the pressing assembly is positioned between the two clamping plates 2 and comprises two supporting blocks 3 arranged side by side, one end of each supporting block 3 is fixedly connected with the machine head 1, and at least two lifting combinations are arranged on the lower side of each supporting block 3 along the length direction; each lifting combination comprises a lifting cylinder 10, a lifting frame 11 and a lifting finger 7, wherein the lifting cylinder 10 is vertically arranged and is fixedly arranged on the supporting block 3 through the lifting frame 11; the bottom of the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 10 is fixedly connected with the lifting finger 7, the lifting part of the lifting finger 7 is an upward bent hook part, and the hook part is used for lifting the tile cover upwards, so that the tile cover 62 is separated from the cover cap 61.

The distance between the tile cover 62 and the cover 61 in the steps A and B is 5mm, mainly because the diameter of the flushing pipe of the deburring flushing equipment is 4 mm.
And C: the tile cover 62 is pressed down by the pressing finger 8 of the manipulator J, and the tile cover 62 is tightly attached to the cover 61;
step D: and C, placing the camshaft support assembly obtained in the step C on an automatic conveying roller way by a manipulator J, conveying the assembly to the position below the multi-shaft bolt unscrewing electric gun in the step A by the automatic conveying roller way, and screwing all the bolts 5 by the multi-shaft bolt unscrewing electric gun so as to finish the restoration assembly of the camshaft support assembly. The automatic conveying roller way is the existing mature technology and completes automatic conveying.

and C: the tile cover (62) is pressed downwards through a manipulator (J), and the tile cover (62) is tightly attached to the cover cap (61);
step D: and (D) placing the camshaft support assembly obtained in the step (C) on an automatic conveying roller way by a manipulator (J), conveying the camshaft support assembly to the position below the multi-shaft bolt unscrewing electric gun in the step (A) by the automatic conveying roller way, and screwing all the bolts (5) by the multi-shaft bolt unscrewing electric gun so as to finish the restoration assembly of the camshaft support assembly.
