The children nutritional shampoo prepared by protease enzymolysis according to claim 1, wherein the shampoo comprises: the preparation method of the polypeptide chelated calcium comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 1000g of fresh waste egg shells, cleaning, removing eggshell membranes, drying in an air drying oven at 60 ℃ for 3h, crushing by a 200-mesh crusher to obtain eggshell powder for later use, weighing 2.0g of eggshell powder, dissolving in 10-14mol/L hydrochloric acid, stirring at 80-95 ℃ for 60-120 min, naturally cooling to 25-35 ℃, filtering, and obtaining filtrate which is soluble calcium extract and can obtain 400.0mg of soluble calcium; (2) adding 10-16g of protein into 400g of 100-400g of water, adding 0.2-2g of flavourzyme and 0.5-5g of alkaline protease, carrying out enzymolysis for 5-14 hours at the temperature of 40-80 ℃, and inactivating enzyme to obtain a protease hydrolysate; (3) adding 75-150g of protein enzymolysis liquid into 50-100g of soluble calcium extracting solution, stirring for 30-120 minutes at the temperature of 30-45 ℃, adding 500-900g of ethanol water solution with the mass fraction of 95% to generate precipitate, filtering, and drying the precipitate in vacuum to obtain the polypeptide chelated calcium.

The children nutritional shampoo prepared by protease enzymolysis according to claim 1, wherein the shampoo comprises: the protein enzymatic hydrolysate, sugar-free black sesame paste, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium laureth sulfate, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, glycerol, honey, polypeptide chelated calcium and cedar essential oil are stirred at the temperature of 70-90 ℃ and the rotating speed of 200-500 revolutions/minute for 2-4 hours, cooled to 50-60 ℃, added with cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium benzoate, sodium salicylate, olive leaf extract and chamomile extract, stirred at the temperature of 45-50 ℃ and the rotating speed of 50-150 revolutions/minute for 30-60 minutes, cooled to 35-40 ℃, added with calcium extract, yeast extract and lemongrass essential oil, heated and stirred at a constant speed.

The children nutritional shampoo prepared by protease enzymolysis according to claim 1, wherein the shampoo comprises: the polypeptide chelated calcium can be prepared by taking a certain amount of wall-broken yeast powder, adding a certain amount of papain to hydrolyze at a pH value of 6.0 and a temperature of 55 ℃ for a period of time, quickly heating the enzymolysis solution to 100 ℃, maintaining for about 15min and inactivating enzyme, cooling to room temperature, adding an isovolumetric alginic acid solution into the crude yeast polypeptide extract, stirring for 0.6h under a condition of a rotation speed of 1000r/min by using an electric stirrer, then washing with 0.6 times of hydrochloric acid with a volume of 0.4mol/L to remove adsorbed polypeptide, performing suction filtration, repeating for 2-3 times, adding excessive sodium chloride into the eluate, stirring gently to reach a saturated state, standing overnight in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2 ℃, collecting yeast polypeptide precipitate, placing in the refrigerator for freezing storage, finely taking a certain amount of eggshell acidolysis solution, adjusting pH, mixing with the yeast polypeptide solution according to a certain volume ratio, adding 20mL of absolute ethyl alcohol at the same temperature, shaking at 6000r/min for 15min, and taking supernatant to determine the content of free calcium.

The children nutritional shampoo prepared by protease enzymolysis according to claim 1, wherein the shampoo comprises: cleaning an enzymolysis raw material, drying, crushing, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve, taking 10-30g of powder, adding into a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 6-8mol/L and the volume of 25-100mL, adding 80-150g of water, stirring at the temperature of 80-95 ℃ for 60-120 minutes, naturally cooling to 25-35 ℃, and filtering to obtain a filtrate which is a soluble calcium extracting solution; adding 8.5-15g of protein into 400g of 100-400g of water, adding 0.2-2g of flavourzyme and 0.5-5g of alkaline protease, carrying out enzymolysis for 4-12 hours at the temperature of 40-60 ℃, and inactivating enzyme to obtain a protease hydrolysate; adding 75-150g of protein enzymolysis liquid into 50-100g of soluble calcium extracting solution, stirring for 30-120 minutes at the temperature of 30-45 ℃, adding 300-800g of ethanol water solution with the mass fraction of 95%, and filtering to obtain the soluble calcium extracting solution.
