技术领域
本发明涉及竹木炭领域,具体地说涉及一种竹木炭板。
背景技术
竹木炭是不可多的打天然绿色材料,在日本有“黑砖石”之称。对硫化物、碳化物、氮化物、甲醛、苯、酚等有害物质具有超强的吸附能力(其吸附能力是活性炭的三倍)。竹木炭,以五年生以上的高山老竹为原料,经三十余天近千度高温煅烧而成。
现将竹木炭用于制造竹木炭板,竹木炭板适合毛坯房直接安装,施工简便,适用于家装、工装、别墅,办公楼、酒店、宾馆、KTV包间、医院、学校、旧房翻新等场所。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种竹木炭板。本发明具有防火,防潮,保湿隔热,隔音,易擦洗等优点特性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种竹木炭板,包括PUC外层和竹木炭层,两块PUC外层分别连接在竹木炭层两侧,所述PUC外层和竹木炭层通过高温挤压连接;所述PUC外层上设置有连接部,所述连接部用于连接竹木炭层,所述连接部为凹凸状,所述竹木炭层包括竹木炭、发泡剂和阻燃剂。
进一步地,所述连接部包括连接件,所述连接件上设置有连接条,所述连接条设置多跟,多跟连接条均匀分布在连接件上。
进一步地,所述连接件上设置有贯穿连接条的加强筋。
进一步地,所述连接件的端部连接有导向部。
进一步地,所述导向部包括导向台和导向锥,所述导向台与导向锥固定连接。
本发明还提供一种竹木炭板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将无毒、无杂质、干燥的竹木炭料进行粉碎,得到竹木炭粉;
S2、选用一侧表面设置有连接部的PUC板材作为PUC外层;或通过在PUC板材的一侧表面上压制形成连接部,得到PUC外层;
S3、在所述竹木炭粉中添加发泡剂和阻燃剂,并混合均匀得到混合物,然后将所述混合物送入两所述连接部相对应的所述PUC外层之间,经高温挤压得到所述竹木炭板。
进一步地,按照竹木炭粉的质量百分比计,发泡剂和阻燃剂的添加量分别为:发泡剂1.6~2.3%和阻燃剂2.5~3.5%。
进一步地,按照竹木炭粉的质量百分比计,发泡剂和阻燃剂的添加量分别为:发泡剂1.95%和阻燃剂3.1%。
进一步地,所述高温挤压的温度为160~180℃,压力为3~7MPa。
进一步地,所述高温挤压的温度为170℃,压力为5MPa。
采用本发明的优点在于:
一、本发明具有防火,防潮,保湿隔热,隔音,易擦洗等优点特性。
二、本发明中设置的连接部,能够使PUC外层与竹木炭层的连接效果更好,连接更加稳固,增加使用寿命。
三、本发明中设置的连接条能够在连接过程中挤压竹木炭层,使连接更加紧密,同时连接条间隔均匀分布在连接件上,连接条之间形成间隙,与竹木炭层连接时,竹木炭在连接条的挤压力作用下变形进入连接条间隙之间,使连接更加紧固。
四、本发明中设置的加强筋,能够增加连接件的强度,从而增加竹木炭板的强度。
五、本发明中设置的导向部,在连接过程中能够起到导向的作用,使操作更加省时省力。
六、本发明中设置的导向锥,导向锥能够起到导向,同时在连接时使连接件能够更轻松的进入竹木炭层。
七、本发明环保,达到国家甲醛释放量0.01标准,无甲醛;安全,达到国家防火验收标准B1级。
八、本发明PUC外层与竹木炭层之间无缝对接,不会发生热胀冷缩现象;使用寿命长。

进一步地,所述连接件31上设置有贯穿连接条32的加强筋33。
进一步地,所述连接件31的端部连接有导向部4。

一种竹木炭板,包括PUC外层1和竹木炭层2,两块PUC外层1分别连接在竹木炭层2两侧,所述PUC外层1和竹木炭层2通过高温挤压连接;所述PUC外层1上设置有连接部3,所述连接部3用于连接竹木炭层2,所述连接部3为凹凸状,所述竹木炭层2包括竹木炭、发泡剂和阻燃剂。
进一步地,所述连接部3包括连接件31,所述连接件31上设置有连接条32,所述连接条32设置多跟,多跟连接条32均匀分布在连接件31上。
进一步地,所述连接件31上设置有贯穿连接条32的加强筋33。
进一步地,所述连接件31的端部连接有导向部4。
进一步地,所述导向部4包括导向台41和导向锥42,所述导向台41与导向锥42固定连接。
实施例7
一种竹木炭板,包括PUC外层1和竹木炭层2,两块PUC外层1分别连接在竹木炭层2两侧,所述PUC外层1和竹木炭层2通过高温挤压连接;所述PUC外层1上设置有连接部3,所述连接部3用于连接竹木炭层2,所述连接部3为凹凸状,所述竹木炭层2包括竹木炭、发泡剂和阻燃剂。
进一步地,所述连接部3包括连接件31,所述连接件31上设置有连接条32,所述连接条32设置多跟,多跟连接条32均匀分布在连接件31上。
进一步地,所述连接件31上设置有贯穿连接条32的加强筋33。
进一步地,所述连接件31的端部连接有导向部4。
进一步地,所述导向部4包括导向台41和导向锥42,所述导向台41与导向锥42固定连接。
进一步地,本实施例的竹木炭板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将无毒、无杂质、干燥的竹木炭料进行粉碎,得到竹木炭粉;
S2、选用一侧表面设置有连接部3的PUC板材作为PUC外层1;或通过在PUC板材的一侧表面上压制形成连接部3,得到PUC外层1;
S3、在所述竹木炭粉中添加发泡剂和阻燃剂,并混合均匀得到混合物,然后将所述混合物送入两所述连接部3相对应的所述PUC外层1之间,经高温挤压得到所述竹木炭板。
进一步地,按照竹木炭粉的质量百分比计,发泡剂和阻燃剂的添加量分别为:发泡剂1.95%和阻燃剂3.1%。
进一步地,所述高温挤压的温度为170℃,压力为5MPa。
实施例8
一种竹木炭板,包括PUC外层1和竹木炭层2,两块PUC外层1分别连接在竹木炭层2两侧,所述PUC外层1和竹木炭层2通过高温挤压连接;所述PUC外层1上设置有连接部3,所述连接部3用于连接竹木炭层2,所述连接部3为凹凸状,所述竹木炭层2包括竹木炭、发泡剂和阻燃剂。
进一步地,所述连接部3包括连接件31,所述连接件31上设置有连接条32,所述连接条32设置多跟,多跟连接条32均匀分布在连接件31上。
进一步地,所述连接件31上设置有贯穿连接条32的加强筋33。
进一步地,所述连接件31的端部连接有导向部4。
进一步地,所述导向部4包括导向台41和导向锥42,所述导向台41与导向锥42固定连接。
进一步地,本实施例的竹木炭板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将无毒、无杂质、干燥的竹木炭料进行粉碎,得到竹木炭粉;
S2、选用一侧表面设置有连接部3的PUC板材作为PUC外层1;或通过在PUC板材的一侧表面上压制形成连接部3,得到PUC外层1;
S3、在所述竹木炭粉中添加发泡剂和阻燃剂,并混合均匀得到混合物,然后将所述混合物送入两所述连接部3相对应的所述PUC外层1之间,经高温挤压得到所述竹木炭板。
进一步地,按照竹木炭粉的质量百分比计,发泡剂和阻燃剂的添加量分别为:发泡剂1.6%和阻燃剂2.5%。
进一步地,所述高温挤压的温度为160℃,压力为7MPa。
实施例9
一种竹木炭板,包括PUC外层1和竹木炭层2,两块PUC外层1分别连接在竹木炭层2两侧,所述PUC外层1和竹木炭层2通过高温挤压连接;所述PUC外层1上设置有连接部3,所述连接部3用于连接竹木炭层2,所述连接部3为凹凸状,所述竹木炭层2包括竹木炭、发泡剂和阻燃剂。
进一步地,所述连接部3包括连接件31,所述连接件31上设置有连接条32,所述连接条32设置多跟,多跟连接条32均匀分布在连接件31上。
进一步地,所述连接件31上设置有贯穿连接条32的加强筋33。
进一步地,所述连接件31的端部连接有导向部4。
进一步地,所述导向部4包括导向台41和导向锥42,所述导向台41与导向锥42固定连接。
进一步地,本实施例的竹木炭板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

进一步地,按照竹木炭粉的质量百分比计,发泡剂和阻燃剂的添加量分别为:发泡剂2.3%和阻燃剂3.5%。
进一步地,所述高温挤压的温度为180℃,压力为3MPa。
Claims (10)
1.一种竹木炭板,其特征在于:包括PUC外层(1)和竹木炭层(2),两块PUC外层(1)分别连接在竹木炭层(2)两侧,所述PUC外层(1)和竹木炭层(2)通过高温挤压连接;所述PUC外层(1)上设置有连接部(3),所述连接部(3)用于连接竹木炭层(2),所述连接部(3)为凹凸状,所述竹木炭层(2)包括竹木炭、发泡剂和阻燃剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种竹木炭板,其特征在于:所述连接部(3)包括连接件(31),所述连接件(31)上设置有连接条(32),所述连接条(32)设置多跟,多跟连接条(32)均匀分布在连接件(31)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种竹木炭板,其特征在于:所述连接件(31)上设置有贯穿连接条(32)的加强筋(33)。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的一种竹木炭板,其特征在于:所述连接件(31)的端部连接有导向部(4)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种竹木炭板,其特征在于:所述导向部(4)包括导向台(41)和导向锥(42),所述导向台(41)与导向锥(42)固定连接。
6.一种如权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种竹木炭板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将无毒、无杂质、干燥的竹木炭料进行粉碎,得到竹木炭粉;
S2、选用一侧表面设置有连接部(3)的PUC板材作为PUC外层(1);或通过在PUC板材的一侧表面上压制形成连接部(3),得到PUC外层(1);
S3、在所述竹木炭粉中添加发泡剂和阻燃剂,并混合均匀得到混合物,然后将所述混合物送入两所述连接部(3)相对应的所述PUC外层(1)之间,经高温挤压得到所述竹木炭板。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种竹木炭板的制备方法,其特征在于:按照竹木炭粉的质量百分比计,发泡剂和阻燃剂的添加量分别为:发泡剂1.6~2.3%和阻燃剂2.5~3.5%。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种竹木炭板的制备方法,其特征在于:按照竹木炭粉的质量百分比计,发泡剂和阻燃剂的添加量分别为:发泡剂1.95%和阻燃剂3.1%。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种竹木炭板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高温挤压的温度为160~180℃,压力为3~7MPa。
10.如权利要求6所述的一种竹木炭板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高温挤压的温度为170℃,压力为5MPa。
