During operation, the jig group 102 with the explosion-proof sheet on the index plate rotating device 1 rotates to the fourth station, the orifice plate is conveyed to the orifice plate feeding connecting plate 312 in the orifice plate conveying and feeding assembly 31 through the orifice plate conveying vibration plate, the four orifice plate conveying heads 317 on the orifice plate moving plate 316 are driven to move to the upper side of the orifice plate feeding connecting plate 312 through the orifice plate internal and external moving air cylinder 315, the orifice plate lifting air cylinder 313 drives the orifice plate lifting frame 314 to move downwards, the four orifice plate conveying heads 317 are driven to suck and convey the orifice plate on the orifice plate feeding connecting plate 312 to the jig group 102 with the explosion-proof sheet, the orifice plate pressing assembly 32 and the explosion-proof sheet pressing assembly are compressed tightly in the same working mode, and the orifice plate detection assembly 33 and the explosion-proof sheet detection assembly are used for detection in the same working mode.

The four feeding conveying heads 54 are regularly arranged on the transverse plate of the feeding L-shaped connecting plate 53, and waste products can be conveniently sucked and fed at one time through the four feeding conveying heads 54. As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the transfer device 6 includes a discharge transfer member, a discharge platform 62, and a hot melt transfer member; the discharging and transferring assembly comprises a discharging and transferring bracket 611, a first discharging and transferring electric cylinder 612 and a second discharging and transferring electric cylinder 613; the discharging transfer bracket 611 is arranged on the rack, and the first discharging transfer electric cylinder 612 and the second discharging transfer electric cylinder 613 are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the discharging transfer bracket 611; horizontal moving positioning at both sides is performed by the first discharging transfer electric cylinder 612 and the second discharging transfer electric cylinder 613, respectively, so that moving positioning accuracy is improved. The number of the hot melt transfer components is two, the hot melt transfer components are identical in structure and are respectively positioned on the front side and the rear side of the discharging transfer support 611, and the hot melt transfer components comprise a hot melt transfer horizontal electric cylinder 631, a hot melt transfer front electric cylinder 632, a hot melt transfer U-shaped frame 633, a hot melt transfer lifting cylinder 634, a hot melt transfer lifting frame 635 and a transfer U-shaped plate 636; the horizontal electric cylinder 631 for hot melt transfer is disposed on the frame, and the front and rear electric cylinders 632 for hot melt transfer are disposed on the moving part of the horizontal electric cylinder 631 for hot melt transfer, and are moved in a front-rear and horizontal positioning manner by the horizontal electric cylinder 631 for hot melt transfer and the front and rear electric cylinders 632 for hot melt transfer, respectively.
