Abstract
本发明涉及具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂及其制备方法、应用,所述饲料添加剂按以下重量份原料制成:6份中草药和4份复合酶制剂;中草药具体包括大蒜粉、白术、野菊花、石榴皮、山楂、仙鹤草;复合酶制剂具体包括蛋白酶、α‑淀粉酶、脂肪酶、β‑甘露聚糖酶、植酸酶和葡萄糖氧化酶。本发明提出的具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂,通过中草药的抗菌驱虫作用,保持动物机体健康,改善动物产品品质,同时具有诱食性;再通过添加甘露聚糖酶、葡萄糖氧化酶等酶制剂进一步改善动物肠道;最后通过添加淀粉酶、蛋白酶、果胶酶等加强动物对饲料的消化率、消除抗营养因子的不利影响,减少抗生素使用,提高动物机体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂技术领域,特别是涉及具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂及其制备方法、应用。
背景技术
我国是猪肉消费大国,断奶是猪生命周期中的关键事件,此时极易诱发暂时性厌食、肠道菌群失衡,导致仔猪腹泻,采食量下降,甚至死亡。近几年非洲猪瘟给养猪带带来了的挑战,因此,鸡肉消费需求剧增,养鸡业有着巨大的市场潜力。在我国高密度集约化养鸡业中,鸡球虫病是一种很常见的、不可避免的、最大的疾病之一,15-50日龄雏鸡极易感染,如果控制不好,其发病率为54-74%,死亡率为24-33%,此病严重发生时的死亡率会在82%以上,即使康复,生长发育和增重也受阻或迟缓,也会携带球虫,成为此病重要的传染来源。畜禽在幼小阶段消化酶分泌不足,其消化道的发育远远滞后于生长的需求,对饲料的营养物质的消化能力是有限的,而动物无法分泌相关的酶来消除饲料中的抗营养因子。为了解决上述问题,养殖业使用亚治疗水平的金霉素等饲用抗生素,导致药物滥用、耐药性等一系列的的问题,降低生产效率,带来高昂的经济损失,对全球养鸡业造成了巨大的伤害。
研发一种新的饲料添加剂以减少抗生素和化学药物的使用,解决现有抗生素给畜禽行业带来的伤害。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述不足,本发明提出了具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂及其制备方法、应用,能够防治动物病害、提高饲料利用率、缓解食欲不振、解决现有抗生素对畜禽伤害。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂,按以下重量份原料制成:6份中草药和4份复合酶制剂;
中草药具体包括大蒜粉、白术、野菊花、石榴皮、山楂、仙鹤草;
复合酶制剂具体包括蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、β-甘露聚糖酶、植酸酶和葡萄糖氧化酶。
进一步的,中草药由以下重量份原料制成:1.8份大蒜粉、0.6份白术、1.2份野菊花、0.6份石榴皮、1.2份山楂、0.6份仙鹤草。
进一步的,所述复合酶制剂包括蛋白酶30000~60000U/g、α-淀粉酶60000~110000U/g、脂肪酶10000~40000U/g、β-甘露聚糖酶1000~10000U/g、植酸酶2500~10000U/g和葡萄糖氧化酶500~30000U/g。
具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:按配方比例称取中草药和复合酶制剂;
S2:中草药中各成分混匀后粉碎,过40目筛;
S3:将S2中得到的中草药混合物与复合酶制剂按比例逐级混合,直至混合均匀;
S4:称重、包装。
具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂在饲喂畜禽中的应用,所述饲料添加剂按照100~500g/t加入至畜禽饲料中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明提出的具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂,具有抗菌驱虫效果,抑制肠道有害菌的繁殖,促进肠道有益微生物的繁殖,对球虫有良好的抑制作用;同时复合酶制剂降解饲料产生有益因子,一方面为肠道有益微生物提供了底物,另外一方面促进肠道健康发育;
2、本发明中中草药和复合酶制剂均是绿色、天然、无残留和无耐药性的饲料添加剂。从而,减少或替代了抗生素使用,获得人们所期望的安全畜禽产品;
3、本发明中中草药和复合酶制剂共同营造了健康的消化道环境,加强了畜禽自身对饲料的消化吸收能力,外源补充的复合酶制剂帮助动物利用本身不能分泌酶消化的饲料中的抗营养因子,提高了饲料的潜在应用价值;
4、提高畜禽采食量,缓解了应激导致的食欲不振,改善动物生长状况,获得良好的经济效益。
具体实施方式
展示一下实例来具体说明本发明的某些实施例,且不应解释为限制本发明的范围。对本发明公开的内容可以同时从材料、方法和反应条件进行改进,所有这些改进,均应落入本发明的精神和范围之内。
具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂,按以下重量份原料制成:6份中草药和4份复合酶制剂;中草药由以下重量份原料制成:1.8份大蒜粉、0.6份白术、1.2份野菊花、0.6份石榴皮、1.2份山楂、0.6份仙鹤草。所述复合酶制剂包括蛋白酶30000~60000U/g、α-淀粉酶60000~110000U/g、脂肪酶10000~40000U/g、β-甘露聚糖酶1000~10000U/g、植酸酶2500~10000U/g和葡萄糖氧化酶500~30000U/g。
将上述的中草药各成分按重量称取,混匀后粉碎,过40目筛,然后将粉碎后的中草药混合物与复合酶制剂逐级混合,直至混合均匀,称量、包装。
实施例1
选用48头21日龄断奶的杜洛克×长白×大白断奶仔猪,平均体重为7kg左右,按体重相近原则随机分为共4个处理:对照组为基础日粮,试验组1-3分别为在基础日粮中添加抗生素、100g/t本申请所述饲料添加剂和500g/t本申请所述饲料添加剂,每个处理6个重复,每重复2头仔猪。预饲4d,试验期21d。
基础日粮由玉米、豆粕、膨化玉米、膨化全脂大豆、乳清粉、磷酸氢钙、石粉、、食盐赖氨酸硫酸盐、蛋氨酸和预混料组成。
饲养管理:按照猪场正常的生产流程进行喂料、供水、免疫等。
测定生长性能、腹泻率、发病率和死亡率,见下表1。

从表1可以得出结论:与对照组相比,实验组2(饲喂发明饲料添加剂100g/t)和实验组3(饲喂发明饲料添加剂500g/t),日采食量分别增加了6.76%和11.87%,平均日增重分别增加了17.29%和25.81%,料肉比随着本发明添加剂添加梯度的增加而减少,分别减少了7.51%和10.29%;实验组1(抗生素组)日采食量、平均日增重分别增加了2.66%、9.27%,料肉比降低了4.62%。对照组的腹泻率、发病率和死亡率分别为3.57%、25%和25%,实验组1-3(饲喂本发明饲料添加剂和抗生素组)均无腹泻、发病和死亡发生;本申请饲料添加剂改善畜禽生产性能,提高畜禽产品安全性,同时畜禽采食量提高,缓解了应激导致的食欲不振,改善动物生长状况,获得良好的经济效益。
实施例2
将本发明饲料添加剂按照100g/t、500g/t的添加量与未孢子化的球虫卵囊混合,并置于29℃恒温水浴锅中培养,培养18h、24h时分别测定卵囊孢子化率,比较不同添加量对卵囊孢子化率的影响,见表2。

由表2可以得出结论:随着本发明饲料添加剂添加量的增加及培养时间的延长,卵囊孢子化率降低,改善畜禽养殖过程中球虫疾病泛滥的状况。
实施例3
选用体重均匀的1日龄480只Cobb肉鸡,公母各半,随机分成4个处理组,每组6个重复,每重复20只。①对照组为基础饲粮,②实验组1:在对照组基础日粮中添加抗生素,③实验组2:在对照组基础日粮中中添加本发明饲料添加剂100g/t,④实验组3:在对照组基础日粮中中添加本发明饲料添加剂500g/t,分别饲喂对应的试验鸡。试验期21d。
基础饲粮由玉米、豆粕、菜籽粕、进口鱼粉、豆油、石粉、磷酸氢钙和预混料组成。
室内保持通风良好,室温维持在22-25℃。养鸡前做好设备和鸡舍的清洗和消毒工作,鸡舍彻底清洁,待干燥后,用高锰酸钾和甲醛熏蒸。肉仔鸡地面平养,自由采食饮水。免疫程序和驱虫程序按照鸡场常规同步进行。保持固定的饲喂时间,每天3次,保证水源的充足、干净。随时观察、记载肉仔鸡的采食和健康状况。
测定生产性能、血液生化指标、免疫器官指数、屠宰性能、肠道微生物、回肠养分消化率,见下表3。

由表3可以得出结论:1)与对照组相比,实验组1(抗生素组)、实验组2(添加本发明饲料添加剂100g/t)、实验组3(添加本发明饲料添加剂500g/t),平均日增重分别提高了6.82%、17.48%、20.35%,料肉比分别显著降低了3.18%、10.64%和13.25%。2)与对照组相比,实验组1、实验组2、实验组3,血液中总蛋白提高1.73%、3.55%和4.51%,白蛋白提高0.45%、1.43%和2.63%,总胆固醇提高3.74%、5.43%和7.20%。3)与对照组相比,实验组1、实验组2、实验组3,脾脏指数显著提高了4.31%、10.78%和14.94%,法氏囊指数分别提高了8.43%、11.94%和12.29%,胰腺指数分别提高了5.73%、7.01和9.33%。4)与对照组相比,实验组1、实验组2、实验组3,屠宰率分别提高了0.18%、1.30%和2.12%,半净膛率分别提高了2.68%、4.79%和7.45%,全净膛率分别提高了1.34%、2.82%和6.41%,腹脂率降低了3.28%、7.94%和8.85%。5)与对照组相比,实验组1、实验组2、实验组3,干物质表观回肠消化率分别提高了9.11%、12.63%和25.18%,蛋白质表观回肠消化率分别提高了1.76%、3.43%和6.17%。6)与对照组相比,实验组1、实验组2、实验组3,大肠杆菌显著降低了1.58%、11.02%和14.99%,乳酸菌分别升高了0.26%、4.56%和6.67%,双歧杆菌分别显著升高了4.74%、6.79%和15.88%。
综上,采用本申请的中草药具有抗菌驱虫效果,抑制肠道有害菌的繁殖,促进肠道有益微生物的繁殖,对球虫有良好的抑制作用;同时酶制剂降解饲料产生有益因子,一方面为肠道有益微生物提供了底物,另外一方面促进肠道健康发育。
本发明中中草药和酶制剂共同营造了健康的消化道环境,加强了畜禽自身对饲料的消化吸收能力,外源补充的酶制剂帮助动物利用本身不能分泌酶消化的饲料中的抗营养因子,提高了饲料的潜在应用价值。
提高畜禽(实施例中列举猪仔和肉鸡)采食量,缓解了应激导致的食欲不振,改善动物生长状况,获得良好的经济效益。
而且本发明中中草药和酶制剂均是绿色、天然、无残留和无耐药性的饲料添加剂。从而,减少或替代了抗生素使用,获得人们所期望的安全畜禽产品。

Claims (5)
1.具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按以下重量份原料制成:6份中草药和4份复合酶制剂;
中草药具体包括大蒜粉、白术、野菊花、石榴皮、山楂、仙鹤草;
复合酶制剂具体包括蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、β-甘露聚糖酶、植酸酶和葡萄糖氧化酶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,中草药由以下重量份原料制成:1.8份大蒜粉、0.6份白术、1.2份野菊花、0.6份石榴皮、1.2份山楂、0.6份仙鹤草。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述复合酶制剂包括蛋白酶30000~60000U/g、α-淀粉酶60000~110000U/g、脂肪酶10000~40000U/g、β-甘露聚糖酶1000~10000U/g、植酸酶2500~10000U/g和葡萄糖氧化酶500~30000U/g。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:按配方比例称取中草药和复合酶制剂;
S2:中草药中各成分混匀后粉碎,过40目筛;
S3:将S2中得到的中草药混合物与复合酶制剂按比例逐级混合,直至混合均匀;
S4:称重、包装。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有诱食性和抗菌驱虫的饲料添加剂在饲喂畜禽中的应用,所述饲料添加剂按照100~500g/t加入至畜禽饲料中。
