Abstract

本发明公开了一种混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构。它包括控制器水冷板,所述控制器水冷板一侧设置驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT,所述驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT横向并排布置,所述驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT中间布置直流铜排,所述直流铜排通过多个第一铜排引脚分别连接至驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT的正负极,通过多个第二铜排引脚穿过控制器水冷板中间所开的孔至另一侧;所述控制器水冷板另一侧设置薄膜电容和DC/DC模块,所述薄膜电容和DC/DC模块横向水平布置,所述多个第二铜排引脚分别连接至薄膜电容的多个接线孔,所述DC/DC模块正负极输入由薄膜电容引出的第三直流铜排引脚与DC/DC模块的电路板焊接接入。本发明的零件布置巧妙,空间利率用率高,减小控制器总体积。

Description

一种混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力汽车电机控制器技术领域,具体涉及一种混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构。
背景技术
目前混合动力车型的动力总成一般包含两个电机:一个驱动电机、一个发电机,所以必须匹配两个电机控制器。由于混合动力车型的动力总成在前舱的布置空间比较紧张,如果再加上两个电机控制器,则很可能无法布置在前舱,所以电机控制器的结构设计至关重要,一定小型化,结构紧凑。两个电机控制器集成在一个结构件里,可以显著的减小控制器的总体积,减少一套直流母线和低压信号线束,有效解决布置空间小的问题,同时还带来了成本的降低。如果再将DC/DC集成到电机控制器结构内部,可进一步节省空间、降低成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述背景技术存在的不足,提供一种混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构。通过巧妙的内部零件布局同时优化控制器的空间布局和控制器内部发热零件的散热问题,减小电机控制器的体积,提高发热零件的散热效果。
本发明采用的技术方案是:包括控制器水冷板,所述控制器水冷板一侧设置驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT,所述驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT横向并排布置,所述驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT中间布置直流铜排,所述直流铜排通过多个第一铜排引脚分别连接至驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT的正负极,通过多个第二铜排引脚穿过控制器水冷板中间所开的孔至另一侧;所述控制器水冷板另一侧设置薄膜电容和DC/DC模块,所述薄膜电容和DC/DC模块横向水平布置,所述多个第二铜排引脚分别连接至薄膜电容的多个接线孔,所述DC/DC模块正负极输入由薄膜电容引出的第三直流铜排引脚与DC/DC模块的电路板焊接接入。
进一步优选的结构,所述控制器水冷板内部的空腔中设有U型结构的冷却水道,所述冷却水道位于驱动电机IGBT和发电机IGBT的下方,所述冷却水道进水连接端位于驱动电机IGBT侧,出水连接端位于发电机IGBT侧。
进一步优选的结构,所述冷却水道的进水连接端与进水口连通,所述冷却水道的出水连接端与出水口连通。
进一步优选的结构,所述冷却水道包括中间的连接段,所述连接段两端分别连接主冷却段一端,所述主冷却段另一端分别为进水连接端和出水连接端的连接头,所述连接段、主冷却段和连接头构成U型结构。
进一步优选的结构,所述驱动电机IGBT一侧布置驱动电机三相铜排和驱动电机三相铜排支架,所述发电机IGBT一侧布置发电机三相铜排和发电机三相铜排支架。
本发明中:
IGBT:绝缘栅双极型晶体管,是由BJT(双极结型晶体三极管)和MOS(绝缘栅型场效应管)组成的复合全控型-电压驱动式-功率半导体器件,其具有自关断的特征。可看作是一个非通即断的开关,IGBT没有放大电压的功能,导通时可以看做导线,断开时当做开路。
DC/DC:是一种在直流电路中将一个电压值的电能变为另一个电压值的电能的装置。
本发明中冷却水道用于冷却液在其中流通,带走元件产生的热。
本发明可同时冷却驱动电机IGBT、发电机IGBT、薄膜电容、DC/DC模块,主要发热零件均通过冷却水道散热,散热均匀,效果好。
本发明中驱动电机IGBT侧三相铜排、发电机IGBT侧三相铜排、直流铜排从两个IGBT引出后均引出制同一侧,方便电机三相线和直流母线布置。
本发明的零件布置巧妙,空间利率用率高,减小控制器总体积。本发明的主要发热零件分布在U型冷却水道的两个面上,可以通过冷却液带走主要发热零件产生的热量,避免局部过热。本发明的冷却水道进出水口布置在同一侧,方便外部冷却胶管的布置。本发明的两组三相铜排和直流铜排均从同一侧引出,方便外部的三相线束分别与驱动电机、发电机连接,直流高压线束与动力电池连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,便于清楚地了解本发明,但它们不对本发明构成限定。
如图1-4所示,本发明包括控制器水冷板1,所述控制器水冷板1一侧设置驱动电机IGBT2和发电机IGBT3,所述驱动电机IGBT2和发电机IGBT3横向并排布置,所述驱动电机IGBT2和发电机IGBT3中间布置直流铜排8,所述直流铜排8通过多个第一铜排引脚9分别连接至驱动电机IGBT2和发电机IGBT3的正负极,通过多个第二铜排引脚14穿过控制器水冷板1中间所开的孔至另一侧;所述控制器水冷板1另一侧设置薄膜电容10和DC/DC模块11,所述薄膜电容10和DC/DC模块11横向水平布置,所述多个第二铜排引脚14分别连接至薄膜电容10的多个接线孔,所述DC/DC模块11正负极输入由薄膜电容10引出的第三直流铜排引脚15与DC/DC模块11的电路板焊接接入。
结合图5-6所示,所述控制器水冷板1内部的空腔中设有U型结构的冷却水道16,所述冷却水道16位于驱动电机IGBT2和发电机IGBT3的下方,所述冷却水道16进水连接端位于驱动电机IGBT2侧,出水连接端位于发电机IGBT3侧。
所述冷却水道16的进水连接端与进水口12连通,所述冷却水道16的出水连接端与出水口13连通。
所述冷却水道16包括中间的连接段16-1,所述连接段16-1两端分别连接主冷却段16-2一端,所述主冷却段16-2另一端分别为进水连接端和出水连接端的连接头16-3,所述连接段16-1、主冷却段16-1和连接头16-3构成U型结构。
所述驱动电机IGBT2一侧布置驱动电机三相铜排4和驱动电机三相铜排支架6,所述发电机IGBT3一侧布置发电机三相铜排5和发电机三相铜排支架7。
如图1所示,驱动电机三相铜排支架6安装在控制器水冷板1上,位于驱动电机IGBT2左侧。驱动电机三相铜排4安装在驱动电机三相铜排支架6上,其一端接在驱动电机IGBT 2的U、V、W输出上,另一端引出与驱动电机三相高压电缆连接。
如图1所示,发电机三相铜排支架7安装在控制器水冷板1上,位于发电机IGBT 3右侧。发电机三相铜排5安装在发电机三相铜排支架7上,其一端接在发电机IGBT 3的U、V、W输出上,另一端引出与发电机三相高压电缆连接。
直流铜排8包塑件位于控制器水冷板1中间,图2中的IGBT侧第一直流铜排引脚9从直流铜排8引出,分别接至左侧的驱动电机IGBT 2和右侧的发电机IGBT 3的P、N引脚上。
薄膜电容侧第二直流铜排引脚14从直流铜排8引出,并穿过控制器水冷板1中间开的过孔,接至薄膜电容10的P、N引脚上。
从薄膜电容10内部引出的DC/DC模块11直流输入铜排引脚(第三直流铜排引脚15)接至DC/DC模块11的PCB上,作为高压正负极输入。
冷却液从进水口12进,从出水口13出,能同时带走IGBT侧驱动电机IGBT 2和发电机IGBT 3工作时产生的热量,也能带走薄膜电容侧薄膜电容10和DC/DC模块11工作时产生的热量,是整个电机控制器内部的发热器件均与水冷板接触,通过冷却液带走器件产生的热量,散热效果极佳,避免因过热导致的故障。

Claims (5)

1.一种混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构,包括控制器水冷板(1),其特征在于:所述控制器水冷板(1)一侧设置驱动电机IGBT(2)和发电机IGBT(3),所述驱动电机IGBT(2)和发电机IGBT(3)横向并排布置,所述驱动电机IGBT(2)和发电机IGBT(3)中间布置直流铜排(8),所述直流铜排(8)通过多个第一铜排引脚(9)分别连接至驱动电机IGBT(2)和发电机IGBT(3)的正负极,通过多个第二铜排引脚(14)穿过控制器水冷板(1)中间所开的孔至另一侧;所述控制器水冷板(1)另一侧设置薄膜电容(10)和DC/DC模块(11),所述薄膜电容(10)和DC/DC模块(11)横向水平布置,所述多个第二铜排引脚(14)分别连接至薄膜电容(10)的多个接线孔,所述DC/DC模块(11)正负极输入由薄膜电容(10)引出的第三直流铜排引脚(15)与DC/DC模块(11)的电路板焊接接入。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构,其特征在于:所述控制器水冷板(1)内部的空腔中设有U型结构的冷却水道(16),所述冷却水道(16)位于驱动电机IGBT(2)和发电机IGBT(3)的下方,所述冷却水道(16)进水连接端位于驱动电机IGBT(2)侧,出水连接端位于发电机IGBT(3)侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构,其特征在于:所述冷却水道(16)的进水连接端与进水口(12)连通,所述冷却水道(16)的出水连接端与出水口(13)连通。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构,其特征在于:所述冷却水道(16)包括中间的连接段(16-1),所述连接段(16-1)两端分别连接主冷却段(16-2)一端,所述主冷却段(16-2)另一端分别为进水连接端和出水连接端的连接头(16-3),所述连接段(16-1)、主冷却段(16-1)和连接头(16-3)构成U型结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混动车用集成DCDC的双电机控制器结构,其特征在于:所述驱动电机IGBT(2)一侧布置驱动电机三相铜排(4)和驱动电机三相铜排支架(6),所述发电机IGBT(3)一侧布置发电机三相铜排(5)和发电机三相铜排支架(7)。
