preparing the mixed fiber pulp, the cigarette paper waste paper, the light calcium carbonate, the ash regulator and the combustion regulator into a cigarette paper base according to a formula ratio;
preparing the thermochromic material into printing ink;
printing the printing ink onto the cigarette paper base.

The method for making a printed colored cigarette paper according to claim 6, wherein the printing ink is prepared by the steps of: the thermochromic material is added into vegetable gum to prepare the printing ink, and the amount of the thermochromic material accounts for 1-2.5% of the weight of the vegetable gum.
