Abstract
The invention discloses a method for resource utilization of waste incineration slag, which comprises the following steps: sieving the waste incineration slag, and removing blocky substances; crushing the screened waste incinerator slag to 40-100 mm; separating and recovering iron substances in the crushed waste incineration slag; and crushing the garbage incinerator slag after the iron material is recovered to a particle size of less than or equal to 4.75mm to obtain a slag sand product. (1.1) the waste incineration slag is conveyed to a specified storage room by a special transport vehicle, and is fed to a vibrating feeder (preferably, the sieve surface size of the vibrating feeder is 1500 x 4000, the motor power is 2 x 2.2KW, and the processing capacity is 10-40t/h) from the storage room through a loader, and the vibrating feeder mainly removes blocks with overlarge particle size.
(1.2) the residual slag from which the lumps are removed in step (1.1) is dropped directly into a crusher (preferably a jaw crusher model: PE250 x 400) and the slag is crushed to 40-100 mm.
(1.3) conveying the slag in the step (1.1) to a deironing device (preferably model: RCYD (C) -6.5) through a first conveying belt, separating the ferrous substances, and collecting the ferrous substances by a collector.
(1.4) feeding the iron-removed slag into a sand making machine (preferably, the model is PCX8080), crushing the slag by the sand making machine until the grain size is 3mm, conveying the granulated slag to a vibrating screen classifier through a second conveying belt, screening by the vibrating screen classifier, and conveying the slag with qualified grain size to a finished product bin through a fourth conveying belt to obtain a slag sand product. And (4) the screened and remaining slag which does not meet the specification enters the sand making machine again through a third conveying belt for further fine crushing (circularly performing) until all the slag meets the specification requirement. The dust generated in the production process is collected by a bag-type dust collector, so that the environment is not polluted.
The particle size of the finished sand (namely, the slag sand product) prepared in the step (1) is less than 4.75mm, the fineness modulus is 3.0-2.3, the content of mud particles and stone powder less than 75 mu m is less than or equal to 5%, the maximum crushing index of a single stage is less than or equal to 30%, the water content is less than or equal to 14%, and the finished product is clean, free of impurities and free of agglomeration, namely, the mud content, the impurity content and the crushing value in the prepared finished sand (namely, the slag sand product) all meet the requirements of building sand (GB/T14684-2011). The main component of the waste incineration slag is bottom ash which is an uneven mixture consisting of slag, glass, ceramic substance fragments, iron, other metals and other incombustible substances and organic matters which are not completely combusted, and after a series of treatments in the step (1), a finished product (namely a slag sand product) prepared from the waste incineration slag can replace river sand to be used as a building auxiliary material to realize slag recycling.
In step (1), the slag sand product is prepared by a waste incinerator slag recycling system, as shown in fig. 1, the waste incinerator slag recycling system includes:
the vibrating feeder 2 is used for removing the blocks in the waste incineration slag;

and the vibrating screen classifier 7 is butted with the sand making machine 6 through a second conveying belt 42 and is used for screening granular slag, and the screened slag is qualified slag sand products.
In this embodiment, the vibrating screen machine 7 is connected to the sand making machine 6 through a third conveying belt 43, and is configured to convey the screened-out unqualified slag sand products to the sand making machine 6.
In this embodiment, a finished product bin 8 is disposed downstream of the vibrating screen machine 7, and the vibrating screen machine 7 is butted with the finished product bin 8 through a fourth conveying belt 44.

In this embodiment, the working principle of the waste incineration slag recycling system is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, the waste incineration slag is transported to a designated storage room 1 by a special transport vehicle, the waste incineration slag is fed from the storage room 1 to a vibrating feeder 2 (preferably 1500 × 4000 sieve surface size of the vibrating feeder, 2 × 2.2KW motor power, 10-40t/h processing capacity), the vibrating feeder 2 mainly removes blocks with overlarge particle size, the residual slag directly falls into a crusher 3 (preferably a jaw crusher model: PE250 × 400), the slag is crushed to 40-100mm, the slag is conveyed to an iron remover 5 (preferably a model: rcyd (c) — 6.5) through a first conveying belt 41, the iron substance is separated, the iron substance is collected by a collector 9, a sand making machine 6 is arranged below the iron remover 5, the slag after iron removal enters a sand making machine 6 (preferably a model: PCX8080), the slag is crushed to 3mm particle size, and the granulated slag is conveyed to the vibrating screen 7 through the second conveying belt 42, is screened by the vibrating screen 7, is conveyed to the finished product bin 8 through the fourth conveying belt 44, and is screened to obtain the remaining slag which does not meet the specification, and is re-conveyed to the sand making machine 6 through the third conveying belt 43 to be further finely crushed (circularly processed) until all the slag meets the specification requirement.
(2) The sludge treatment by utilizing the slag sand product prepared from the waste incineration slag in the step (1) specifically comprises the following steps:
(2.1) mixing the slag sand product, the sludge (dewatered sludge of municipal sewage plants, the water content is generally 70-85%), the cement (commercially available sulphoaluminate cement) and the curing agent (commercially available NTMC4) according to the mass ratio of the slag sand product, the sludge, the cement and the curing agent being 0.2: 1.0: 0.15: 0.08 to obtain a material mixture.
And (2.2) carrying out primary stirring on the material mixture obtained in the step (2.1) for 2min at the rotating speed of 45 +/-2 r/min.
And (2.3) carrying out secondary stirring on the material mixture subjected to primary stirring in the step (2.2) for 30s at the rotating speed of 30 +/-2 r/min.
And (2.4) discharging the material mixture subjected to the secondary stirring in the step (2.3) from a discharge opening, and adopting a loader or eight rear wheels to receive materials. And (4) conveying the sludge which is loaded by the vehicle and uniformly mixed to a stacking area of a special solidified sludge area for landfill, and finishing a covering measure after shaping by an excavator to finish the treatment of the sludge.
