Description

Callicarpa longifolia extract and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant-derived bacteriostatic agents, and particularly relates to a callicarpa longifolia extract and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The Botryosphaeria (Botryosphaeria) fungi are widely distributed in the world, most of the fungi harm large-size color-leaf ornamental trees, and the fungi are common pathogenic bacteria, endophytes and saprophytes on fruit trees and cause symptoms of fruit rot, leaf spot, necrosis, ulcer, gummosis and the like. Dothidea belongs to one of the most common species of plasmopara, and harms fruit trees such as grapes, apples and kiwi fruits. After the fruit is infected, the fruit is in a water stain-like depression at the initial stage, the disease spots are sometimes in concentric ring lines, a large amount of white hyphae are generated on the fruit along with the increase of fruit rot and the rupture of epidermis, and then the fruit is shriveled, and a plurality of black conidiophores grow on the surface. Meanwhile, studies have shown that the gluconobacter vinifera also causes death of species of liquidambar styraciflua, lotus nut trees, quercus rubra, poplar, and the like.
Callicarpa longifolia (Callicarpa longifolia) is a plant of the genus Callicarpa, is distributed in Guangdong, Yunnan and other places, grows in the area with the altitude of 1400 meters, and has the functions of mainly dispelling wind, eliminating dampness, promoting blood circulation, stopping bleeding and the like. It can be used for treating rheumatalgia, cough due to wind-cold evil, and hematemesis. Early studies showed that plants of the genus Callicarpa have high bacteriostatic activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella, and also have strong activity against Candida albicans, Salmonella typhi, and Shigella dysenteriae. And the callicarpa has different degrees of in vitro antibacterial activity, wherein the callicarpa nudiflora has the most extensive antibacterial activity, and has good antibacterial activity on staphylococcus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, dysentery bacillus, typhoid bacillus and other bacteria.
Cleomis (Cleome gynandra L.) contains annual and upright branch of herbaceous plants. The wide-area distributed species are distributed from Hainan island to the neighborhood of Beijing in China, from Yunnan to Taiwan, may originally produce ancient tropical zone, and are available in global tropical zone and subtropical zone at present. Is a common weed in low-altitude villages, roadside, wasteland or fields and a few areas of medicinal plants Asia and Africa which are occasionally cultivated for vegetables and foods and can also be pickled. The seeds are ground into powder which is similar to mustard and is used for medicine. The herbs are bitter, pungent and slightly toxic.
Chemical control is a main control measure in comprehensive control for diseases and insect pests for a long time, and has the advantages of quick effect, simple method, strong emergency treatment, no regional and seasonal limitation and the like. However, the long-term and large-scale unscientific use of chemical pesticides leads to the increase of drug resistance of plant diseases and insect pests, which leads to the reduction of prevention and treatment effect, and the more serious problems of pollution of agricultural products, air, soil and water areas, endangering the health, safety and ecological environment of people and livestock, and the like. At present, the development of high-efficiency and low-toxicity biological agents is urgently needed to reduce the use amount of chemical pesticides and realize a green and environment-friendly pest control strategy.
