Abstract

The ice tea flavor essence contains the following aroma components in parts by weight: 3.06-3.74 parts of ice essence; 1.17-1.43 parts of jasmine essence; 0.32 to 0.41 portion of flower fragrance essence; 0.21 to 0.27 portion of tea essence; and 0.05 to 0.08 portion of auxiliary essence. The ice tea flavor essence has pleasant ice feeling and remarkable matcha fragrance.

The essence and the spice are widely applied to the fields of tobacco, food, daily chemicals and the like. In the tobacco field, the essence and the spice not only can endow the cigarette products with unique style characteristics, but also can improve the taste of the cigarettes. The international tobacco industry highly attaches importance to the development and application of flavors and fragrances, and the technology for producing and applying high-quality flavors and fragrances is taken as the core technology of the international tobacco industry.
The matcha is tea powder with smaller particle size, which is prepared by taking high-quality fresh tea leaves as raw materials and adopting the technologies of steaming, rolling, drying and the like, has natural and green appearance, reserves more than 500 components in the tea leaves, has the advantages of drinking and eating the tea, and has higher nutritional value and health care value than the tea leaves. In a third aspect, the invention provides a smoking article comprising an ice tea flavour according to any one of the invention.
In some embodiments, the smoking article comprises one or more of: burning cigarettes, heating non-burning cigarettes, electronic cigarettes.
In a preferred embodiment, the ice tea flavour of any one of the present invention is applied in a proportion of 0.01-0.1% by weight of the cut tobacco in the tobacco product.

0.18-0.22 part of bergamot oil;
0.045-0.055 part of hexanoic acid leaf alcohol ester;
0.009-0.011 part of alpha-ionone;
0.004-0.0055 part of alpha-damascenone;
0.09-0.11 part of linalool;
0.045-0.055 parts of tea scented ketone;
0.018-0.022 parts of indole;

2. Use of the ice tea flavour of claim 1 in the manufacture of a tobacco product.
3. Use according to claim 2, the tobacco product comprising: burning cigarettes or heating non-burning cigarettes.
4. Use according to claim 2, wherein the ice tea flavour is applied to one or more of the following in the preparation of a smoking article: tobacco shreds, sheets, cigarette paper, cigarette lining paper and filter sticks.
5. A tobacco product comprising the ice tea flavor of claim 1.
6. A smoking article according to claim 5, comprising one or more of: burning cigarette, heating non-burning cigarette.
7. A method of preparing the ice tea flavour of claim 1 comprising the steps of:
1) obtaining raw materials according to a formula;
2) putting menthol, peru extract, tea spirane and Tieguanyin tea essential oil into a closed container, adding water, placing on an ultrasonic oscillator, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment under the condition of water bath at 6-10 ℃ until all components are uniformly mixed;
3) and adding the rest raw material components in the formula into the product obtained in the previous step, and stirring uniformly under the water bath condition of 5-10 ℃.
