Detailed Description

Example 1
Weighing 11.5g of flue-cured tobacco shred, 9.5g of burley tobacco shred, 6.2g of middle-flavor tobacco shred, 3.0g of strong-flavor tobacco shred and 3.0g of fen-flavor tobacco shred, adding the mixture into a reaction kettle with the volume of 500mL, adding 1.5MPa of nitrogen, heating at 100 ℃, electrically stirring, heating for 2 hours (including 1 hour of heating time), cooling by circulating water after the reaction is finished, adding 100mL of propylene glycol, immersing overnight, extracting and filtering to obtain about 80mL of filtrate.

Weighing 6.5g of flue-cured tobacco shreds, 10.5g of burley tobacco shreds, 6.5g of middle-flavor tobacco shreds, 1.0g of strong-flavor tobacco shreds and 2.0g of faint-flavor tobacco shreds, shredding by hands, adding into a reaction kettle with the volume of 500mL, adding a solvent for immersing about 200mL, adding 1.5MPa of nitrogen, heating at 100 ℃ for 2h (including 1h of heating time), cooling with circulating water after the reaction is finished, standing overnight, and filtering to obtain about 120mL of filtrate.
The aromatic raw material prepared by the method is used in a formula of the heating non-combustible cigarette, and the result shows that after the functional aromatic raw material is added, the smoke of the heating non-combustible cigarette has obvious tobacco flavor characteristics, rich aroma, comfortable and clean mouthfeel and moderate strength, and the sensory quality is greatly improved.
Example 3
Weighing 10.5g of flue-cured tobacco shred, 10.5g of burley tobacco shred, 6.5g of middle-aroma type tobacco shred, 2.0g of strong-aroma type tobacco shred and 3.0g of fen-aroma type tobacco shred, soaking the tobacco shred in propylene glycol for about 20s, taking out the tobacco shred and adding the tobacco shred into a reaction kettle with the volume of 500mL, adding 1.5MPa of nitrogen, heating at 100 ℃ for 2h (including 1h of temperature rise time), cooling by circulating water after the reaction is finished, adding a solvent to immerse overnight, and filtering to obtain 80-100mL of filtrate.
The aromatic raw material prepared by the method is used in a formula of the heating non-combustible cigarette, and the result shows that after the functional aromatic raw material is added, the smoke of the heating non-combustible cigarette has obvious tobacco flavor characteristics, rich aroma, comfortable and clean mouthfeel and moderate strength, and the sensory quality is greatly improved.
Example 4
