The konjac, red bean and plantain seed husk powder in the embodiment contains rich dietary fibers, can promote gastrointestinal tract detoxification, and is beneficial to reducing blood pressure and blood sugar; the white gourd, the balsam pear and the lotus leaf are all beneficial to diuresis and expelling toxin, have the efficacy of reducing fat and losing weight and are suitable for being drunk by obese people; hericium erinaceus and lucid ganoderma are rich in various amino acids and vitamins, and can supplement nutrients lost in the process of losing weight.
