(3) glazing: applying glaze slurry on the inner and outer walls of the blank body from the edge of the blank body to 4-6mm downwards, and drying in the air, wherein the glazing thickness is 0.3-0.5 mm; then, the whole glaze slip is filled in the blank body, the blank body stays for 13-15s, the blank body is reversely buckled into the whole glaze slip to be soaked for 17-19s, and the blank body is dried to obtain a glazed blank body;
(4) and (4) placing the glazed green body obtained in the step (3) into an electric kiln for roasting, wherein the roasting comprises the following steps:
the furnace temperature is increased from the normal temperature to 990-, after the last diesel is added, when the furnace temperature is reduced to 390-fold-410 ℃ at the speed of 155 ℃/h of 145-fold-needed temperature, the furnace is cut off and stopped, the furnace door is opened, and the furnace temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, so that the colorful building cup is obtained.

the integral glaze slip is prepared by the following method: grinding 8 parts by weight of glaze stone, 2 parts by weight of potash feldspar, 1.5 parts by weight of limestone, 0.3 part by weight of iron oxide red and 11 parts by weight of water, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain integral glaze slurry;
the mouth edge glaze slip is prepared by the following method: grinding 11 parts by weight of glaze stone, 2 parts by weight of potash feldspar, 1.5 parts by weight of limestone, 0.3 part by weight of iron oxide red and 14 parts by weight of water, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a brim glaze slurry;
(3) glazing: applying glaze slurry along the inner and outer walls of the blank body 5mm below the edge of the blank body, and drying in the air, wherein the glazing thickness is 0.4 mm; then, the whole glaze slip is filled in the blank body, the blank body stays for 14s, the blank body is reversely buckled into the whole glaze slip to be soaked for 18s, and the blank body after glazing is obtained by airing;
(4) and (4) placing the glazed green body obtained in the step (3) into an electric kiln for roasting, wherein the roasting comprises the following steps:
heating the furnace temperature from normal temperature to 1000 ℃ at the rate of 180 ℃/h, heating the furnace temperature from 1000 ℃ to 1280 ℃ at the rate of 60 ℃/h, keeping the temperature at 1280 ℃ for 2h, then putting the firewood into the electric kiln in the heat preservation state of 1280 ℃, putting the firewood once every 5min for 6 times, putting 500g of firewood into each cubic meter of electric kiln space each time, cooling the furnace temperature at the rate of 80 ℃/h after the firewood is put for the last time, respectively putting 180g, 150g and 150g of firewood into the electric kiln according to each cubic meter of electric kiln space when the furnace temperature is lowered to 1180 ℃, 1140 ℃, 1100 ℃ and 1060 ℃, cutting off the power, opening the furnace door, reducing the furnace temperature to 400 ℃ at the rate of 150 ℃/h after the firewood is put for the last time, and stopping the furnace to obtain the colorful building block.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the process for preparing the colorful pot-marigold is as described in embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the colorful building cup is shown in the attached fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3.
The main excellent effects of the invention include:
1. the invention has developed a kind of colorful building cup with excellent appearance, art and collection value, the glaze of the inside and outside of cup of colorful building cup prepared by said craft is two kinds of different pattern and color separately, the glaze of the outside of cup is color milli and color drop (colorful), the glaze of the lower half of the inside of cup is gold milli and gold drop, leak rich and noble smell and charm, the glaze of the upper half of the inside of cup is color milli and color drop; the hair of the cup is rich in color, dazzling, clear, dense, strong in layering sense and beautiful in texture, and has unique and brilliant fragrance, round or round-like oil drops are glittering, translucent and fresh and alive in mimicry, and the glaze has no plaque, no air holes and excellent vitrification degree, so that the colorful cup has beautiful glaze color, thereby having excellent appearance, art and collection values.
2. The colorful cup is simple in preparation process, easy to control and good in repeatability.

Examples and comparative examples
The laterite is from Jianyang district Jizhen in Nanping City of Fujian province; kaolin is from Jianyang district Jizhen in Nanping city of Fujian province; the glaze stone is from south Lincun of Jianyang region of south Ping city of Fujian province.
Example 1 multicolour cup
The preparation method of the colorful cup comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing 7 parts by weight of kaolin and 3 parts by weight of laterite, crushing, adding water for elutriation, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, precipitating, performing filter pressing, refining mud and ageing to obtain blank mud; and (3) performing throwing forming on the blank mud, trimming, biscuiting at 880 ℃ for 5h, and taking out to obtain a blank body.
(2) Preparing integral glaze slip and edge glaze slip, wherein,
the integral glaze slip is prepared by the following method: putting 8 parts by weight of glaze stone, 2 parts by weight of potash feldspar, 1.5 parts by weight of limestone, 0.3 part by weight of iron oxide red and 11 parts by weight of water into a ball mill for grinding, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain integral glaze slurry;
the mouth edge glaze slip is prepared by the following method: putting 11 parts by weight of glaze stone, 2 parts by weight of potash feldspar, 1.5 parts by weight of limestone, 0.3 part by weight of iron oxide red and 14 parts by weight of water into a ball mill for grinding, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the brim glaze slurry.
(3) Glazing: applying glaze slurry along the inner and outer walls of the blank body 5mm below the edge of the blank body, and drying in the air, wherein the glazing thickness is 0.4 mm; and then, pouring the whole glaze slip into the blank body, staying for 14s, reversely buckling the blank body into the whole glaze slip, soaking for 18s, and airing to obtain the glazed blank body, wherein the outer bottom of the blank body is not glazed.
(4) And (4) placing the glazed green body obtained in the step (3) into an electric kiln for roasting, wherein the roasting comprises the following steps:
heating the furnace temperature from normal temperature to 1000 ℃ at the rate of 180 ℃/h, heating the furnace temperature from 1000 ℃ to 1280 ℃ at the rate of 60 ℃/h, keeping the temperature at 1280 ℃ for 2h, then putting the firewood into the electric kiln in the heat preservation state of 1280 ℃, putting the firewood once every 5min for 6 times, putting 500g of firewood into each cubic meter of electric kiln space each time, cooling the furnace temperature at the rate of 80 ℃/h after the firewood is put for the last time, respectively putting 180g, 150g and 150g of firewood into the electric kiln according to each cubic meter of electric kiln space when the furnace temperature is lowered to 1180 ℃, 1140 ℃, 1100 ℃ and 1060 ℃, cutting off the power, opening the furnace door, reducing the furnace temperature to 400 ℃ at the rate of 150 ℃/h after the firewood is put for the last time, and stopping the furnace to obtain the colorful building block.
Evaluation of the effects:
the colorful architectural cup prepared in the embodiment 1 is shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, and it can be seen that the glaze surfaces in the cup and outside the cup of the colorful architectural cup prepared in the embodiment 1 are respectively of two different patterns and colors, the glaze surfaces in the cup and outside the cup are colored milli and colored drops (colorful), the glaze surfaces in the lower half part in the cup are golden milli and golden drops, which leaks rich and noble smell and charm, and the glaze surfaces in the upper half part in the cup are colored milli and colored drops; the hair of the cup is rich in color, dazzling, clear, dense, strong in layering sense and attractive in texture, and is unique, brilliant and fragrant, round or round-like oil drops are glittering, translucent and fresh and alive in mimicry, and the glaze has no plaque, no air holes and excellent vitrification degree, so that the colorful cup prepared in the embodiment 1 has beautiful glaze color, and has excellent appearance, art and collection values.
Comparative example 1
The process for preparing the cup of the comparative example 1 is the same as that of the example 1, except that: step (2):
(2) preparing integral glaze slip and edge glaze slip, wherein,
the integral glaze slip is prepared by the following method: grinding 6 parts by weight of glaze stone, 2 parts by weight of limestone, 0.3 part by weight of iron oxide red and 8 parts by weight of water, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain integral glaze slip;
the mouth edge glaze slip is prepared by the following method: grinding 9 parts by weight of glaze stone, 2 parts by weight of limestone, 0.3 part by weight of iron oxide red and 11 parts by weight of water, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain integral glaze slip;
the glaze of the cup prepared in the comparative example 1 has fuzzy hairline and oil drop, poor color, no luster and poor texture.
Comparative example 2
The process for preparing the cup of the comparative example 2 is the same as that of the example 1, except that:
(4) and (4) placing the glazed green body obtained in the step (3) into an electric kiln for roasting, wherein the roasting comprises the following steps:
heating the furnace temperature from normal temperature to 1000 ℃ at the speed of 180 ℃/h, heating the furnace temperature from 1000 ℃ to 1280 ℃ at the speed of 60 ℃/h, keeping the temperature of 1280 ℃ for 2h, then throwing the firewood into the electric kiln at the temperature of 1280 ℃ in a heat preservation state, throwing once every 5min for 6 times, throwing 500g of the firewood into each cubic meter of space of the electric kiln, after the firewood is thrown for the last time, cooling the furnace temperature to 400 ℃ at the speed of 150 ℃/h, opening a furnace door, and reducing the furnace temperature to the normal temperature to obtain the building cup.
The glaze of the cup prepared in the comparative example 2 is dull, fuzzy and coarse, and has no colorful oil drops and speckles.
While the invention has been described in terms of a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (5)

1. The preparation process of the colorful pot-marigold is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) mixing 6.5-7.5 parts by weight of kaolin and 2.5-3.5 parts by weight of laterite, crushing, adding water for elutriation, sieving by a sieve of 80-120 meshes, precipitating, performing filter pressing, refining mud and ageing to obtain blank mud; performing blank drawing and forming on the blank mud, trimming the blank, biscuiting the blank mud for 4 to 6 hours at the temperature of 860 ℃ and 900 ℃, and taking out the blank to obtain a blank body;
(2) preparing integral glaze slip and edge glaze slip, wherein,
the integral glaze slip is prepared by the following method: grinding 7.5-8.5 parts by weight of glaze stone, 1.5-2.5 parts by weight of potash feldspar, 1-2 parts by weight of limestone, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of iron oxide red and 9-13 parts by weight of water, and sieving by a sieve of 80-120 meshes to obtain integral glaze slip;
the mouth edge glaze slip is prepared by the following method: grinding 9-13 parts by weight of glaze stone, 1.5-2.5 parts by weight of potassium feldspar, 1-2 parts by weight of limestone, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of iron oxide red and 12-16 parts by weight of water, and sieving by a sieve of 80-120 meshes to obtain the lip glaze slurry;
(3) glazing: applying glaze slurry on the inner and outer walls of the blank body from the edge of the blank body to 4-6mm downwards, and drying in the air, wherein the glazing thickness is 0.3-0.5 mm; then, the whole glaze slip is filled in the blank body, the blank body stays for 12-16s, the blank body is reversely buckled into the whole glaze slip to be soaked for 16-20s, and the blank body after glazing is obtained after air drying;
(4) and (4) placing the glazed green body obtained in the step (3) into an electric kiln for roasting, wherein the roasting comprises the following steps:
the furnace temperature is heated from normal temperature to 980-1020 ℃ at the speed of 160-, after the last diesel fuel is added, when the furnace temperature is reduced to 380-420 ℃ at the rate of 130-170 ℃/h, the furnace is cut off and stopped, the furnace door is opened, and the furnace temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, so that the colorful building cup is obtained.
2. The process according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing 6.8-7.2 parts by weight of kaolin and 2.8-3.2 parts by weight of laterite, crushing, adding water for elutriation, sieving with a 100-mesh sieve, precipitating, performing filter pressing, refining mud and ageing to obtain blank mud; blank drawing and forming the blank mud, trimming the blank, biscuiting the blank mud for 4.8 to 5.2 hours at 870-890 ℃, and taking out the blank to obtain a blank body;
(2) preparing integral glaze slip and edge glaze slip, wherein,
the integral glaze slip is prepared by the following method: grinding 7.8-8.2 parts by weight of glaze stone, 1.8-2.2 parts by weight of potash feldspar, 1.3-1.7 parts by weight of limestone, 0.2-0.4 part by weight of iron oxide red and 10-12 parts by weight of water, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain integral glaze slurry;
the mouth edge glaze slip is prepared by the following method: grinding 10-12 parts by weight of glaze stone, 1.8-2.2 parts by weight of potassium feldspar, 1.3-1.7 parts by weight of limestone, 0.2-0.4 part by weight of iron oxide red and 13-15 parts by weight of water, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the edge glaze slurry;
(3) glazing: applying glaze slurry on the inner and outer walls of the blank body from the edge of the blank body to 4-6mm downwards, and drying in the air, wherein the glazing thickness is 0.3-0.5 mm; then, the whole glaze slip is filled in the blank body, the blank body stays for 13-15s, the blank body is reversely buckled into the whole glaze slip to be soaked for 17-19s, and the blank body is dried to obtain a glazed blank body;
(4) and (4) placing the glazed green body obtained in the step (3) into an electric kiln for roasting, wherein the roasting comprises the following steps:
the furnace temperature is increased from the normal temperature to 990-, after the last diesel is added, when the furnace temperature is reduced to 390-fold-410 ℃ at the speed of 155 ℃/h of 145-fold-needed temperature, the furnace is cut off and stopped, the furnace door is opened, and the furnace temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, so that the colorful building cup is obtained.
