Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of garment manufacturing, in particular to a method for segmenting lines of a garment and the garment.
Background
Along with the abundance of the physical life of people, higher requirements are also put forward on the aesthetic property and the practicability of the clothes. Particularly, people put forward higher requirements on the style and the air permeability of sports clothes due to the rise of national fitness exercises.
The air permeability of the garment is one of the key factors for measuring the comfort of the garment, and the traditional garment is often enlarged in size and the like to increase the air permeability of the garment, but the air permeability of the garment seriously affects the aesthetic degree of the garment. In order to solve the above problems, the existing garment designs usually adopt a line segmentation method to enhance the beauty and the ventilation function of the garment.
The line segmentation of the garment means that different cut pieces are incompletely sewed in a certain mode, so that the different cut pieces are overlapped, and expandable ventilation windows are reserved between the cut pieces. The existing required elements for cutting the lines of the clothes are 1 piece of splicing piece, 1 piece of upper splicing cloth, 1 piece of lower splicing piece and 1 piece of lower splicing cloth. The process for realizing line segmentation by using the elements comprises the following steps:
a) the upper splicing cut piece and the upper splicing cloth are turned into a hidden line along the edge;
b) pressing a back edge of the upper splicing cloth inwards turned by 360 degrees along the upper splicing piece fixing line position;
c) turning hidden lines on the edges of the lower spliced cut pieces and the lower spliced cloth;
d) folding the lower splicing cloth inwards by 180 degrees along the fixing line of the lower splicing cutting piece, and pressing an exposed line at the edge;
e) the upper cut piece and the lower cut piece are fixed, and the upper cut piece and the lower cut piece are not completely sewed, so that a ventilation channel is formed between the upper cut piece and the lower cut piece. Therefore, the overlapping of the upper and lower cut pieces with different colors can be realized by adopting line segmentation, thereby not only enhancing the aesthetic feeling of the clothes, but also increasing the air permeability.
Although the existing line segmentation technology can realize both attractive appearance and air permeability of the clothes, the existing line segmentation technology can only realize complete segmentation, the line design scheme is single, and local segmentation can not be realized aiming at key parts;
in addition, the existing line segmentation operation difficulty is high, a plurality of sewing procedures are needed, so that the requirement on operators is high, the operators can finish the operation only through the operation of the employees who are generally subjected to field exercise for more than 1 year, the number of the operators which can be directly used is small, and the supply of large-batch products is difficult to guarantee.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a line segmentation method that can achieve local segmentation and has low operation difficulty.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clothing line segmentation method which can realize local segmentation and has low operation difficulty.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method for dividing lines of a garment, including:
a) hot-pressing and compounding the original cloth and the adhesive to obtain original interlayer sticking cloth sequentially comprising an original cloth layer and an adhesive layer;
b) carrying out laser cutting on the original interlayer patch to obtain an interlayer patch;
c) placing the interlayer adhesive cloth at the position of the ventilation window of the outer cutting piece, and performing hot pressing fixation on the interlayer adhesive cloth and the outer cutting piece to obtain a first outer cutting piece;
d) cutting a ventilation window opening in the ventilation window part of the first outer cutting piece by adopting laser;
e) carrying out laser cutting on the adhesive to obtain inner spliced cloth adhesive, placing the inner spliced cloth adhesive on the lower part of the opening of the ventilation window, and fixing the inner spliced cloth adhesive and the first outer cut piece along the inner spliced cloth adhesive in a hot pressing manner to obtain a second outer cut piece;
f) and will interior piece arrange in the outer cut-parts surface of second, and make interior piece cloth covers transom and interior piece cloth viscose, will the upper portion and the outer cut-parts of second of interior piece cloth are fixed, will the bottom and the outer cut-parts of second of interior piece cloth are fixed along interior piece cloth viscose hot pressing, obtain the lines and cut apart the cut-parts.
Preferably, the inner splicing cloth is breathable cloth.
Preferably, the pressure of the hot pressing composite in the step a is 0.3 Mpa-0.6 Mpa, and the temperature is 160 ℃ to 170 ℃.
Preferably, step c specifically comprises: and covering the paperboard on the surface of the outer cut piece, hollowing the paperboard at a position corresponding to the ventilation window of the outer cut piece, sticking the interlayer to the hollowed part of the paperboard, and performing hot-pressing compounding on the interlayer sticking cloth and the outer cut piece.
Preferably, the pressure of the hot pressing composition in the step c is 0.2MPa to 0.5MPa, and the temperature is 120 ℃ to 180 ℃.
Preferably, the edge shape of the upper part of the inner patch cloth viscose is the same as that of the vent window opening.
Preferably, the pressure of the hot pressing composite in the step e is 0.3 Mpa-0.6 Mpa, and the temperature is 160 ℃ to 170 ℃.
Preferably, the step f of fixing by hot pressing specifically comprises:
pre-hot pressing and fixing the inner splicing cloth and the second outer cutting piece under the conditions that the pressure is 0.2 Mpa-0.6 Mpa and the temperature is 165-175 ℃;
the pre-hot pressed and fixed inner piece is attached to the second outer piece and hot pressed and fixed again under the conditions that the pressure is 0.3Mpa to 0.6Mpa and the temperature is 160 ℃ to 170 ℃.
Preferably, the adhesive is a thermosetting adhesive or a hot melt adhesive.
The invention also provides a garment prepared from the garment line segmentation cut pieces.
The invention provides a method for cutting lines of clothes, which comprises the steps of cutting a ventilating window opening on an outer cut piece by adopting a laser cutting technology, and splicing and sticking cloth in an inner liner on the outer cut piece, thereby realizing local line cutting; meanwhile, in order to ensure the wear resistance and the stiffness of the ventilation window position, the interlayer adhesive cloth containing the adhesive layer is hot-pressed at the ventilation window position of the outer cutting piece before the opening of the ventilation window is cut on the outer cutting piece, the wear resistance and the stiffness of the opening of the ventilation window are improved by increasing the thickness of the opening of the ventilation window, and the wearing life and the air permeability of the garment are prolonged. According to the scheme, the line segmentation method provided by the invention can realize local segmentation on the key heating part, does not need to use a sewing process, only needs to preset the pressure, the temperature and the time value of the cutting position of the laser machine and the hot pressing equipment, and has the advantages that the dimensional accuracy in the whole operation process is controlled by a machine, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the requirement on operators is low.
