step two, putting the konjak, the red bean, the lucid ganoderma and the lotus leaf into a pot, heating and boiling until the konjak, the red bean, the lucid ganoderma and the lotus leaf are cooked, filtering the lotus leaf, mixing the rest substances and pulping to obtain konjak ingredient juice;

and seventhly, instantly sterilizing the uniformly mixed liquid in the sixth step at 104 ℃ by using a sterilizer, heating the sterilized liquid to 74 ℃, preserving the heat, and keeping the encapsulation temperature at 64 ℃ to obtain the toxin-expelling and beautifying plant beverage.
The konjac, red bean and plantain seed husk powder in the embodiment contains rich dietary fibers, can promote gastrointestinal tract detoxification, and is beneficial to reducing blood pressure and blood sugar; the white gourd, the balsam pear and the lotus leaf are all beneficial to diuresis and expelling toxin, have the efficacy of reducing fat and losing weight and are suitable for being drunk by obese people; hericium erinaceus and lucid ganoderma are rich in various amino acids and vitamins, and can supplement nutrients lost in the process of losing weight.

2-3 parts of konjak, 2-3 parts of hericium erinaceus, 2-3 parts of red beans, 1-1.5 parts of white gourd, 1-1.5 parts of bitter gourd, 2-3 parts of lucid ganoderma, 3-4 parts of apple vinegar, 0.2-0.5 part of lotus leaves, 4-6 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.2-0.5 part of plantain seed shell powder and the balance of drinking water.
2. The toxin-expelling face-beautifying konjak beverage according to claim 1, further comprising 0.05 to 0.2 part of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.05 to 0.1 part of zinc gluconate, and 0.05 to 0.2 part of a beverage stabilizer.
3. The preparation method of the toxin-expelling and beauty-maintaining konjak beverage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, putting hericium erinaceus into a pot, adding apple vinegar, heating and boiling for 40-50 minutes, taking out all materials in the pot, and juicing to obtain hericium erinaceus juice;
step two, putting the konjak, the red bean, the lucid ganoderma and the lotus leaf into a pot, heating and boiling until the konjak, the red bean, the lucid ganoderma and the lotus leaf are cooked, filtering the lotus leaf, mixing the rest substances and pulping to obtain konjak ingredient juice;
thirdly, putting the white gourd and the bitter gourd into a juicer to be juiced to obtain white gourd ingredient juice;
dissolving hydrolyzed collagen, Plantago ovata seed husk powder and fructo-oligosaccharide in 40-55 deg.C drinking water;
step five, cooling the solution obtained in the step four to 15-30 ℃, and adding hericium erinaceus juice, konjak ingredient juice and white gourd ingredient juice;
step six, adding the solution obtained in the step five into zinc gluconate and a beverage stabilizer, stirring for 25-35min, and performing ultrasonic dispersion while stirring;
and seventhly, instantly sterilizing the uniformly mixed liquid in the sixth step by using a sterilizer at 100-110 ℃, heating the sterilized liquid to 70-80 ℃, preserving the heat, and keeping the encapsulation temperature at 60-75 ℃ to obtain the toxin-expelling and beautifying plant beverage.
