技术领域
本发明涉及一种负离子保健磁珠,特别是涉及一种用于制备磁性陶瓷石加上负离子矿物粉料,及利用该粉料制备的磁性陶瓷石负离子保健磁珠及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着经济的起飞,科技发展的日新月异。现代人对物质的需求已经日趋多样化,多元化,吃饱穿暖已经不能满足人们对外表的需求,饰品更是展现个人特质的必备之品。
然而时代的变迁,越来越多的文明病随之而来,现代人对健康这个概念可以说越来越重视。当前,公知的磁石佩戴在人身体上时,能起到促进血液循环,降低血压的功能和效果,但是不能起到疗养和净化身边空气,增强人身体上的供氧细胞,减缓细胞衰老,增强身体新陈代谢的效果。
利用负离子磁石保健身体的产品也越来约多,天然产品中负离子含量有高有低,没有一个适当的释放量来保证对人身体受益,一般人造磁石要求是:
1)保健公司背景,产品具有负离子能量;
2)保健产品无裂纹,无杂质,并释放出负离子能量(检验标准)。
因此,针对现有技术的保健磁石产品存在的问题,仍需要所属领域技术人员急需进一步改进其制造工艺的必要。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种有益人体健康的负离子保健磁珠,是将负离子矿物粉与三氧化二铁通过化学工艺相结合生产的保健产品;以及制作该人造负离子磁石的粉料,利用该粉料可制得具有人体保健作用的负离子磁性保健石。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种利用上述粉料制备人造负离子磁石饰品的方法。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种上述负离子磁性保健石在人造负离子磁石饰品上的应用。
本发明为达到其目的,采用的技术方案如下。
本发明第一方面提供一种负离子保健磁珠,按重量百分比计,该负离子保健磁珠是由以下原料组份制成:
Fe2O3 85.0%~95.0%;SrCO3 5.0%~8.0%;负离子矿物粉0.5%~1.5%;其它组份碳酸钙0.3%;氧化铝0.2%;各组份含量之和加起来为100%。
分别将上述氧化铁Fe2O3,碳酸锶SrCO3,碳酸钙等经过造料,粉碎,烘干,过滤,与负离子矿物粉进行混合,再成型,烧结,研磨,抛光,再烧等工序所制得的陶瓷负离子保健黑胆石。
作为一种优选方案,所述负离子保健磁珠是由以下原料组份制成:
Fe2O3 90.0%~95.0%;SrCO35.0%~8.0%;负离子粉0.5%~1.2%;其它组份碳酸钙0.3%;氧化铝0.2%;各组份含量之和加起来为100%。
配置粉料,然后进行粉碎,烘干,成型,烧结,所述粉料为上文所述粉料。
另外,本发明还公开了一种负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量百分比计,配置粉料:Fe2O3 85.0%~95.0%;SrCO35.0%~8.0%;负离子矿物粉0.5%~1.5%;其它组份碳酸钙0.3%;氧化铝0.2%;

进一步而言,上述负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,所述造粒按照如下步骤进行:
将步骤1)制得的粉料与PVA、水进行混合造粒,烘干,过滤,粒径控制在0.55~0.65um;所述粉料、PVA与水的三者之间的质量比例是100:5:3;所述粉料在粉碎震动后粒径约为0.55~0.65um。
进一步而言,上述造粒按照如下步骤进行:
将步骤1)制得的粉料与PVA、水按照4%~6%的质量比进行混合造粒,烘干,过滤,粒径控制在0.55~0.65um;所述粉料、PVA与水的三者之间的质量比例是100:5:3,所述粉料在粉碎震动后粒径约为0.55~0.65um。
进一步而言,上述负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,所述烘干按照如下步骤进行:
将步骤1)制得的粉料与PVA的材料在250~300℃温度进行烘干,将水份控制在2.5%以内。
进一步而言,上述负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,所述造粒按照如下步骤进行:
将粉碎后的细粉与负离子矿物粉进行完全混合15min,然后再过一次震动筛网,最后的粉料粒径控制在115~120目。
进一步而言,上述负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,在铁氧体磁粉造粒好之后,将所述负离子粉末与铁氧体磁粉混合造粒,负离子矿物粉末的粒度≥3000目。
进一步而言,上述负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,步骤2)中,所述烧结温度在1150~1260℃进行。
另外,本发明还公开了一种负离子保健磁珠在制造陶瓷负离子铁氧体的应用,完成(三氧化二铁)Fe2O3 +负离子矿物质结过烧结高温后变成结晶陶瓷结构(四氧化三铁)Fe3O4 +负离子矿物质,由非磁性变化为带有磁性的负离子保健磁珠。
再次,本发明还提供一种负离子保健磁珠在制造人造负离子铁氧体保健石饰品中的应用,该人造负离子铁氧体保健石饰品是上述的制造方法制得;所述负离子铁氧体保健石饰品含有上述人造负离子铁氧体保健石。
上述人造负离子铁氧体保健石饰品为人造负离子黑胆石饰品。
本发明第四方面提供一种负离子磁性保健饰品,其包括上面所述的人造负离子磁石。
借由上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明有益人体健康的负离子保健磁珠,是将负离子矿物粉与三氧化二铁通过化学工艺相结合生产的保健产品;以及制作一种人造负离子磁石的粉料,利用该粉料可制得具有人体保健作用的负离子磁性保健石。
2)本发明的负离子保健磁珠能够对人身体能起到疗养,改善细胞周围环境,净化细胞周围空气,减缓细胞衰老,增强细胞膜流动性,提高细胞免疫力,自愈力,有效预防和改善多种慢性疾病的效果,同时也具有减缓人员的精神疲劳等作用。

具体实施方式
为了克服现有的负离子保健产品的壁垒,增加对人体延年益寿和减缓皮肤衰老过快等方面的一些问题,本发明提供了一种负离子保健磁珠及其制造方法和应用。
该负离子保健磁珠是在三氧化二铁的粉末中加入3000目左右的0.5%~2%左右的负离子矿物粉末一起成型,烧结后测试负离子的释放量强度。
本发明还经过了效果试验例和数据验证,实施例1-3的产品的能量强度数据∮8mm,圆珠,添加负离子矿物粉添加1.5%,负离子含量释放量700~900之间;
∮10mm的圆珠,添加负离子矿物粉的量为1.5%,负离子含量释放量700~900之间;
∮12mm的圆珠,添加负离子矿物粉的量为1.0%,负离子含量释放量700~900之间。

本发明利用自然界产生的负离子原理,人工合配比复合矿物质,用电气石粉+镧系无素或稀土元素与三氧化二铁混合一定比例进行成型。

一种负离子保健磁珠(人造负离子铁氧体保健饰品)的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)造粒:将85%的氧化铁Fe2O3,8.0%的碳酸锶SrCO3,碳酸钙0.3%,氧化铝0.2%进行粉碎;

2)混合:称负离子矿物粉按1wt%的量进行和5wt%的硬脂酸钙与铁粉进行混合15分钟,制成松重比在1.6±0.02,水份含量在1.8~2.5%之间的半成品;3)成型,安装需要生产的模具,调整,先行试烧确认后再量产投入;
4)烧结:在1150~1260℃进行烧结,得出人造负离子铁氧体磁石;
5)磨珠/振亮/抛光:根据各种需求再作工序,制得负离子保健磁珠产品。
本发明实施例1的负离子保健磁珠产品测试负离子的释放量强度,见如下表1所示。

由上述表1的数据可知,本实施例的产品由Fe2O3 +负离子转化为Fe3O4 +负离子之后,单个产品的负离子释放量符合要求,能有效的控制在释放范围内。
实施例2
一种人造负离子黑胆石保健饰品(无磁性)的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)造粒:将粉碎后的细粉和质量浓度10%的PVA胶水按照10:5的质量比混合,搅拌20~30min至颗粒表面有水分,然后在250~300℃温度下烘干,将水份控制在2.5%以内,破碎后,得颗粒;将粉碎后的细粉与负离子矿物粉进行完全混合15min,然后再过一次震动筛网,最后的粉料粒径控制在115~120目;
2)混合:计量负离子矿物粉按10~22wt%的量进行和5wt%的硬脂酸锌与铁粉进行混合15分钟,制成松重比在1.2±0.02,水份含量在1.8~2.5%之间的半成品;
3)成型,安装需要生产的模具,调整,先行试烧确认后再量产投入;
4)烧结:在1150~1260℃进行烧结,得出人造负离子无磁性黑胆石;
5)磨珠/振亮/抛光:根据各种需求再作工序,制得负离子保健磁珠产品。
本实施例2的负离子保健磁珠产品测试负离子的释放量强度,有数据验证实施例2的产品的能量强度数据,见如下表2所示。

由上述表2的数据可知,Fe+负离子经过混合造粒,根据产品面积大小添加负离子矿物粉比例变化,产品转化为Fe2O3产品转化非磁性保健饰品,单个产品检测负离子含量能达到想要的释放量范围内,符合要求。
实施例3
一种米白色链珠含负离子保健饰品(成份修改)的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取粉料,所述粉料包括如下质量百分比的各组分:氧化铝50%、氧化硅30%、氧化铋10%、硅酸锆6%、氧化钠2%,负离子矿物粉2%;
2)球磨:将粉料和水按照1:1的质量比混合,球磨24小时,球磨介质为氧化铝球或氧化锆,材料粒径控制在1.5微米的样子;
3)烘干:将球磨后的物料在250℃烘烤24h;
4)粉碎:将烘干的物料在震磨机中粉碎3小时,震磨介质为氧化铝球;
5)造粒:向粉碎后的细粉和质量浓度10%的PVA水溶液按照6.5:4的质量比混合,搅拌15分钟至颗粒表面有水分,然后在250~300℃温度下晒干、将水份控制在2.5%以内,破碎后,得颗粒;将粉碎后的细粉与负离子矿物粉进行完全混合15min,然后再过一次震动筛网,最后的粉料粒径控制在115~120目;
6)成型:向颗粒中加硬脂酸锌,硬脂酸锌的用量为2~3wt%,制成密度2.3~2.4,鬆重比1.1~1.3,含水量2.5~3.5%的半成品;
7)烧结:在1150~1260℃进行烧结,得人造米白色保健饰品;
8)磨珠/振亮/抛光:根据各种需求再作工序,制得负离子保健磁珠产品。
本实施例3的负离子保健磁珠产品测试负离子的释放量强度,有数据验证实施例3的产品的能量强度,见如下表3所示。

对照例,采用的是市售的普通负离子矿物粉磁珠产品。
由上述表3的数据可知,白色链珠所制作的、由多种成份组成加上负离子矿物粉的保健饰品,同样烧结后所检测到的产品也能达到负离子的释放能量,都能根据客人的需求进行制作完成。

Claims (9)

1.一种负离子保健磁珠,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,该负离子保健磁珠是由以下原料组份制成:
Fe2O3 85.0%~95.0%;SrCO3 5.0%~8.0%;负离子矿物粉0.5%~1.5%;其它组份碳酸钙0.3%;氧化铝0.2%;各组份含量之和加起来为100%;
分别将上述氧化铁Fe2O3、碳酸锶SrCO3、碳酸钙、氧化铝经过造料,粉碎,烘干,过滤,与负离子矿物粉进行混合,再成型,烧结,研磨,抛光,再烧等工序所制得的陶瓷负离子保健黑胆石。
2.如权利要求1所述的负离子保健磁珠,其特征在于,所述负离子保健磁珠是由以下原料组份制成:
Fe2O3 90.0%~95.0%;SrCO3 5.0%~8.0%;负离子粉0.5%~1.2%;其它组份碳酸钙0.3%;氧化铝0.2%;各组份含量之和加起来为100%。
3.一种负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量百分比计,配置粉料:Fe2O3 85.0%~95.0%;SrCO3 5.0%~8.0%;负离子矿物粉0.5%~1.5%;其它组份碳酸钙0.3%;氧化铝0.2%;
2)然后分别将上述氧化铁Fe2O3,碳酸锶SrCO3、氧化铝经过造料,粉碎,烘干,过滤,与负离子矿物粉进行混合,再成型,烧结,研磨,抛光,再烧等工序所制得的陶瓷负离子保健黑胆石。
4.如权利要求3所述的负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,其特征在于,所述造粒按照如下步骤进行:
将步骤1)制得的粉料与PVA、水按照4%~6%的质量比进行混合造粒,烘干,过滤,粒径控制在0.55~0.65um;所述粉料、PVA与水的三者之间的质量比例是100:5:3;所述粉料在粉碎震动后粒径约为0.55~0.65um。
5.如权利要求3所述的负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,其特征在于:所述烘干按照如下步骤进行:
将步骤1)制得的粉料与PVA的材料在250~300℃温度进行烘干,将水份控制在2.5%以内。
6.如权利要求3所述的负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,其特征在于,所述造粒按照如下步骤进行:
将粉碎后的细粉与负离子矿物粉进行完全混合15min,然后再过一次震动筛网,最后的粉料粒径控制在115~120目。
7.如权利要求5所述的负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,其特征在于:在铁氧体磁粉造粒好之后,将所述负离子粉末与铁氧体磁粉混合造粒,负离子矿物粉末的粒度≥3000目。
8.如权利要求3所述的负离子保健磁珠的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中,所述烧结温度在1150~1260℃进行。
9.负离子保健磁珠在制造人造负离子铁氧体保健石饰品中的应用,其特征在于:该人造负离子铁氧体保健石饰品是按照权利要求3~8任一项所述的方法制得;所述负离子铁氧体保健石饰品含有为权利要求3所述的陶瓷负离子保健黑胆石。
