Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel making and continuous casting, and particularly relates to a process organization method for quickly changing a tundish of a section continuous casting machine with a beam blank below 600 kg/m. The invention provides a process operation method and a device for quickly changing a beam blank continuous casting tundish below 600kg/m, which reduce the vibration load by taking measures to shorten the time of quickly changing the tundish and reducing the friction force and solve the problem that the beam blank small section quickly changes the tundish vibration. The success of the quick-change tundish for the small section fills the blank of the quick-change tundish for the small section of the domestic special-shaped blank continuous casting machine.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel making and continuous casting, and particularly relates to a technological operation method and a device for quickly replacing a tundish of a section continuous casting machine with a beam blank of below 600 kg/m.
Background
The quick-change tundish utilizes the tail blank of the upper tundish to replace a dummy bar, and processes of pulling the tail blank and conveying the dummy bar and the like are not needed, so that the production improvement and the efficiency improvement can be realized without stopping. The special-shaped blank web is thin, the solidification is fast, and the difficulty of quickly changing the tundish is high. At present, the domestic horse steel, Jinxi steel and sunshine steel special-shaped blank continuous casting machines successively implement tundish quick change through the improvement of continuous casting machine procedures, wherein the section specification of the Jinxi steel special-shaped blank is basically the same as that of our factory. However, the small section of the beam blank with the weight of less than 600kg per meter has the defects that the heat supplementing effect on the solidified blank shell is weak due to the fact that the liquid core in the blank shell with the relatively large section is less (high-temperature molten steel), the cooling solidification is quicker, the blank shell is harder in strength, the friction force between the blank shell and a crystallizer copper plate is larger, the load of a crystallizer vibration system is large, the vibration is more and more incapable of vibrating along with the time lapse within a few minutes, the pouring flow is started, the pouring success rate is low, and therefore the quick-change tundish is influenced. Therefore, the quick change of the tundish is not successfully implemented on the cross section below 600kg/m of the domestic special-shaped blank continuous casting machine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a process operation method and a device for quickly changing a beam blank continuous casting tundish below 600kg/m, which reduce the vibration load by adopting measures and devices to shorten the time of the process of quickly changing the tundish and reducing the friction force and solve the problem that the vibration cannot be realized in the quick change process of the section below 600kg/m of the beam blank.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

①, performing slag reduction operation on the casting powder in the crystallizer 10 minutes before changing the tundish;

③, mounting the long wooden plug centering device on a standby tundish car in advance, enabling the standby tundish car and the online tundish car to act simultaneously after the connecting piece is inserted, and casting the large ladle after the standby tundish car is in place;
④, rapidly enabling the liquid level of the tundish to reach 10 tons after casting, measuring the temperature, simultaneously casting each flow, measuring the temperature again when the liquid level of the tundish rises to 15 tons, and slowly adjusting the height of the liquid level of the tundish according to the temperature of molten steel;
before casting, the set pulling speed of the operation box is adjusted to BB0:0.3m/min, BB1\ BB 2: 0.2m/min, BB 3: 0.15m/min, when the liquid level of the crystallizer steel rises to 45-55mm from the lower opening of the funnel, namely 20% -30% of the liquid level of the operation box is displayed, adding the covering slag, starting the pulling and straightening, and then adjusting the pulling speed according to the actual liquid level.

The quick-change process for the continuous casting tundish of the beam blank with the thickness of less than 600kg/m has the following remarkable effects:
1. the process time of the quick-change tundish is shortened by taking measures and devices, the process of the quick-change tundish is controlled within 5 minutes, the hardness of the casting blank in the quick-change process is reduced, and the vibration load is reduced.
2. The friction area between the crystallizer and the casting blank is reduced, and the friction force is reduced by 30 percent compared with the original friction force.
The down time of each quick-change tundish is reduced by 1.5 hours, and the yield is increased by about 300 t. The production can be increased by 300t 15 groups/month 12 months =5.4 ten thousand tons calculated by 15 groups changed rapidly per month. When the special-shaped parison continuous casting machine is opened singly, the production consumable materials required for casting are about 2300 plus 678=1622 units/group. Calculated by 15 groups of quick change every month, the material cost is saved by 29 ten thousand yuan every year.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, the process operation method, the device and the advantages of the embodiment of the invention clearer, the technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention is clearly and completely described below.
Referring to the attached figure 1, the quick change process of the special-shaped blank continuous casting tundish below 600kg/m is characterized in that a quick change mode of the tundish is added on the basis of the original special-shaped blank continuous casting machine, so that the automatic adjustment of the water flow of the crystallizer and the automatic gap water supply of a sector section and the automatic lifting and pressing functions of a withdrawal and straightening machine are realized by tracking the position of a connecting point in the quick change mode of the withdrawal speed returning to zero.
The quick-change process operation is divided into 11 items shown in fig. 1, the long cork centralizer shown in fig. 2 is designed and manufactured to realize simultaneous execution of 3 items, and the quick-change tundish process is controlled within 5 minutes.
Before the 'standby vehicle is driven in place', the long wooden plug centering device is firstly installed and fixed to each pouring runner of the tundish, and after the 'standby vehicle is driven in place' project is completed, two projects of 'ladle driving casting liquid level expansion' and 'tundish vehicle centering' are simultaneously carried out. And when the liquid level reaches 10-20 tons, the drainage operation of each flow is started, and when the liquid level rises to 15-30 tons, the casting operation is realized.
In the project of pulling the liquid level to the right position, the height of the liquid level of the steel in the crystallizer is quickly reduced to the position of 600mm according to the 450-inch position of the upper opening of the crystallizer, so that the friction area between the crystallizer and the casting blank is further reduced, and the vibration load is reduced.
Example 1
The tundish capacity is 30 tons, the thickness of the section of the crystallizer is 130mm, the length of the crystallizer is 1100mm, and the specific implementation process is as follows:
the first step is as follows: and performing slag reduction operation on the casting powder in the crystallizer about 10 minutes before the tundish is replaced.
The second step is that: after each flow is blocked, the operation box operates: pulling speed back to 0 → stopping pulling correction → P3 putting a quick change mode on the disc and confirming that the quick change button lamp is in a normally on state; immediately stirring the box body by using an L-shaped oxygen pipe after the flow blockage → putting an inserting connecting piece in liquid molten steel → opening a tundish car and simultaneously starting pulling and straightening to pull the liquid level of the crystallizer to a position 600mm away from the upper opening of the crystallizer, and stopping pulling and straightening to prepare for casting.
In the operation process, the long wooden plug centering device is installed on a standby tundish car in advance, the tundish car for standby after the connecting piece is inserted and the online tundish car act simultaneously, and a large ladle is immediately poured after the standby tundish car is in place.
The third step: and issuing a casting starting instruction, quickly enabling the liquid level of the tundish to reach 10 tons, measuring the temperature, simultaneously casting each flow, continuously and quickly rising the liquid level of the tundish to 15 tons, measuring the temperature again, and slowly adjusting the height of the liquid level of the tundish according to the temperature of molten steel.
Before casting, the set pulling speed of the operation box is adjusted to BB0:0.3m/min, BB1\ BB 2: 0.2m/min, BB 3: 0.15m/min, when the liquid level of the crystallizer steel rises to about 50mm from the lower opening of the funnel (20-30% is displayed by an operation box), adding protective slag, starting pulling and straightening (vibration does not need to press a starting button key, a tundish switching mode is directly changed into a casting state, a button with a lamp is turned off automatically), and then adjusting the pulling speed according to the actual liquid level. The subsequent casting is the same as the single casting operation.
By the embodiment, the success of continuously casting the quick-change tundish for the beam blank below 600kg/m is realized, and the blank of the quick-change tundish for the small section of the beam blank continuous casting machine in China is filled. The material cost is saved by 29 ten thousand yuan per year, and the yield can be increased by 300t 15 groups per month by 12 months =5.4 ten thousand tons per year.
