技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
护手霜是一种能愈合及抚平肌肤裂痕,干燥,能够有效预防及治疗秋冬季手部粗糙干裂的护肤产品,秋冬季节经常使用可以使手部皮肤更加细嫩滋润。
沉香精油是由珍贵的沉香经过蒸馏萃取后提炼而成的,是沉香的精华所在。沉香精油对人体有着多重功效,例如:改善气场、舒缓压力、安眠抗郁、调理身心和促进身体新城代谢等。在泡脚的热水中滴入几滴沉香精油,可以达到活血经络的目的,还能达到去除脚气脚臭的效果。由于天然沉香的不可再生性,提炼后的沉香油就更显得稀有和珍贵。
如何将沉香精油应用于护手霜是亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题为提高护手霜的保湿效果,提供一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜,包括甘油2~5%,丙二醇2~5%,黄原胶0.05~0.2%,卡波姆0.05~0.2%,羟苯甲酯0.05~0.2%,尿囊素0.05~0.3%,甘草酸二钾0.05~0.2%,乳化剂2.1~6%,滋润剂11~29%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1~1%,异十六烷2~5%,三乙醇胺0.1~1%,抗菌剂0.1~0.8%,沉香精油0.01~1%,富勒烯0.2~5%,余量为水。
将沉香精油、富勒烯加入到护手霜的配方中,可以有效的提高护手霜的品质。
富勒烯可以保护沉香精油长期有效,同时也有一定抗氧化功效。

一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜的制备方法,包括:
S10.将水、甘油、丙二醇、黄原胶、卡波姆、羟苯甲酯、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾加入乳化锅,1500~2500r/min均质2~5min,并升温至80~90摄氏度;
S20.将乳化剂,滋润剂,生育酚乙酸酯,异十六烷2~5%加入油相锅中,加入至70~90摄氏度,至固体充分溶解,得到油相混合物;
S30.将油相混合物加入所述乳化锅中,1500~2500r/min均质2~5min,继续搅拌,80~90摄氏度保温10~20min,开始降温;
S40.降温至60~70摄氏度,加入三乙醇胺,1000~2000r/min均质1~5min;
S50.继续降温至40~50摄氏度,加入抗菌剂、沉香精油和富勒烯,搅拌,分散均匀,即得护手霜。
优选地,所述S50步骤中降温至45摄氏度。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:勒烯可以保护沉香精油长期有效,同时也有一定抗氧化功效;可以有效保湿,保护用户肌肤,尤其适用于秋冬干燥时使用。

实施例1
一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜, 包括甘油3%,丙二醇3%,黄原胶0.1%,卡波姆0.1%,羟苯甲酯0.1%,尿囊素0.15%,甘草酸二钾0.1%,乳化剂3.5%,滋润剂18%,生育酚乙酸酯0.5%,异十六烷3%,三乙醇胺0.7%,抗菌剂0.3%,沉香精油0.25%,富勒烯2%,余量为水65.2%。所述乳化剂为硬脂酸3%,甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯0.5%。所述滋润剂为甘油硬脂酸酯1%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯1%,鲸蜡硬脂醇3%,牛油果树果酯4%,矿脂3%,聚二甲基硅氧烷3%,蜂蜡3%。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的铬0.1%。

一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜,包括甘油5%,丙二醇5%,黄原胶0.2%,卡波姆0.2%,羟苯甲酯0.2%,尿囊素0.3%,甘草酸二钾0.2%,乳化剂6%,滋润剂29%,生育酚乙酸酯1%,异十六烷5%,三乙醇胺1%,抗菌剂0.8%,沉香精油1%,富勒烯5%,余量为水39.9%。所述乳化剂为硬脂酸5%,甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯1%。所述滋润剂为甘油硬脂酸酯2%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯2%,鲸蜡硬脂醇5%,牛油果树果酯5%,矿脂5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷5%,蜂蜡5%。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇0.2%、1,2-己二醇0.3%、氯苯甘醚0.3%。

一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜,包括甘油2%,丙二醇5%,黄原胶0.2%,卡波姆0.2%,羟苯甲酯0.05%,尿囊素0.05%,甘草酸二钾0.2%,乳化剂6%,滋润剂11%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1%,异十六烷5%,三乙醇胺1%,抗菌剂0.8%,沉香精油1%,富勒烯5%,余量为水62.4%。所述乳化剂为硬脂酸5%,甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯1%。所述滋润剂为甘油硬脂酸酯0.5%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.5,鲸蜡硬脂醇2%,牛油果树果酯2%,矿脂2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,蜂蜡2%。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇0.5%、1,2-己二醇0.2%、氯苯甘醚0.1%。
实施例5
一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜,包括甘油5%,丙二醇2%,黄原胶0.05%,卡波姆0.05%,羟苯甲酯0.2%,尿囊素0.3%,甘草酸二钾0.05%,乳化剂2.1%,滋润剂29%,生育酚乙酸酯1%,异十六烷2%,三乙醇胺0.1%,抗菌剂0.1%,沉香精油1%,富勒烯0.2%,余量为水56.85%。所述乳化剂为硬脂酸2%,甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯0.1%。所述滋润剂为甘油硬脂酸酯4%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯4%,鲸蜡硬脂醇5%,牛油果树果酯5%,矿脂5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷5%,蜂蜡5%。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇0.02%、1,2-己二醇0.03%、氯苯甘醚0.05%。
实施例6
一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜的制备方法,采用实施例1中的护手霜配方,包括:
S10.将水、甘油、丙二醇、黄原胶、卡波姆、羟苯甲酯、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾加入乳化锅,2000r/min均质3min,并升温至85摄氏度;
S20.将乳化剂,滋润剂,生育酚乙酸酯,异十六烷加入油相锅中,加入至80摄氏度,至固体充分溶解,得到油相混合物;
S30.将油相混合物加入所述乳化锅中,2000r/min均质3min,继续搅拌,85摄氏度保温15min,开始降温;
S40.降温至65摄氏度,加入三乙醇胺,1500r/min均质2min;
S50.继续降温至45摄氏度,加入抗菌剂、沉香精油和富勒烯,搅拌,分散均匀,即得护手霜。
实施例7
一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜的制备方法,采用实施例2中的护手霜配方,包括:
S10.将水、甘油、丙二醇、黄原胶、卡波姆、羟苯甲酯、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾加入乳化锅,1500r/min均质5min,并升温至80摄氏度;
S20.将乳化剂,滋润剂,生育酚乙酸酯,异十六烷加入油相锅中,加入至70摄氏度,至固体充分溶解,得到油相混合物;
S30.将油相混合物加入所述乳化锅中,1500r/min均质5min,继续搅拌,80摄氏度保温10min,开始降温;
S40.降温至60摄氏度,加入三乙醇胺,1000r/min均质5min;
S50.继续降温至40摄氏度,加入抗菌剂、沉香精油和富勒烯,搅拌,分散均匀,即得护手霜。
实施例8
一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜的制备方法,采用实施例3中的护手霜配方,包括:
S10.将水、甘油、丙二醇、黄原胶、卡波姆、羟苯甲酯、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾加入乳化锅,2500r/min均质2min,并升温至90摄氏度;
S20.将乳化剂,滋润剂,生育酚乙酸酯,异十六烷加入油相锅中,加入至90摄氏度,至固体充分溶解,得到油相混合物;
S30.将油相混合物加入所述乳化锅中,2500r/min均质2min,继续搅拌,90摄氏度保温20min,开始降温;
S40.降温至70摄氏度,加入三乙醇胺,2000r/min均质1min;
S50.继续降温至50摄氏度,加入抗菌剂、沉香精油和富勒烯,搅拌,分散均匀,即得护手霜。
对比例1
一种沉香护手霜, 包括甘油3%,丙二醇3%,黄原胶0.1%,卡波姆0.1%,羟苯甲酯0.1%,尿囊素0.15%,甘草酸二钾0.1%,乳化剂3.5%,滋润剂18%,生育酚乙酸酯0.5%,异十六烷3%,三乙醇胺0.7%,抗菌剂0.3%,沉香精油0.25%,余量为水67.2%。所述乳化剂为硬脂酸3%,甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯0.5%。所述滋润剂为甘油硬脂酸酯1%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯1%,鲸蜡硬脂醇3%,牛油果树果酯4%,矿脂3%,聚二甲基硅氧烷3%,蜂蜡3%。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的铬0.1%。
对比例2
一种富勒烯护手霜, 包括甘油3%,丙二醇3%,黄原胶0.1%,卡波姆0.1%,羟苯甲酯0.1%,尿囊素0.15%,甘草酸二钾0.1%,乳化剂3.5%,滋润剂18%,生育酚乙酸酯0.5%,异十六烷3%,三乙醇胺0.7%,抗菌剂0.3%,富勒烯2%,余量为水65.45%。所述乳化剂为硬脂酸3%,甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯0.5%。所述滋润剂为甘油硬脂酸酯1%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯1%,鲸蜡硬脂醇3%,牛油果树果酯4%,矿脂3%,聚二甲基硅氧烷3%,蜂蜡3%。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的铬0.1%。
实验例1
取70只实验小鼠分为7组,采用实施例1~5及对比例获取到的护手霜对小鼠进行处理,具体为:各组小鼠饲养一周后,用硫化钠溶液脱毛,露出背部3cm见方的皮肤,每天涂抹护手霜,饲养8周后,禁食一天,脱颈椎处死小鼠,将背部皮肤取下,参照GB/T 5009.3-2003的恒温干燥法测定皮肤水分含量。

从表1可以看出,实施例1~3均具有一定保湿的效果,同对比例相比,皮肤的水分明显增多,表明了沉香和富勒烯的混合使用产生一定的协同增效作用,共同提高了皮肤的质量。
实施例1是较优的实施方案,综合评价较高,水分含量较高;实施例2中的各组份投加量较少,保湿效果同对比例相比仍有显著的效果,表明包含沉香精油和植物提取物在保护皮肤的方面的作用是较为重要的;对比例采用的未采用沉香精油,用户反映较差。
实施例2~5中的各种成分同实施例1有一定的区别,保湿效果也略差,表明采用一定的投加量可以进一步提高护手霜的保湿效果。
实验例2
取90只实验小鼠分为9组,采用实施例1~5及对比例获取到的护手霜对小鼠进行处理。具体为:
小鼠适应性饲养 2 周后开始造模,制备 D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠模型的造模方法参照《中药药理实验方法学》和文献中的造模方法。每日上午 9:00-10:00 间,除空白组外,另外5 组每天消毒后采用 D-半乳糖注射液 125mg/kg, 颈背部皮下注射,每 6 天称体重 1次,根据体重调整用药量,连续注射 42 天(6 周)进行造模。
从造模第四周起,用硫化钠溶液脱毛,露出背部3cm见方的皮肤,每天涂抹护手霜,空白组涂抹生理盐水,饲养8周后,禁食一天,脱颈椎处死小鼠,将背部皮肤取下。
切取组织时常取小鼠背部正中皮肤约1cm2,固定、切皮,将要切取的平面朝下放到塑料包埋盒底部,按常规步骤脱水浸蜡包埋。余背部皮肤取下后迅速冰冻保存,拟作皮肤组织匀浆备用。
切片前将包埋好的组织样本置于-20℃冷冻数分钟,待组织达适当硬度即可切片。水浴展片,捞片,将切片小心贴附于载波片上,贴片时手要稳,并且手要有一个向下伸展的动作。控片,然后将切片放入展片器展片,注意使切片无气泡,贴平粘紧,及时烤片。
配置溶液:
PBS 溶液:600ml 的 ddH2O 中溶解 8gNaCl、0.2gKCl、1.44gNa2HPO4 和 0.24gKH2PO4,用 HCl 调节溶液 p H 至 7.4,定容至1L。过滤后高压灭菌,室温保存。
0.1mol/L 枸橼酸酸钠缓冲溶液:0.1mol/L 柠檬酸 3.8ml、0.1mol/L; 柠檬酸钠16.2ml; 柠檬酸C6H8O7·H2O:分子量 210.14;0.1mol/L 溶液为 21.01 克/升; 柠檬酸钠Na3C6H5O7·2H2O:分子量 294.12;0.1mol/L 溶液为 29.41 克/升。
测定表皮角蛋白:
(1)将玻片置于 65℃恒温烘箱中烤片 1h;置于二甲苯 I 中浸泡15min,再置于二甲苯II 中浸泡 15min。 (2)水化,将脱蜡后的切片经100%酒精 I、100%酒精 II、95%酒精、85%酒精、75%酒精分别浸泡 5min,自来水冲洗 10min。(3)抗原修复,采用 0.01M 柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液中高压(125℃·103KPa)修复 15min,自然冷却后,0.02M PBS 洗 3min×3次。(4)阻断,将玻片置于 3%H2O2中,湿盒孵育 10min,以消除内源性过氧化物酶的活性。0.02M PBS冲洗 3min×3 次。(5)封闭,将玻片置于0.5%BSA 中,湿盒孵育 30min。(6)一抗孵育滴加一抗(1:100、1:50),湿盒孵育,4℃孵育过夜(7)荧光二抗孵育(需要避光),将切片从 4℃冰箱中取出,放置室温下 30-40min 复温,0.02M PBS 冲洗 5min×3 次,滴加荧光二抗,湿盒孵育,37℃孵育 60min。0.02M PBS 冲洗 3min×3 次。(8)封片,滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液(含DAPI),约 20 µL;盖上盖玻片,不要有气泡。(9)图像采集:荧光显微镜观察。(10)结合软件Imager-Pro Plus 6.0 分析细胞骨架蛋白免疫荧光图像,计算细胞的荧光强度值(AOD)。
测定水通道蛋白AQP3:
运用 ELISA 法检测 AQP3 的含量,记录数据。

从表2可以看出,实施例中K19和AQP3含量明显高于模型组,同空白组差距不大;对比例的K19和AQP3含量较低,未能延缓皮肤衰老。
AQP3是水通道蛋白中的一种,在角质形成细胞中是一个完整的跨膜蛋白通道,是维持皮肤水合作用,改善皮肤干燥、粗糙等衰老外观的关键因素。而且还可以将循环中的内源性甘油、皮脂腺中的甘油三脂带到表皮,对于维护表皮的屏障功能也起到不可忽视的作用。
K19即角蛋白19。研究学者公认K19是表皮干细胞标志。表皮干细胞是皮肤组织特异性干细胞,存在于表皮基底层,与其他类型的干细胞一样,表皮干细胞具有很强的自我更新能力和分化的潜能。K19的异常表达可引起表皮角质形成细胞的异常分化,从而导致皮肤衰老的发生。
从表2可以看出,采用实施例1~5的护手霜处理的小鼠皮肤中的角蛋白和水通道蛋白表达未受到明显影响,同模型组的差别较大,表明采用本申请的配方可以有效的延缓衰老。

1.一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜,其特征在于,包括甘油2~5%,丙二醇2~5%,黄原胶0.05~0.2%,卡波姆0.05~0.2%,羟苯甲酯0.05~0.2%,尿囊素0.05~0.3%,甘草酸二钾0.05~0.2%,乳化剂2.1~6%,滋润剂11~29%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1~1%,异十六烷2~5%,三乙醇胺0.1~1%,抗菌剂0.1~0.8%,沉香精油0.01~1%,富勒烯0.2~5%,余量为水。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜,其特征在于,所述滋润剂为甘油硬脂酸酯0~4%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯0~4%,鲸蜡硬脂醇2~5%,牛油果树果酯2~5%,矿脂2~5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷2~5%,蜂蜡2~5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种包含沉香和富勒烯的护手霜,其特征在于,所述滋润剂为甘油硬脂酸酯1%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯1%,鲸蜡硬脂醇3%,牛油果树果酯4%,矿脂3%,聚二甲基硅氧烷3%,蜂蜡3%。

S10.将水、甘油、丙二醇、黄原胶、卡波姆、羟苯甲酯、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾加入乳化锅,1500~2500r/min均质2~5min,并升温至80~90摄氏度;
