Abstract

本发明提供一种背光模组及显示装置,所述背光模组包括基板、反射片、导光板、扩散膜、反射层、透明膜层、背光源,本发明将基板拼接于反射片处,并且在基板与反射片的拼接处,由于反射层的高反射性,所以反射层可以有效的代替反射片的功能,进而保证了光的延展性,降低对组装精度的要求。另外在拼接处可以采用所述白光发光单元,利用MiniLED可以单独控制的特性实现不同位置MiniLED发光强弱差异,进而解决拼接处的黑边以及暗边现象,可以更好的实现全面屏幕显示,从而补偿所述背光模组因为挖孔而发光不均的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
随着手机整体工艺设计能力提升,消费者审美观也在不断的被引导、被提升,因此手机屏幕整体趋势逐渐转换成全面屏设计方向。因此在覆晶薄膜(COF)、超窄边框、异性屏等显示屏中,全面屏相关指标的设计能力以及工艺能力在不到一年的时间内不断的提升,屏幕的屏占比也由80%逐渐提升到了97%。但随着以上能力的迅速提升,目前已经达到了相对瓶颈期,因此屏内挖孔技术应运而生,面内挖孔能进一步提升屏占比,用以提高整机的工艺设计美感。目前屏内挖孔技术为了提高面板的透光,一般将上下偏光片也设计挖孔,因此熄屏(待机状态)时屏下摄像头可见,这会影响显示屏的整体感。
因此,现有技术将保留液晶、偏光片,但彩膜基板在通孔区并没有色阻的方案,这种方案保留了上下偏光片,可实现熄屏状态摄像头不可见。并采用了薄膜晶体管放在胶框边缘增大开口率,且通孔无色阻方案,可以尽量提高摄像头的进光量。但是,通孔区无色阻方案,无法正常显示RGB色彩画面;而且为了保证摄像头成像效果,彩膜基板侧就不能防止RGB色阻,因为RGB色阻会吸收光。
因此本发明提供了一种背光模块以及显示装置,实现真正的全面屏技术。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,通过将基板拼接于反射片处,并且在所述基板与所述反射片的拼接处,由于所述反射层的高反射性,所以所述反射层可以有效的代替所述反射片的功能,进而保证了光的延展性,降低对组装精度的要求。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:基板,所述基板上设有第一通孔;反射片,围绕所述基板而设;发光层,设置在所述基板上,所述发光层上设有与所述第一通孔对应的第二通孔;背光源,设于所述反射片的一端;导光板,设于所述反射片上。
进一步地,所述基板与所述发光层之间设有反射层,所述反射层的材料为高反射白油。
进一步地,所述导光板的面积大于或等于所述反射片的面积。
进一步地,所述导光板与所述发光层并列设置,且部分所述导光板设置在所述反射层上。
进一步地,所述导光板围绕所述反射层而设。
进一步地,还包括:透明膜层,设于所述发光层以及所述反射层上,所述透明膜层的材料为硅胶;扩散膜,设于所述导光板远离所述反射片的一侧。
进一步地,所述扩散膜设有对应所述第二通孔的第三通孔。
进一步地,所述第三通孔的直径大于所述第二通孔的直径;所述第二通孔的直径等于所述第一通孔的直径。
进一步地,所述发光层为MiniLed发光层,包括白光发光单元、红光发光单元、绿光发光单元以及蓝光发光单元。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括前文所述的背光模组;所述显示装置还包括一摄像模块,设于所述背光模组的下方且对应所述第一通孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种背光模组及显示装置,将MiniLED的基板拼接于反射片处,并且在所述基板与所述反射片的拼接处,由于所述反射层的高反射性,所以所述反射层可以有效的代替所述反射片的功能,进而保证了光的延展性,降低对组装精度的要求。另外在所述拼接处可以采用所述白光发光单元,利用MiniLED可以单独控制的特性实现不同位置MiniLED发光强弱差异,进而解决拼接处的黑边以及暗边现象,可以更好的实现全面屏幕显示,从而补偿所述背光模组因为挖孔而发光不均的现象。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的内容,下面通过具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的实施和保护范围不限于此。
以下实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「顶」、「底」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。
请参照图1所示,本发明第一实施例提供了一种背光模组100,所述背光模组100包括基板104、反射片101、导光板102、扩散膜103、反射层105、透明膜层109、背光源1011以及通孔107。
所述基板104上设有第一通孔107;所述反射片101围绕所述基板104而设。
所述发光层106设置在所述基板104上,所述发光层106上设有与所述第一通孔107对应的第二通孔110;所述发光层106为MiniLed发光层。
所述背光源1011设于所述反射片101的一端。
所述反射层105设于所述基板104与所述MiniLED发光单元106之间,所述反射层105的材料为高反射白油。
所述导光板102设于所述反射片101上;所述扩散膜103设于所述导光板102远离所述反射片101的一侧。
所述导光板102的面积大于所述反射片101的面积。这使得在进行基板104与反射片101拼接的时候,部分基板104可以设于所述导光板102下方。
在制备的时候,将基板104不打件,因其覆盖高反射白油,与反射片101拼接后,拼接位置被导光板102覆盖,因为白油具有高反射了特性,可取代反射片101左右,可以保证光的延展性,降低对组装精度的要求。
所述导光板102与所述发光层106并列设置,且部分所述导光板102设置在所述反射层105上。
所述扩散膜103具有对应所述第二通孔110透光区11的第三通孔108。
所述第三通孔108的直径大于所述第二通孔110的直径;所述第二通孔110的直径等于所述第一通孔107的直径。
所述第一通孔107的直径与所述第三通孔108的直径的比值为6:5~2:1。所述基板104为透明基板。
所述透明膜层109设于所述MiniLED发光单元106以及所述反射层105上,所述透明膜层109的材料为硅胶;所述背光源1011设于所述反射片101的侧边;
在所述基板104与所述反射片101的拼接处,由于所述反射层105的高反射性,所以所述反射层105可以有效的代替所述反射片101的功能,进而保证了光的延展性,降低对组装精度的要求。
所述MiniLED发光单元1061包括白光发光单元、红光发光单元、绿光发光单元以及蓝光发光单元。
在拼接处,可以采用所述白光发光单元,利用MiniLED可以单独控制的特性实现不同位置MiniLED发光强弱差异,进而解决拼接处的黑边以及暗边现象,可以更好的实现全面屏幕显示,从而补偿所述背光模组100因为挖孔而发光不均的现象。
在对应所述拼接的区域,可以采用所述红光发光单元、所述绿光发光单元以及所述蓝光发光单元进行画面显示,进而可以实现全面屏显示。
本发明还提供一种显示装置10,如图1所示。所述显示装置10包括所述显示面板12、背光模组100以及摄像模块13,所述摄像模块13设于所述背光模组100下方且对应所述第一通孔117,所述显示面板12位于所述背光模组100上方。
所述第一通孔117、第二通孔110以及第三通孔108进而可以组合一组合孔,使外部光线可以透过,被所述摄像模块接收。
所述显示装置10将基板104与反射片拼接,并且在所述基板104与所述反射片101的拼接处,由于所述反射层105的高反射性,所以所述反射层105可以有效的代替所述反射片101的功能,进而保证了光的延展性,降低对组装精度的要求。另外在所述拼接处可以采用所述白光发光单元,利用MiniLED可以单独控制的特性实现不同位置MiniLED发光强弱差异,进而解决拼接处的黑边以及暗边现象,可以更好的实现全面屏幕显示,从而补偿所述背光模组100因为挖孔而发光不均的现象。
请参照图2所示,本发明的第二实施例提供了一种背光模组100a,与前述第一实施例不同之处在于,所述基板104a拼接于导光板以及反射片。
所述导光板102a的面积等于所述反射片101a的面积。所述导光板围绕所述反射层而设。
更进一步地讲,相较于第一实施例而言,第二实施例中,在反射片101a与导光板102a开设拼接孔的时候,两个拼接孔大小相同,在进行开孔的时候要求精度降低,易于制作。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:
基板,所述基板上设有第一通孔;
反射片,围绕所述基板而设;
发光层,设置在所述基板上,所述发光层上设有与所述第一通孔对应的第二通孔;
背光源,设于所述反射片的一端;
导光板,设于所述反射片上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述基板与所述发光层之间设有反射层,所述反射层的材料为高反射白油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述导光板的面积大于或等于所述反射片的面积。
4.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述导光板与所述发光层并列设置,且部分所述导光板设置在所述反射层上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述导光板围绕所述反射层而设。
6.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括
透明膜层,设于所述发光层以及所述反射层上,所述透明膜层的材料为硅胶;
扩散膜,设于所述导光板远离所述反射片的一侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述扩散膜设有对应所述第二通孔的第三通孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述第三通孔的直径大于所述第二通孔的直径;
所述第二通孔的直径等于所述第一通孔的直径。
9.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述发光层为MiniLed发光层,包括白光发光单元、红光发光单元、绿光发光单元以及蓝光发光单元。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的背光模组;所述显示装置还包括一摄像模块,设于所述背光模组的下方且对应所述第一通孔。
