6. The method for preparing the whitening and moisturizing cream containing the bismuth oxychloride as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickener comprises 0.1-0.3% of dextrin, 0.5-1.5% of sodium acrylate copolymer and 0.1-0.25% of aluminum starch octenyl succinate.
7. The method for preparing a whitening and moisturizing cream containing bismuth oxychloride as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative comprises 0.3-1% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.1-0.5% of ethylhexylglycerin and 0.1-0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol.
8. The method for preparing the whitening and moisturizing cream containing bismuth oxychloride as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is disodium EDTA 0.01-0.05%.
9. The method for preparing the whitening and moisturizing cream containing bismuth oxychloride according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifying time in the step S5 is 3-4min, the stirring time is 4-5min, and the temperature is 60-70 ℃.
10. The method for preparing a whitening and moisturizing cream containing bismuth oxychloride as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic dispersion machine performs ultrasonic treatment at 20 ℃ and 300 power for 10min in step S6.
