Description

Tabletting candy with uric acid reducing function and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicines, and particularly relates to a tablet candy with a uric acid reducing function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of economy in China and the improvement of living standard of people, more and more people begin to have high uric acid at the side of the people. According to the '2017 Chinese gout status report white paper', the number of hyperuricemia patients in China reaches 1.7 hundred million, wherein the number of gout patients exceeds 8000 ten thousand, and the annual growth rate is rapidly increased by 9.7% every year. In 2020, the number of gout people is estimated to reach 1 hundred million. Gout prevalence is continuously increasing in developed or developing countries. There is increasing evidence that gout not only affects the joints themselves, but also has a close relationship with the cardiovascular and renal functions, and it has become a non-negligible aspect in treating gout.
The traditional Chinese medicine holds that the pathological basis of gout is 'damp phlegm and blood stasis' mutual accumulation. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the main diseases of gout are caused by dysfunction of spleen and kidney, exogenous pathogenic wind, cold and damp heat, over-exertion, emotional disorder, or addiction to alcohol, fat and sweet wine, or joint trauma, etc., aggravate and promote phlegm-dampness to flow into joints, muscles or bones, cause unsmooth circulation of qi and blood, and cause pain due to obstruction[1]. Modern medicine proves that gout is related to hyperuricemia formation and sodium urate crystal accumulation, and is a repeated inflammatory metabolic disease[2]. Two causes of hyperuricemia are the first cause that uric acid generation is increased due to purine metabolic disorder, and the second cause that uric acid excretion is reduced, and long-term hyperuricemia can cause urate crystals to deposit on joints, kidneys and other parts, so that long-term acute or chronic inflammation of the joints and the kidneys is caused, and gouty arthritis and gouty nephropathy are caused. The key point of the treatment is to control the level of the hematuria, and the gout arthritis can be fundamentally treated only by reducing the level of the hematuria within a normal range and generally requiring less than 360 micromoles per liter.
