In the invention, when the dust catching net 34 in the second dust removing box 9 has more dust on the surface, the liquid pump 35 is started to pump the water in the second dust removing box 1 to the flushing pipe 36, and the flushing pipe 36 can be used for flushing the dust catching net 34, so that the dust catching net 34 can adsorb more dust, and the flushed water can be recycled, thereby saving water resources.
