本发明公开了一种食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置,包括壳体,壳体的上端固定连通有换气壳,换气壳的上端固定连接有滤网,换气壳的内壁上位于滤网下端依次连接有风机和加热板,壳体的上端固定连通有进料机构,壳体的上端固定连接有第一电机,第一电机的输出轴贯穿箱体的侧壁固定连接有转杆,转杆的杆壁上固定连接有多个搅拌转页,转杆的下端固定连接有挡板,挡板的侧壁开设有多个通孔,挡板的左右两侧侧壁均固定连接侧刮板。本发明能够对物料进行打碎,便于对物料的搅拌,防止较大的物料损坏搅拌叶,提高了搅拌效率,通过加热板和加热棒双重加热提高搅拌效率,满足了人们需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及粘性物料搅拌装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置。
背景技术
搅拌是通过搅拌器发生某种循环,使得溶液中的气体、液体甚至悬浮的颗粒得以混合均匀,而为了达到这一目的,需要通过强制对流、均匀混合的器件来实现,即搅拌器的内部构件。搅拌是有机制备实验中常用的一项操作,目的是能使反应物间充分混合避免由于反应物浓度不均匀局部过大,受热不均匀,导致副反应的发生或有机物分解,通过搅拌,使反应物充分混合、受热均匀,缩短反应时间,提高反应产率。
现有的搅拌机对粘性物料搅拌时通常只能横向的进行搅拌,一些无法接触到的物料凝结沉底且粘附在筒壁上难以处理,同时一些物料在没有进行打碎时就搅拌容易损伤搅拌叶,同时搅拌效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中未搅拌到的物料容易凝结沉底且物料在未打碎就搅拌时搅拌效果较差的问题,而提出的一种食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的上端固定连通有换气壳,所述换气壳的上端固定连接有滤网,换气壳的内壁上位于滤网下端依次连接有风机和加热板,所述壳体的上端固定连通有进料机构,所述壳体的上端固定连接有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出轴贯穿箱体的侧壁固定连接有转杆,所述转杆的杆壁上固定连接有多个搅拌转页,所述转杆的下端固定连接有挡板,所述挡板的侧壁开设有多个通孔,所述挡板的左右两侧侧壁均固定连接侧刮板,所述挡板的下端固定连接有下刮板,所述壳体的外侧壁开设有开口且开口处固定连接有钢化玻璃。
优选的,所述进料机构包括固定连通在壳体上端的进料壳,所述进料壳的上端开设有进料口,所述进料壳的上端固定连接有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出轴贯穿进料壳的侧壁固定连接有转轴,所述转轴的侧壁固定连接有多个粉碎刀片。
优选的,所述进料壳的上端固定连接水箱,所述水箱的下端贯穿进料壳的侧壁固定连通有高压喷嘴。
优选的,多个所述搅拌转页的侧壁均固定连接有加热棒,所述加热棒通过控制开关与外部电源电性连接。
优选的,所述壳体的外侧壁下端开设有条形开口且条形开口处配套设置有盖板。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置,通过设有的进料机构包括进料壳、进料口、第二电机、转轴和粉碎刀片,能够在进料时就对物料进行打碎,便于对物料的搅拌,防止较大的物料损坏搅拌叶,提高了搅拌效率,满足了人们需求。
2、该食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置,通过设有的水箱和高压喷嘴,能够对搅拌物料的浓度进行调整,提高对搅拌物料搅拌浓度的把握,同时在设备使用完成后通过高压喷嘴进行冲洗设备,方便人们使用。
3、该食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置,通过设有的第一电机、转杆、搅拌转页、挡板、侧刮板、下刮板、加热板、风机和加热棒,能够通过搅拌转页对物料进行搅拌,通过加热板和加热棒双重加热提高搅拌效率,同时通过下刮板和侧刮板对筒壁进行刮,防止物料在侧壁和底部凝结粘附在筒壁上,满足了人们需求。
而且该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现,本发明能够在进料时就对物料进行打碎,便于对物料的搅拌,防止较大的物料损坏搅拌叶,提高了搅拌效率,通过加热板和加热棒双重加热提高搅拌效率,同时通过挤压板对沉底物料进行挤压,防止物料底部凝结成块,满足了人们需求。

参照图1-2,一种食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置,包括壳体1,壳体1的上端固定连通有换气壳2,换气壳2的上端固定连接有滤网3,换气壳2的内壁上位于滤网3下端依次连接有风机4和加热板5,壳体1的上端固定连通有进料机构6,壳体1的上端固定连接有第一电机7,第一电机7的输出轴贯穿箱体1的侧壁固定连接有转杆8,转杆8的杆壁上固定连接有多个搅拌转页9,转杆8的下端固定连接有挡板11,挡板11的侧壁开设有多个通孔17,挡板11的左右两侧侧壁均固定连接侧刮板12,挡板11的下端固定连接有下刮板13,壳体1的外侧壁开设有开口且开口处固定连接有钢化玻璃14。
进料机构6包括固定连通在壳体1上端的进料壳61,进料壳61的上端开设有进料口62,进料壳61的上端固定连接有第二电机63,第二电机63的输出轴贯穿进料壳61的侧壁固定连接有转轴64,转轴64的侧壁固定连接有多个粉碎刀片65。
进料壳61的上端固定连接水箱66,水箱66的下端贯穿进料壳61的侧壁固定连通有高压喷嘴67。
多个搅拌转页9的侧壁均固定连接有加热棒10,加热棒10通过控制开关与外部电源电性连接。
壳体1的外侧壁下端开设有条形开口15且条形开口15处配套设置有盖板16。
本发明中,使用时,先打开第二电机63带动转轴64及粉碎刀片65转动,然后将物料通过进料口62倒入进料壳61内进行粉碎,然后将第一电机7打开带动转杆8及搅拌转页9转动,同时带动挡板11、侧刮板12号位下刮板13转动对壳壁和壳底进行清理,然后启动加热棒19、加热板5和风机4,对壳体1内物料进行双重加热,滤网3可以阻挡灰尘的进入,钢化玻璃14可以对内部情况进行实时的观看,设有的盖板16能够方便取出搅拌完成的物料,整个设备结构简单,能够在进料时就对物料进行打碎,便于对物料的搅拌,防止较大的物料损坏搅拌叶,提高了搅拌效率,通过加热板和加热棒双重加热提高搅拌效率,满足了人们需求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品生产用粘性物料搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述进料机构(6)包括固定连通在壳体(1)上端的进料壳(61),所述进料壳(61)的上端开设有进料口(62),所述进料壳(61)的上端固定连接有第二电机(63),所述第二电机(63)的输出轴贯穿进料壳(61)的侧壁固定连接有转轴(64),所述转轴(64)的侧壁固定连接有多个粉碎刀片(65)。
