Abstract

Background
In the technical field of automobile manufacturing, marking operation is often required to be performed on a workpiece so as to trace the workpiece, laser marking is a convenient marking method, and when laser marking is used, on one hand, laser ablates marks such as characters or patterns on the surface of the workpiece, but the ablation can generate harmful gases which can pollute the working environment and influence the health of operators. On the other hand, some marking devices in the prior art cannot conveniently keep close contact with or relatively fixed to a workpiece to be marked during marking operation, and a marking head sometimes deviates relative to the workpiece, so that the marking quality is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a marking device, which can conveniently perform marking operation and improve the quality of the working environment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides marking equipment which comprises a base and an upright post arranged on the base, wherein a first slide rail extending up and down is arranged on the upright post, the first slide rail is connected with a first horizontal beam in a sliding mode, a second slide rail extending horizontally is arranged on the first beam, a laser marking device is connected onto the second slide rail in a sliding mode, the laser marking device comprises a protective cover, the protective cover is provided with a marking port used for emitting laser, a smoke extraction pipeline is connected onto the protective cover, and the smoke extraction pipeline is connected with a smoke processor.
Preferably, mark mouth department still is equipped with the electro-magnet, the electro-magnet is used for holding and treats to beat the mark work piece.
Preferably, the protective cover is provided with a viewing window.
More preferably, the protective cover comprises a flip cover which can be lifted, and the observation window is arranged on the flip cover.

Therefore, the marking equipment can conveniently perform marking operation and improve the quality of the operation environment.

In the marking device, the laser marking device 7 is connected to the second slide rail 6 of the first cross beam 5 in a sliding manner, so that the laser marking device 7 can move in the horizontal direction, the first cross beam 5 is connected to the first slide rail 4 of the upright post 3 in a sliding manner, and the first cross beam 5 can drive the laser marking device 7 to move up and down along the upright post 3, so that a workpiece can be marked conveniently. In addition, because the laser marking device 7 is provided with a protective cover 8, the protective cover 8 is provided with a marking port 9 for emitting laser, the laser lens is covered by the protective cover 8, laser beams generated by a laser generator are emitted to a workpiece to be marked from the marking port 9 and can ablate marks on the workpiece, the protective cover 8 is connected with a smoke extraction pipeline 10, and the smoke extraction pipeline 10 is connected with a smoke processor 11; therefore, the smoke generated when the laser ablates the mark on the workpiece can pass through the smoke extraction pipeline 10 from the protective cover 8 and enter the smoke processor 11 to be processed, and the working environment is not influenced. Therefore, the marking equipment can conveniently perform marking operation and improve the quality of the operation environment.
In order to enable the laser marking device 7 to be attached to or fixed with the workpiece during marking, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, as a preferred embodiment, an electromagnet 12 is further arranged at the marking opening 9, the electromagnet 12 is used for tightly sucking the workpiece to be marked, and the electromagnet 12 can generate a magnetic field to tightly suck the workpiece on the marking opening 9 after being electrified. When the workpiece is marked, the marking opening 9 is attached to the workpiece, then the electromagnet 12 is started, the electromagnet 12 generates a magnetic field to suck the workpiece at the marking opening 9, therefore, in the process that the laser beam emitted by the laser lens ablates the mark on the workpiece, the workpiece is kept at a fixed position relative to the laser marking device 7, and the marked mark is clear and accurate.
In order to conveniently observe the working condition of the elements in the protective cover 8 when the marking device of the invention is used for marking operation, as a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the protective cover 8 is provided with an observation window 13. This allows the situation in the protective cover 8 to be observed through the observation window 13. More preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the protective cover 8 comprises a flip 14 which can be lifted, the flip 14 is hinged to the protective cover 8, and the observation window 13 is arranged on the flip 14.
In order to facilitate moving the workpiece to the laser marking device 7 for marking, as a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a second beam 15 parallel to the first beam 5 is disposed at the upper end of the upright column 3, the second beam 15 and the first beam 5 are disposed on the same side of the upright column 3, and a hoisting mechanism 16 is connected to the second beam 15. The hoisting mechanism 16 can be an electric hoist, a cantilever crane, a mechanical balance crane and the like in the prior art. A guide slide 17 parallel to the second beam 15 can be connected to the second beam 15, and the lifting means 16 is connected to the guide slide 17.
In order to facilitate the movement of a marking apparatus of the present invention, as a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the base 2 is disposed on a tool carriage 1, and the smoke processor 11 is mounted on the tool carriage 1. Therefore, the marking device can be conveniently moved to a required position for operation. In order to control the marking equipment of the invention, a control device is also arranged on the tooling vehicle 1, a laser generator and an electromagnet 12 of the laser marking device 7 are both connected with the control device, and the control device can control the laser generator to generate laser beams and can also control the electromagnet 12 to generate magnetic fields.
Based on the technical scheme of the embodiment, the marking equipment can conveniently perform marking operation, improves the quality of operation environment, and is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
