Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic shot blasting forming device and method for a synchronous forming hammer. The forming method is a new shot blasting forming method combining the traditional thin plate processing method with the modern shot blasting forming technology, and the method is characterized in that in the forming process, a high-pressure shot blasting spray gun and an arc surface forming hammer are operated relatively and simultaneously on two surfaces of the curved surface of a processed workpiece according to a given curved surface processing track, and the arc surface forming hammer is attached to the curved surface of the processed workpiece during operation. The invention is applicable to the processing field; the development of new vehicle types, the development of sheet forming products, the field of small-batch production such as aerospace and the like.

One high-pressure shot blasting spray gun 2 is arranged on the first six-axis manipulator 1 and fixed by a first bolt 9; the high-pressure shot blasting spray gun 2 is simultaneously connected with the high-pressure shot blasting pipe 14; the first six-axis manipulator 1 is arranged on a first base 11 at the lower end and is fixed through a third bolt 10.
A fixed bracket 7 is arranged below one of the processed workpieces 15; and rotary pressurizing cylinders 6 are arranged around the fixed support 7.
A clamping sleeve 4 is arranged below one cambered surface forming hammer 3; the clamping sleeve 4 is arranged on the second six-axis manipulator 5 and is fixed by a second bolt 8; the second six-axis manipulator 1 is arranged at the upper end, and a second base 13 is fixed through a fourth bolt 12.
The automatic shot blasting forming method of the synchronous forming hammer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the forming process, firstly, the axis of the high-pressure shot blasting spray gun 2 and the axis of the cambered surface forming hammer 3 oppositely run on two surfaces of the curved surface of the workpiece 15 to be processed, and simultaneously run according to the given curved surface processing track.
And step two, in the operation process, the cambered surface forming hammer 3 rotates at the contact point of the cambered surface forming hammer and the processed workpiece 15 according to the angle required by the processing of the curved surface so as to adapt to different curved surfaces.
And step three, in the operation process, the high-pressure shot blasting spray gun 2 rotates at a contact point with the spraying center of the processed workpiece 15 by a set angle according to the requirement of processing the curved surface so as to adapt to different curved surfaces.
And step four, in the operation process, the cambered surface forming hammer 3 can be replaced by cambered surface forming hammers with different cambered surfaces so as to adapt to different processing curved surfaces.

the device comprises a high-pressure shot blasting gun (2), a first six-axis manipulator (1), a processed workpiece (15), a fixed support (7), a rotary pressurizing cylinder (6), an arc surface forming hammer (3), a clamping sleeve (4) and a second six-axis manipulator (5); the high-pressure shot blasting spray gun (2) is fixed on the first six-axis manipulator (1) through a bolt (9); the workpiece (15) is pressed on the fixed support (7) by the rotary pressurizing cylinder (6), and the cambered surface forming hammer (3) at the other end of the workpiece is automatically clamped by the clamping sleeve (4); the clamping sleeve (4) is fixed on the second six-axis manipulator (5) through a second bolt (8).
2. The automatic shot-peening apparatus of a synchronous forming hammer according to claim 1, wherein;
one high-pressure shot blasting spray gun (2) is fixed on the first six-axis manipulator (1) by a first bolt (9); the high-pressure shot blasting spray gun (2) is connected with the high-pressure shot blasting pipe (14) at the same time; the lower end of the first six-axis manipulator (1) is fixed by a first base (11) through a third bolt (10).

a clamping sleeve (4) is arranged below one cambered surface forming hammer (3); a second bolt (8) for fixing the clamping sleeve (4) is arranged on the second six-axis manipulator (5); the upper end of the second six-axis manipulator (1) is fixed by a second base (13) through a fourth bolt (12).
