Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃防火门窗及其制备方法,所述门窗包括木芯层,在木芯层两侧从内到外依次设置有阻燃层、防火漆涂层和保护涂层;所述门窗的制备方法具体包括如下步骤,先对木芯层进行预处理,分别制备阻燃层、防火漆涂层和保护涂层,再将阻燃层、防火漆涂层、保护涂层按顺序固定在木芯层两侧,完成对原料的制备,在将制备的原料进行切割裁剪,进行组装成门窗结构;本发明所提供的门窗,通过在木芯两侧设置阻燃层和防火漆涂层,具有良好的阻燃防火性能,从而有效提高门窗耐火耐高温的性能;在最外侧设置保护涂层,通过保护涂层一方面增加材料的光滑性,另一方面避免内部材料与外部环境接触,避免被氧化,有效延长门窗的使用寿命。

背景技术
门窗按使用的额材质大致可分为金属门窗和木质门窗,金属门窗具有强度高,使用寿命长的特点,但是金属门窗的造价昂贵,重量大,安装不便的缺点;现有的木质门窗重量轻巧,安装方便并且外观靓丽好看,但是木质门窗的材料的限制,在阻燃防火方面具有明显的缺陷,在火灾发生期间无法进行有效的防火阻燃,容易引起火灾的蔓延;基于这种情况,本发明提出了一种阻燃防火门窗及其制备方法。

本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃防火门窗及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃防火门窗,包括木芯层,在木芯层两侧从内到外依次设置有阻燃层、防火漆涂层和保护涂层,所述木芯层、阻燃层通过黏胶粘合,在阻燃层外部涂抹防火漆形成防火漆涂层,在防火漆涂层上涂抹涂料形成保护涂层;所述木芯层、阻燃层、防火漆涂层、保护涂层的厚度比例为1:0.28~0.33:0.22~0.25:0.08~0.13。
优选的,所述木芯层使用木料为硬质木材,所述阻燃层由阻燃木板组成,所述木芯层、阻燃层使用的黏胶为氰基丙烯酸酯。
优选的,所述阻燃木板使用木材与木芯层使用木材材料相同,将木材浸泡在阻燃液中制取阻燃木材;所述阻燃液由阻燃剂、硅胶粉、环氧树脂、双季戍四醇与水制成。
优选的,所述防火漆中含有含有氯化石蜡、氯化橡胶、氯化萘和硼酸锌,所述保护涂层中含有抗氧化剂。
优选的,本发明还提供了一种阻燃防火门窗的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
S1:对木芯层进行表面打磨光滑,并对其进行烘干处理;
S2:将阻燃木板放入阻燃液中浸泡,制备阻燃层;
S3:将阻燃层通过黏胶粘结在木芯层两侧;
S4:在阻燃层上涂刷防火漆;
S5:在防火漆层上涂抹保护涂料;
S6:对加工好的门窗材料剪裁,并进行组装。
优选的,所述步骤S1中,烘干处理的温度为75℃~95℃,烘干处理时间为40min~60min。
优选的,所述步骤S2中,阻燃液没过阻燃木板3~5cm,浸泡时间为4h~8h;取出后进行风干,表面干燥后对其进行烘干,烘干温度为85℃~95℃,烘干时间为20min~30min。
优选的,所述步骤S4中,所述防火漆的涂刷过程为分层涂刷,涂刷一层使其自然风干,并继续涂刷,形成防火漆层。
优选的,所述保护涂料的涂抹过程为直接涂抹,使涂层厚度不小于需要的厚度,对表面进行打磨,使其厚度符合尺寸要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所提供的门窗,通过在木芯两侧设置阻燃层和防火漆涂层,具有良好的阻燃防火性能,从而有效提高门窗耐火耐高温的性能;在最外侧设置保护涂层,通过保护涂层一方面增加材料的光滑性,另一方面避免内部材料与外部环境接触,避免被氧化,有效延长门窗的使用寿命。

S1:对木芯层1进行表面打磨光滑,并对其进行烘干处理;烘干处理的温度为85℃,烘干处理时间为50min;
S2:将阻燃木板放入阻燃液中浸泡,阻燃液没过阻燃木板4cm,浸泡时间为6h;取出后进行风干,表面干燥后对其进行烘干,烘干温度为90℃,烘干时间为25min;
S3:将阻燃层2通过黏胶粘结在木芯层1两侧;
S4:在阻燃层2上涂刷防火漆,所述防火漆的涂刷过程为分层涂刷,涂刷一层使其自然风干,并继续涂刷,形成防火漆层3;
S5:在防火漆层3上涂抹保护涂料,所述保护涂料的涂抹过程为直接涂抹,使涂层厚度不小于需要的厚度,对表面进行打磨,使其厚度符合尺寸要求;
S6:对加工好的门窗材料剪裁,并进行组装。

S5:在防火漆层3上涂抹保护涂料,所述保护涂料的涂抹过程为直接涂抹,使涂层厚度不小于需要的厚度,对表面进行打磨,使其厚度符合尺寸要求;

S4:在阻燃层2上涂刷防火漆,所述防火漆的涂刷过程为分层涂刷,涂刷一层使其自然风干,并继续涂刷,形成防火漆层3;
S5:在防火漆层3上涂抹保护涂料,所述保护涂料的涂抹过程为直接涂抹,使涂层厚度不小于需要的厚度,对表面进行打磨,使其厚度符合尺寸要求;
S6:对加工好的门窗材料剪裁,并进行组装。

1.一种阻燃防火门窗,其特征在于:包括木芯层(1),在木芯层(1)两侧从内到外依次设置有阻燃层(2)、防火漆涂层(3)和保护涂层(4),所述木芯层(1)、阻燃层(2)通过黏胶粘合,在阻燃层(2)外部涂抹防火漆形成防火漆涂层(3),在防火漆涂层(3)上涂抹涂料形成保护涂层(4);所述木芯层(1)、阻燃层(2)、防火漆涂层(3)、保护涂层(4)的厚度比例为1:0.28~0.33:0.22~0.25:0.08~0.13。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火门窗,其特征在于:所述木芯层(1)使用木料为硬质木材,所述阻燃层(2)由阻燃木板组成,所述木芯层(1)、阻燃层(2)使用的黏胶为氰基丙烯酸酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃防火门窗,其特征在于:所述阻燃木板使用木材与木芯层(1)使用木材材料相同,将木材浸泡在阻燃液中制取阻燃木材;所述阻燃液由阻燃剂、硅胶粉、环氧树脂、双季戍四醇与水制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火门窗,其特征在于:所述防火漆中含有含有氯化石蜡、氯化橡胶、氯化萘和硼酸锌,所述保护涂层(4)中含有抗氧化剂。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的一种阻燃防火门窗的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
S1:对木芯层(1)进行表面打磨光滑,并对其进行烘干处理;
S2:将阻燃木板放入阻燃液中浸泡,制备阻燃层(2);
S3:将阻燃层(2)通过黏胶粘结在木芯层(1)两侧;
S4:在阻燃层(2)上涂刷防火漆;
S5:在防火漆层(3)上涂抹保护涂料;
S6:对加工好的门窗材料剪裁,并进行组装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种阻燃防火门窗的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,烘干处理的温度为75℃~95℃,烘干处理时间为40min~60min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种阻燃防火门窗的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,阻燃液没过阻燃木板3~5cm,浸泡时间为4h~8h;取出后进行风干,表面干燥后对其进行烘干,烘干温度为85℃~95℃,烘干时间为20min~30min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种阻燃防火门窗的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中,所述防火漆的涂刷过程为分层涂刷,涂刷一层使其自然风干,并继续涂刷,形成防火漆层(3)。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种阻燃防火门窗的制备方法,其特征在于:所述保护涂料的涂抹过程为直接涂抹,使涂层厚度不小于需要的厚度,对表面进行打磨,使其厚度符合尺寸要求。
