The separation, crushing and filtration device is applied to treatment of industrial waste which is not classified, solid-liquid mixed waste is poured from the upper part, and is extruded and filtered after being cut, sewage is discharged from a liquid discharge pipe, and solid is discharged from the bottom.
The separation, crushing and filtration device is greatly influenced by main composition of wastes when processing industrial solid-liquid mixture, if mud pulp and the like are relatively difficult to dewater, but is easy to clean, if a device which is the same as the residual food waste is used for testing, the dewatering rate can reach more than 40 percent, the volume is reduced by more than 60 percent, water is saved by more than 1kg each time during cleaning, but if the waste is viscous and difficult to clean, the cleaning pressure is obviously increased, and the water consumption is increased.

1. A separation, crushing and filtering device comprises a spiral shaft and a filter screen, wherein the filter screen is sleeved around the spiral shaft; helical blades are arranged on the periphery of the helical shaft, the helical blades are of a double-cone structure, and knife edges are arranged on the periphery of the helical blades of the cone structure on the middle upper portion of the double-cone structure.

The separation, crushing and filtering device according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing rib is arranged outside the filter screen, and a water guide plate is arranged outside the reinforcing rib; the middle part of the helical blade of the cone structure at the middle lower part of the double-cone structure is provided with a rotor column, and the section of the rotor column is the same as the section structure of the wing.
3. A separating, crushing and filtering apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said filter screen is a slotted screen.

The separation, crushing and filtering device according to claim 1, wherein the lower part of the helical blade is provided with a shear plate, and the shear plate forms an included angle with the radial line of the helical shaft; the motor is arranged on the lower portions of the screw shaft and the filter screen, the first umbrella-shaped gear is arranged on the upper portion of the motor, the connecting shaft column is arranged on the lower portion of the screw shaft, the protrusion is arranged in the middle of the connecting shaft column, the separating ring is arranged on the protrusion, the shearing knife is arranged on the side face of the separating ring, the fixing ring is arranged on one side, far away from the separating ring, of the shearing knife, the stud is arranged between the fixing ring and the bottom of the filter screen.

A separating, crushing and filtering device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the lower part of the connecting shaft column is provided with a second bevel gear, the second bevel gear is adapted to the first bevel gear, the upper part of the connecting shaft column is provided with a connecting column, the lower part of the screw shaft is provided with a connecting hole, and the connecting hole is adapted to the connecting column.
6. The separation, crushing and filtering device according to claim 4, wherein the helical blades are not equidistantly tapered; the cross section of the shearing knife is trapezoidal.
7. The separation, crushing and filtering device according to claim 2, wherein the rotor posts are arranged obliquely, the lower parts of the rotor posts are close to the middle part of the screw shaft, and the upper parts of the rotor posts are close to the outer part of the screw shaft.
8. Use of a separating, crushing and filtering device according to claim 1 for wet waste.
9. Use of a separating, crushing and filtering device according to claim 1 for wet waste.
10. The use of a separating, crushing and filtering device according to claim 1 for kitchen waste.
