本发明的一种高附着力水性静电白面漆,包括下列质量分数的组成物:水性乳液:45%~70%,钛白粉:16%~32%,哑粉:0.1%~3%,蜡粉或蜡乳液:0.5%~3%,抗刮功能性填料:3%~8%,分散润湿剂:0.5%~3%,成膜助剂:1%~6%,抗流挂助剂:0.3%~5%,增稠剂:0.2%~2%,流平剂:0.2%~3%,基材润湿剂:0.2%~2.0%,其它助剂:0.5%~1.5%,水:1%~15%。(1)本发明的产品符合GB/T 23999‑2008的要求,安全并且环保;流平性好,静电吸附性强,对基材润湿性好,耐磨抗刮,耐化学品性能好,漆膜细腻光滑;易于生产制造,涂装过程施工安全性提高。

Description

一种高附着力水性静电白面漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于木器漆领域,具体涉及一种木器装饰用高附着力水性静电白面漆及其制备方法。
技术背景
水性漆常见的涂装方式有:浸涂、刷涂、辊涂、喷涂等。喷涂作为最能体系装饰材料表面效果的一种涂装方式,已经发展出无气喷涂、空气喷涂、混气喷涂等等,其中面漆涂装效率高、涂料利用高的涂装有:往复机混气喷涂、静电喷涂。
静电喷涂广泛应用于:金属(汽车、容器、仪器等)、塑料(地铁、家电等)、木器(松木家具、竹木家具等)。作为出口家具的主流产品:橱柜家具,常见的涂装材料及方式有:1.往复机喷涂水性漆;2.往复机喷涂PU漆或AC漆;3.静电线喷涂AC漆或PU漆。水性漆已经替代AC漆及PU漆应用于往复机,但在静电涂装线上,还没有成熟的水性产品。
水性涂料以水作为溶剂,除了少量必要的成膜助剂外,不额外添加挥发性溶剂,大大减少了生产制造过程中(VOC排放)。在环保趋势下,主流的施工工艺为UV底漆+水性面漆,这样要求水性面漆对UV底漆有很好的附着力。国内橱柜产品一年产值在50亿左右,高附着力水性白面漆应用前景广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供种一种高附着力水性静电白面漆及其制备方法,以解决现有技术生产制造过程中VOC排放过高、白面漆附着力低等问题。
本发明的一种高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,包括下列质量分数的组成物:

所述水性乳液为水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯乳液的一种或多种的混合物;
所述钛白粉采用金红石型钛白粉或锐钛矿型钛白粉中的一种;
所述哑粉采用二氧化硅类消光哑粉的一种;
所述蜡粉或蜡乳液采用聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡及氟改性乙烯蜡的一种;
所述分散润湿剂采用聚羧酸盐类、聚丙烯酸类、改性聚氨酯类的一种或多种混合物;
所述成膜助剂为二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、尼龙酸二甲酯中的一种或多种混合物;
所述抗刮功能性填料为亚克力微粉PMMA或弹性亚克力微粉PBMA中的一种或两种;
所述流平剂采用聚丙烯酸类、有机硅类及改性有机硅类的一种或多种混合物;
所述抗流挂助剂采用膨润土、人工合成蒙脱土、聚酰胺蜡的一种或多种混合物;
所述增稠剂采用聚氨酯类增稠剂、聚醚多元醇类的一种或多种混合物;
所述基材润湿采用炔二醇、有机硅类及改性有机硅类的一种或多种混合物;
所述其它助剂为消泡剂、PH调节剂的多种的混合物。
本发明所述的一种高附着力水性静电白面漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在转速为600~900转/min搅拌下,依次将A组份(所述水、润湿分散剂、部分其它助剂、钛白粉、蜡粉、抗刮功能性填料、抗流挂助剂)加入容器中,再在转速为900~1500转/min的搅拌下分散20~60min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,得到混合物A;
(2)在转速为600~900转/min的搅拌下,向所述混合物A中再依次添加B组份(所述水性乳液、成膜助剂、部分其它助剂、增稠剂、基材润湿剂、流平剂、哑粉、蜡乳液),再在转速为800~1200转/min的搅拌下分散15~30min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,得到混合物B,过滤后即得到本发明的高附着力水性静电白面漆。
进一步地,本发明的一种高附着力水性静电白面漆的制备方法,所述步骤(1)中的所述抗流挂助剂也可以作为单独的C组分,其添加步骤为:
(3)在300~500转/min的搅拌下,将部分所述水和所述抗流挂助剂搅拌3~6min至均匀,再在转速为900~1500转/min的搅拌下分散20~40min至均匀,细度合格,得到混合物C;
(4)在转速为500~800转/min的搅拌下,将所述混合物C加入到所述混合物B中,继续搅拌8~15min至均匀细度合格且无油缩,过滤后即得到本发明的高附着力水性静电白面漆。
本发明具有如下积极效果:(1)本发明符合《室内装修装饰用水性木器涂料》(GB/T23999-2008)的相关要求,安全并且环保;(2)使用了抗流挂助剂及增稠剂,能满足静电涂涂装中较高的低粘抗流挂要求,流平性好,不流挂;(3)装饰性好,静电吸附性强,对基材润湿性好,耐磨抗刮,成膜性好,耐化学品性能好,漆膜细腻光滑,满足各类光泽度要求;(4)本发明以水作为溶剂,易于生产制造、涂装过程施工安全性大大提高;(5)本发明丰富了“油转水”涂装系统,降低VOC排放,大大减轻了对终端消费者的危害。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,应注意本发明的实施例只是对本发明的内容予以解释说明,并不构成对本发明技术方案的限制。

上述配比的水性三分光白面漆的制备工艺为:
(1)在转速为900转/min搅拌下,依次将A组份(水、润湿分散剂、部分其它助剂、钛白粉、抗刮功能性填料、抗流挂助剂)加入容器中,再在转速为900转/min的搅拌下分散50min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,得到混合物A;
(2)在转速为800转/min的搅拌下,向混合物A中再依次添加B组份(水性乳液、成膜助剂、部分其它助剂、增稠剂、基材润湿剂、流平剂、哑粉、蜡乳液),再在转速为1000转/min的搅拌下分散25min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,,得到混合物B,过滤后即得到本发明的高附着力水性静电白面漆。
上述产品使用静电喷涂施工,按照国家标准检测本发明,附着力1级,不挥发物53%,抗流挂性湿膜200um不流挂,挥发性有机物含量(VOC)70g/L,干燥后残留挥发性有机物含量(TVOC)30mg/m3,其中VOC含量远远低于现有PU涂料。

上述配比的水性三分光白面漆的制备工艺为:
(1)在转速为600转/min搅拌下,依次将A组份(水、润湿分散剂、部分其它助剂、钛白粉、蜡粉、抗刮功能性填料)加入容器中,再在转速为1500转/min的搅拌下分散20min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,得到混合物A;
(2)在转速为600转/min的搅拌下,向混合物A中再依次添加B组份(水性乳液、成膜助剂、部分其它助剂、增稠剂、基材润湿剂、流平剂、哑粉),再在转速为900转/min的搅拌下分散30min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,得到混合物B;
(3)另准备干净的容器,在500转/min的搅拌下,依次投入C组分(去离子水、抗流挂助剂),继续搅拌4min至均匀,转为1200转/min速度下继续搅拌20min至均匀,细度合格,得到混合物C;
(4)在700转/min的搅拌下将混合物C加入到混合物B中,继续搅拌10min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,过滤后即得到本发明的高附着力水性静电白面漆。
上述产品使用静电喷涂施工,按照国家标准检测本发明,附着力1级,不挥发物54%,湿膜175um不流挂,挥发性有机物含量(VOC)60g/L,干燥后残留挥发性有机物含量(TVOC)25mg/m3,其中VOC含量远远低于现有PU涂料。

(1)在转速为700转/min搅拌下,依次将A组份(水、润湿分散剂、部分其它助剂、钛白粉、蜡粉、抗刮功能性填料、抗流挂助剂)加入容器中,再在转速为1300转/min的搅拌下分散35min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,得到混合物A;
(2)在转速为700转/min的搅拌下,向混合物A中再依次添加B组份(水性乳液、成膜助剂、部分其它助剂、增稠剂、基材润湿剂、流平剂、哑粉),再在转速为1100转/min的搅拌下分散20min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,,得到混合物B,过滤后即得到本发明的高附着力水性静电白面漆。
上述产品使用静电喷涂施工,按照国家标准检测本发明,附着力1级,不挥发物53%,湿膜175um不流挂,挥发性有机物含量(VOC)63g/L,干燥后残留挥发性有机物含量(TVOC)28mg/m3,其中VOC含量远远低于现有PU涂料。

1.一种高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,包括下列质量分数的组成物:
水性乳液: 45%~70%,
钛白粉: 16%~32%,
哑粉: 0.1%~3%,
蜡粉或蜡乳液: 0.5%~3%,
抗刮功能性填料: 3%~8%,
分散润湿剂: 0.5%~3%,
成膜助剂: 1%~6%,
抗流挂助剂: 0.3%~5%,
增稠剂: 0.2%~2%,
流平剂: 0.2%~3%,
基材润湿剂: 0.2%~2.0%,
其它助剂: 0.5%~1.5%,
水: 1%~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,所述水性乳液为水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯乳液的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,所述钛白粉采用金红石型钛白粉或锐钛矿型钛白粉中的一种;所述哑粉采用二氧化硅类消光哑粉的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,所述蜡粉或蜡乳液采用聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡及氟改性乙烯蜡的一种;所述分散润湿剂采用聚羧酸盐类、聚丙烯酸类、改性聚氨酯类的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,所述抗刮功能性填料为亚克力微粉PMMA或弹性亚克力微粉PBMA中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,所述抗流挂助剂采用膨润土、人工合成蒙脱土、聚酰胺蜡的一种或多种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、尼龙酸二甲酯中的一种或多种混合物;所述基材润湿采用炔二醇、有机硅类及改性有机硅类的一种或多种混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆,其特征在于,所述流平剂采用聚丙烯酸类、有机硅类及改性有机硅类的一种或多种混合物;所述增稠剂采用聚氨酯类增稠剂、聚醚多元醇类的一种或多种混合物;所述其它助剂为消泡剂、PH调节剂的多种的混合物。
9.一种如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在转速为600~900转/min搅拌下,依次将A组份(所述水、润湿分散剂、部分其它助剂、钛白粉、蜡粉、抗刮功能性填料、抗流挂助剂)加入容器中,再在转速为900~1500转/min的搅拌下分散20~60min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,得到混合物A;
(2)在转速为600~900转/min的搅拌下,向所述混合物A中再依次添加B组份(所述水性乳液、成膜助剂、部分其它助剂、增稠剂、基材润湿剂、流平剂、哑粉、蜡乳液),再在转速为800~1200转/min的搅拌下分散15~30min至均匀,细度合格且无油缩,得到混合物B,过滤后即得到本发明的高附着力水性静电白面漆。
10.根据权利要求9所述的高附着力水性静电白面漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的所述抗流挂助剂也可以作为单独的C组分,其添加步骤为:
(3)在300~500转/min的搅拌下,将部分所述水和所述抗流挂助剂搅拌3~6min至均匀,再在转速为900~1500转/min的搅拌下分散20~40min至均匀,细度合格,得到混合物C;
(4)在转速为500~800转/min的搅拌下,将所述混合物C加入到所述混合物B中,继续搅拌8~15min至均匀细度合格且无油缩,过滤后即得到本发明的高附着力水性静电白面漆。
