The process can also be applied to conventional feather-type clothes, more fabrics can be selected by adding the liner cloth, and the defects of loose lining, unsmooth sticking and incompleteness in the conventional feather-type clothes can be overcome.

Description

Down jacket splicing process
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of garment processing, in particular to a down jacket splicing process.
Background
Down jackets in the market are generally divided into three types, namely an external diffraction type, an internal diffraction type and a light and thin type; the external derivative type is that a layer of lining cloth is added inside the down jacket, the lining cloth is generally larger than the surface cloth in order to ensure enough activity, and after the outside is filled with down, a concave-convex three-dimensional shape is formed, the size of the ready-made clothes is much smaller than that of a sample plate, so that the ready-made clothes is good in appearance and layered, but the lining cloth is loose and not delicate enough.
The inner derivative type is that a layer of fabric is added outside the derivative down liner, as is known, the surface of the down jacket can form an uneven three-dimensional shape after the derivative is formed, and generally, in order to ensure that the appearance is smooth and the uneven feeling of the down jacket cannot penetrate the fabric, the fabric is slightly thicker and has texture.
For the two types, at least one layer of down-proof liner cloth is added for the reasons of style, and even two layers of liner cloth are added, so that the weight of the garment is heavier. But they have one more layer of cloth, or lining; the whole body is smooth inside and outside, and the seam parts cannot be exposed.
The light and thin down jacket is light and thin as the name implies, and generally adopts specially processed down-proof light and thin fabric, so that the whole garment has only two layers. The directly-filled down jacket fabric on the market also belongs to the type, and the stereoscopic impression of the ready-made garment is strong. And is lighter and thinner, and is particularly popular with consumers in recent years. Because only two layers of fabrics need to be threaded and down-filled, the seam allowance can only be exposed and edge-covered, the whole garment can be reduced after being filled with the down, but the peripheral length of the garment cannot be shortened, the size of the garment is twisted, the seam allowance is spliced, the upper edge is covered, the exposed seam allowance is also twisted, so that the light and thin down jacket on the market at present is not exquisite enough, and in addition, the down jacket is not a down quilt which is once filled with the down and then threaded.
The down filling amount of each part of the down jacket with quality is different, the upper half section and the lower half section, the front piece and the back piece, the collar and the sleeves are movable, so that each part needs to be separated, the down filling amount is independently set, and the method is not preferable for sewing all the clothes and then filling the down.
