Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings.
The applicant has studied and found that prior art fabrics with local protrusions are padded with weft inserted yarns in all areas, except that the front and back stitches are not connected in the shape memory area, i.e. the double layer fabric is knitted separately, with a cavity in the middle, while the general area (usually the flat area) front and back stitches are connected, i.e. the double layer fabric is knitted together with the weft inserted. Therefore, not only is a great deal of weft insertion yarns wasted, but also the thickness is increased in a general area due to the existence of weft insertion tissues, and meanwhile, the flatness is also influenced; meanwhile, because the fixing mode of the weft insertion is to stitch the front needle bed and the rear needle bed by front and rear yarns, the thickness of the weft insertion influences the front and rear stitch formation during weaving, and the weft insertion still slides between the stitch gaps between the front layer and the rear layer along with the increase of the wearing time, so that the fixing fastness is poor.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a fiber product with shape memory function, such as a back of a garment, comprising a general area 100 and a shape memory area 200. The shape memory area 200 is convex, the yarn with the shape memory function is placed between the front and back double-sided tissues to form a fluffy cavity, and the shape memory fabric is preferably a weft insertion tissue. Preferably, the shape memory fabric is woven by bulked yarns or elastic yarns, and can also be woven by mixing the bulked yarns and the elastic yarns.
As shown in fig. 3, the shape memory area 200 is a cavity structure composed of a double-layer fabric and a shape memory fabric located in the middle of the double-layer fabric, wherein a first yarn nozzle 1 feeds a first knitting yarn 201, a third yarn nozzle 3 feeds a second knitting yarn 203 for respectively knitting a surface layer and a bottom layer of an air layer, and a second yarn nozzle 2 feeds a first shape memory yarn 202 for knitting a memory yarn weft-inserted structure.
As shown in fig. 4, the general area is only a double-layer fabric, but the general area 100 may be a flat area of a single-layer or multi-layer fabric, or the like. Meanwhile, the shape memory fabric is provided only in the shape memory region 200, not in the general region 100, thereby being distinguished from the prior art.
As shown in figure 5, in order to fix the shape of the shape memory area and avoid slippage of weft insertion yarns along with increase of the taking time, the shape memory fabric and the double-layer fabric are fixedly connected through tuck stitches, front tuck points and rear tuck points, namely the front tuck 205 and the rear tuck 206, are regularly designed to fix weft insertion yarns, and compared with front and rear loop-forming stitches, the application of the tuck stitches has better bulkiness and fixity to weft insertion and has more three-dimensional shape.
In the present invention, a textile product is knitted by a flat knitting machine having at least one pair of needle beds disposed in front and rear opposition to each other and extending in the left-right direction, and the flat knitting machine is provided with a plurality of yarn guides which are independently fed and are freely movable in the horizontal and vertical directions. The yarn guides of the flat knitting machine corresponding to the shape memory area 200 feed the shape memory yarn and the knitting yarn, respectively, and the yarn guides corresponding to the general area 100 feed the knitting yarn.
Fig. 6 is a sectional view of a fabric yarn nozzle partially provided with a plurality of shape memory functional areas, wherein the shape memory area 200 is connected with the general area 100 through an intarsia structure, and the general area 100 and the shape memory area 200 are arranged at intervals. Since the weft-inserted yarn having the shape memory function is introduced only in the shape memory function area, a plurality of nozzles are required for a plurality of function areas, the weft-inserted yarn having the shape memory function is fed to the second nozzle 2 and the fourth nozzle 4 and is introduced only in the shape memory area 200, the first knitting yarn 201 and the second knitting yarn 203 are knitted in all areas (the general area 100 and the shape memory area 200), the cross-sectional view of which is shown in fig. 8, and since the first shape memory yarn 202 and the second shape memory yarn 204 are between the front and back side yarns, i.e., the first knitting yarn 201 and the second knitting yarn 203, and do not directly contact with the human body, and do not affect wearability, the knitting is shown in fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 1, the process flow of the present invention comprises: the method comprises the steps of firstly setting areas needing shape memory according to human engineering, then carrying out process calculation according to a design drawing, wherein the process calculation is divided into two parts, namely garment outer contour process calculation and inner shape memory area contour process calculation, the number of inner shape memory areas determines the number of required yarn mouths, drawing a color block diagram according to the process calculation result, defining an organization structure by using a small diagram, adopting an air layer structure and a lining weft structure in the memory areas, and distinguishing the yarn mouths, the density, the tension, the speed and the like of different organizations by using functional lines, so that the smooth weaving on a loom is facilitated.
Example (b):
experimental equipment and experimental raw materials were determined using a 12-needle double-needle bed computerized flat knitting machine having a freely movable nozzle in horizontal and vertical directions, using a first knitting yarn 201 of 2/48NM 50% wool 50% acrylic, a second knitting yarn 203 of 150D 100% polyester filament, and a first shape memory yarn 202 and a second shape memory yarn 204 of 1/9.5NM 100% polyester staple. A fiber product with a local shape memory function is designed, as shown in figure 2, the back of the fiber product is a schematic view, the back plate is designed to comprise two functional areas with shape memory according to the human engineering, namely shape memory areas 200 which are respectively distributed at the left side and the right side of the back and can support the back vertebra so as to play a role in protecting, and the other areas are areas without the shape memory function, namely a general area 100. The size of the M code is set as that the chest circumference is 47 cm, the body length is 64 cm, the sleeve length is 79 cm, the collar width is 18 cm, the front collar depth is 7 cm, the sleeve width is 15.2 cm, the shoulder hanging is 23.2 cm, the sleeve opening width is 8 cm, the lap width is 44 cm, and the back collar depth is 2 cm.
The fiber product has the memory function locally, the local memory area and other clothing areas are integrally formed and woven, the memory yarn is only woven in the local memory area, the memory function area is raised to have the three-dimensional appearance, and the fiber product has a plurality of excellent performances such as non-ironing finishing, shape keeping property, insulating property, heat retention property, moisture vapor permeability, wrinkle resistance, impact resistance, attractive appearance, decoration and the like.
