Abstract
本发明提供了一种植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,特征在于,包括植绒区、烘干区、去余绒区和涡流管,所述植绒区包括进料辊、分绒滚筒、筛网、植绒室和落绒斗;所述涡流管的冷气出口位于植绒区的落绒斗上,可将余绒重新吹入植绒室内,涡流管的热气出口位于除余绒区内,可吹去纱线表面余绒并使胶水进一步固化。本发明一体化地实现了纱线植绒、烘干、去余绒过程,减少了纱线传输于各装置间的时间,植绒效率大大增强。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织设备领域,尤其涉及一种纱线植绒机构。
背景技术
现有纱线植绒工艺是利用电荷同性相斥异性相吸的物理特性,使绒毛带上负电荷,将需植绒的纱线置于零电位或接地条件,绒毛受纱线异电位的吸引而垂直加速飞升到其表面,由于纱线表面上涂有胶粘剂,绒毛就被垂直固定在纱线的表面上,最终得到植绒纱线。植绒纱线可再经织造制成植绒织物或用于装饰汽车内饰、玩具等其他物品,植绒纱线因其特有的表面性质结构和加工灵活性而广受欢迎。
目前的纱线植绒方法是将绒毛从待植绒纱线的上侧撒下来,此时纱线上面区域分布的绒毛较多,侧面和下面分布的绒毛较少,最终会导致静电植绒后的纱线表面绒毛分布很不均匀,影响了植绒纱线的性能。而且,植绒后的纱线还需更换到另外两个设备中,分别将表面胶水烘干和吹去多余的绒毛,更换设备的过程浪费了许多时间,且纱线在运输时暴露在空气中容易被污染。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,可生产得到绒毛分布均匀的植绒纱线。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:一种一体式的纱线植绒机构,包括植绒区、烘干区、去余绒区和涡流管,所述植绒区包括进料辊、分绒滚筒、筛网、正极板、负极板、植绒室和落绒斗,所述涡流管的冷气出口位于植绒区的落绒斗上,涡流管的热气出口位于除余绒区内。
进一步地,所述烘干区包括两个上下对称设置的远红外光源。
进一步地,所述热气出口与植绒纱线平行正对。
进一步地,所述涡流管的热气出口端设置温度调节阀。
进一步地,所述所述计量辊表面均匀设置进料凹槽。
进一步地,所述分绒滚筒包括两个大小相同,表面均匀分布刷毛且相互抵触的滚筒。
进一步地,所述分绒滚筒与下侧的筛网相抵触。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下的优点和效果:植绒后的多余绒毛落下时经涡流管冷气出口再被吹入植绒室,此时植绒室内绒毛飘动分散均匀,植绒效果更好,且较低的温度可防止胶水凝固;植绒纱线表面胶水在经烘干区烘干,涡流管热风出口吹去纱线表面余绒且胶水进一步固化。本发明一体化地实现纱线植绒、烘干、去余绒过程,减少了纱线传输于各装置间的时间,植绒效率大大增强。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,包括植绒区1、烘干区2、去余绒区3和涡流管4,所述植绒区包括进料辊5、分绒滚筒6、筛网7、植绒室8和落绒斗9,所述涡流管4的冷气出口10位于落绒斗9上,将落下的多余绒毛再次吹入植绒室8,使植绒室8内的绒毛飘动分散均匀;所述涡流管4的热气出口11平行正对除余绒区3内的纱线,吹去纱线表面余绒并进一步固化胶水。
所述烘干区2包括两个平行设置的远红外光源12,分别位于纱线的上下两侧。
所述涡流管4的热气出口11端设置温度调节阀13,可用于调节出风口温度以满足不同的生产需要。
所述计量辊表面均匀设置进料凹槽,通过调节辊轴转速控制绒毛进入装置的速度。
所述分绒滚筒6包括两个大小相同,表面均匀分布刷毛的滚筒,两个滚筒相互且同时与下侧的筛网相抵触。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述一体式的纱线植绒机构可用涡流管冷气出口将植绒后的多余绒毛再次吹入植绒室,此时植绒室内绒毛飘动分散均匀,植绒效果更好,且较低的温度可防止胶水凝固;植绒纱线表面胶水在经烘干区烘干,涡流管热风出口吹去纱线表面余绒且胶水进一步固化,实现了一体化实现纱线植绒、烘干、去杂毛过程,减少了纱线传输于各装置间的时间,植绒效率大大增强。

1.一种植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,其特征在于,包括植绒区、烘干区、去余绒区和涡流管,所述植绒区包括进料辊、分绒滚筒、筛网、植绒室和落绒斗,所述涡流管的冷气出口位于植绒区的落绒斗上,涡流管的热气出口位于除余绒区内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,其特征在于,所述烘干区包括两个上下对称设置的远红外光源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,其特征在于,所述热气出口与植绒纱线平行正对。
4.根据权利要求1所述的植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,其特征在于,所述涡流管的热气出口端设置温度调节阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,其特征在于,所述计量辊表面均匀设置进料凹槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的植绒烘干去余绒一体式的纱线植绒机构,其特征在于,所述分绒滚筒为两个大小相同,表面均匀分布刷毛且相互抵触的滚筒。
