioned in the middle of the second pull rod 705; the second end of the driving rod 706 is movably hinged to the middle pressing plate 703, and the middle pressing plate 703 is further provided with a hinged end movably hinged to the back frame 1 or the seat frame 2. In this embodiment, the driving rod 706 is in an F shape, and is driven by the first pulling rod 704 to rotate around the hinged end of the driving rod and the back frame 1, so as to drive the middle pressing plate 703 to rotate around the hinged end of the driving rod and the back frame 1 to press the elastic plate 502.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the position where the middle pressing plate 703 abuts against the elastic plate 502 is located between the front pressing plate 701 and the rear pressing plate 702, and the middle pressing plate 703 is movably hinged to the back frame 1 and swings around the pivot axis of the hinge structure, where the aforementioned set axis is the pivot axis of the hinge structure, that is, the central axis of the pivot pin.
The back frame 1 is provided with an upper clamping groove, the seat frame 2 is provided with a lower clamping groove, the upper part of the elastic plate 502 is partially embedded in the upper clamping groove, the lower part of the elastic plate 502 is partially embedded in the lower clamping groove, the elastic plate 502 is provided with an upper suspension platform protruding out of the upper clamping groove and a lower suspension platform protruding out of the lower clamping groove, the back guide rail 4 is fixedly arranged on the upper suspension platform in a close contact mode, and the seat guide rail 6 is fixedly arranged on the lower suspension platform in a close contact mode. In addition, in order to further enhance the mounting strength of the elastic plate 502 and the back rail 4 and the seat rail 6, a connection lug is fixedly connected to the elastic plate 502, and the connection lug is fixedly mounted on the back frame 1 or the chair frame by a bolt to further fixedly mount the elastic plate 502.
Specifically, in other embodiments, the elastic plate 502 and the transition rail 501 may be fixedly mounted by other structures, such as welding, or by a plurality of bolt locks.
In order to control the elastic deformation of the link mechanism 5, the massage machine core 3 is prevented from being blocked at the gap due to the deformation with overlarge curvature. In this embodiment, the seat frame 2 is formed with a seat hinge end for movably hinging the seat frame to the base 8, and a seat push rod for pushing the seat frame 2 to turn relative to the base 8 is connected between the seat frame 2 and the base 8. The back frame 1 is provided with a back hinged end for movably hinging the back frame with the seat frame 2, and a back push rod for pushing the back frame 1 to turn relative to the seat frame 2 is connected between the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2.
It should be noted that one end of the seat push rod is movably hinged to the base 8, the other end is movably hinged to the seat frame 2, and the seat push rod can push the seat frame 2 to rotate when stretching and retracting. One end part of the back push rod is movably hinged on the seat frame 2, the other end part is movably hinged on the back frame 1, and the back push rod can push the back frame 1 to rotate relative to the seat frame 2 when in telescopic motion.
As shown in fig. 3, the two ends of the walking shaft of the massage machine core 3 are respectively provided with a walking gear engaged with the transition guide 501, the other side of the elastic plate 502 opposite to the walking gear is provided with a clamping wheel 302, and a clamping gap for clamping the elastic plate 502 and the transition guide 501 is formed between the clamping wheel 302 and the walking gear. The clamping wheel 302 is mounted on the running shaft via a connecting web 303.
It should be noted that the hinge connection, that is, the hinge connection in this embodiment, is a common movable connection structure in the mechanical field, and is a movable adapter structure formed by a rotation pin penetrating through two rotation pin holes, and two objects connected in a hinge connection can rotate around the axis of the rotation pin. In the present embodiment, the back rail 4, the seat rail 6, and the link mechanism 5 are each provided in a pair on the left and right sides of the massage movement 3. Correspondingly, the deformation retaining mechanisms 7 are also arranged in pairs and respectively pressed on the left and right side link mechanisms 5.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 13 and with reference to fig. 3, the basic structure in this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the transition rail 501 in this embodiment is located below the spring plate 502. To accommodate this configuration, the travel wheels 301 of the massage movement 3 in this embodiment are located below the transition guide 501, and the clamp wheels 302 are located above the elastic plate 502.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the human body curve detection device works, the control device firstly drives the chair frame and the massage machine core 3 to return to the initial positions, and then controls the massage machine core 3 to detect the human body curve. When a human body curve is detected, the massage machine core 3 moves to the highest point on the back guide rail 4 and then moves downwards, and the shoulder, the back and the waist are detected in sequence. After the back curve detection is finished, in the massage implementation stage, if a leg massage program is set in the massage program, the massage machine core 3 can walk to the seat guide rail 6 through the link mechanism 5 to perform massage action on the lower limbs of the user, so that the whole body massage is realized.
When the back frame 1 rotates around the hinged end of the back frame and the seat frame 2, the front pressing plate 701 and the rear pressing plate 702 are always pressed against the front end and the rear end of the elastic plate 502, so that the connecting part of the transition guide rail 501, the back guide rail 4 and the seat guide rail 6 is kept smooth. The middle pressing plate 703 is pressed against the middle of the elastic plate 502 under the driving of the connecting rod assembly to keep the elastic deformation thereof within a proper curvature range, so that the massage machine core 3 can stably walk on the link mechanism 5.

a back frame for the therapist to lean against, which is fixedly provided with a back guide rail for the massage machine core to reciprocate along the length direction of the back of the therapist;
a seat frame for seating the user, wherein a seat guide rail for the massage machine core to reciprocate along the length direction of the leg of the user is fixedly arranged on the seat frame;
the back frame adjusts the treatment angle between the back frame and the seat frame by rotating around a set axis, and a gap is arranged at the adjacent part of the back guide rail and the seat guide rail;
the method is characterized in that:
the connecting mechanism is arranged at the gap for connecting the back guide rail and the seat guide rail, so that the massage machine core can stably walk from the back frame to the seat frame to massage the legs, the connecting mechanism comprises a transition guide rail and an elastic plate, the elastic plate is driven by the rotation motion of the back frame and/or the seat frame to generate elastic deformation, the transition guide rail is fixedly connected with the elastic plate so as to drive the transition guide rail to generate the same or similar deformation when the elastic plate generates the elastic deformation, the elastic plate and the transition guide rail are both arc-shaped, and the gap has a tolerance space for the elastic plate to generate the elastic deformation;
the back frame and/or the seat frame are/is provided with a deformation maintaining mechanism which follows the back frame and/or the seat frame, and the deformation maintaining mechanism is pressed against the elastic plate and/or the transition guide rail to drive the elastic plate to generate adaptive deformation and maintain the deformation so that the massage machine core can stably walk on the transition guide rail.
2. The chair frame structure of massage chair according to claim 1, wherein the transition guide rail and the elastic plate are closely attached, and the transition guide rail is disposed above or below the elastic plate, and the transition guide rail follows the elastic plate.
3. The frame structure of massage chair as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the transition rail is integrally provided with the back rail and the seat rail, and both ends of the elastic plate are fixed to the back frame and the seat frame, respectively.
4. The frame structure of massage chairs of claim 3, wherein the back, transition and seat rails are rack-shaped.
5. The frame structure of massage chairs of claims 1 or 4, wherein the elastic plate is made of spring steel.

The frame structure of massage chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the deformation maintaining mechanism comprises a front pressing plate having a front pressing end for pressing against the elastic plate at a position adjacent to the back frame, and a back connecting end connected to the back frame.

The frame structure of massage chair as claimed in claim 6, wherein the end face of the front pressing end is arc-shaped, the back connecting ends are two, which are respectively hinged to the back frame via pin shafts, and the two back connecting ends can keep the positions of the front pressing plate and the back frame fixed relative to each other and make them follow the movement of the back frame.

The frame structure of massage chair as claimed in claim 6, wherein the deformation maintaining mechanism further comprises a back pressure plate having a seat abutting end abutting against the elastic plate at a position adjacent to the seat frame, and a seat connecting end connected to the seat frame.

The frame structure of massage chair as claimed in claim 8, wherein the end surface of the seat portion abutting end is arc-shaped, the two seat portion connecting ends are hinged to the seat frame by pins, and the two seat portion connecting ends can keep the position of the back pressure plate and the seat fixed relative to each other and make them follow the seat frame.

The frame structure of massage chair as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the deformation maintaining mechanism further comprises an intermediate pressing plate having a middle pressing end for pressing against the elastic plate at a middle position, and a linkage driven by the rotational movement of the back frame, the linkage driving the intermediate pressing plate to swing about a set axis.

The frame structure of a massage chair according to claim 10, wherein the linkage comprises a first pull rod, a second pull rod and a transmission rod; the first end part of the first pull rod is movably hinged on the back frame, and the second end part of the first pull rod is movably hinged with the first end part of the second pull rod; the second end part of the second pull rod is movably hinged on the seat frame, the third end part of the second pull rod is movably hinged with the first end part of the transmission rod, and the third end part is positioned in the middle of the second pull rod; the second end part of the transmission rod is movably hinged on the middle pressing plate, and the middle pressing plate is also provided with a hinged end movably hinged on the back frame or the seat frame.

The frame structure of massage chair as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a base, wherein the seat frame is formed with a seat hinge end for movably hinge-coupling the seat frame to the base, and a seat push rod for pushing the seat frame to turn relative to the base is connected between the seat frame and the base.

The frame structure of massage chair as claimed in claim 1 or 13, wherein the back frame is formed with a back hinge end for movably hinge-connecting the back frame to the seat frame, and a back push rod for pushing the back frame to turn relative to the seat frame is connected between the back frame and the seat frame.
