Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动清洗样瓶装置,包括沿输送带行进方向顺序设置的样瓶接收装置、松盖机、翻转机构、翻转洗瓶机。样瓶接收装置检测到煤样瓶时,将样瓶输送到松盖机;松盖机将瓶盖扭开,翻转机构抱瓶翻转倒煤;瓶子被推进洗外瓶机内,用高压气边转边清洗;然后瓶子被送入翻转洗瓶机内喷气清洗,清洗完后至下一工位再次夹持翻转双层吹气嘴伸入瓶底先吹瓶底后成伞形风刀缓慢拉出将残留煤体吹走。本发明的有益效果为:实现样瓶自动开盖、倒料、清洗,并对清洗过程中产生的粉尘进行自动收集,减少工人与样瓶的接触从而保障人员健康,同时提高了工作效率,减少粉尘排放,达到既清洗样瓶,同时不产生二次污水的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及技术领域,具体是指一种自动清洗样瓶装置。
背景技术
目前火力发电厂燃料管理领域针对化验使用的样品封装传统方式都是使用玻璃瓶,近年来随着燃料智能化技术的发展,为满足样品通过气动方式进行传输,采用PVC材质的样瓶进行封装,使用后的样瓶需要进行清洗以便重复利用,样瓶清洗时采用人工开盖、倒样、清洗的方式,在此过程中产生的粉尘对环境、人员健康均存在很大影响,不符合环保管理和职业健康的要求。传统行业的样瓶清洗方式以水洗或水+超声波方式为主,缺点是清洗后的废水里含有煤粉,如果不进行处理直接排放则会对环境造成污染,如果再对废水进行处理,则会增加成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种自动清洗样瓶装置,实现样瓶自动开盖、倒料、清洗,并对清洗过程中产生的粉尘进行自动收集,减少人工与样瓶的接触从而保障人员健康,同时提高了工作效率,减少粉尘排放。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种自动清洗样瓶装置,包括沿输送带行进方向顺序设置的样瓶接收装置、松盖机、翻转机构、翻转洗瓶机。
所述自动清洗样瓶装置的洗瓶操作步骤如下:
(1)当样瓶接收装置检测到煤样瓶时,启动链板式输送带将样瓶输送到松盖机;
(2)松盖机将瓶盖扭开并将外盖放入储盖箱内,翻转机构抱瓶翻转倒煤后送到第二段输送带;
(3)松开盖的瓶子被推瓶机构推进洗外瓶机内,气缸推动压紧瓶子后电机带动瓶子旋转,瓶子外用高压气边转边清洗;
(4)清洗外瓶后的瓶子被推送到翻转洗瓶机输送带上输送入翻转洗瓶机内,翻转洗瓶机夹持瓶子翻转使瓶口向下,采用旋转式高压喷气嘴伸入瓶内旋转喷气清洗,清洗完后至下一工位再次夹持翻转双层吹气嘴伸入瓶底先吹瓶底后成伞形风刀缓慢拉出将残留煤体吹走;
(5)清洗完的瓶子被翻转回原输送带上,松开夹持机构,通过链板式输送机构送到暂存装置收集。
进一步的,所述翻转洗瓶机的清洗仓外装有玻璃防护罩,仓内设有粉尘收集装置。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明主要实现样瓶自动开盖、倒料、清洗,并对清洗过程中产生的粉尘进行自动收集,减少工人与样瓶的接触从而保障人员健康,同时提高了工作效率,减少粉尘排放,达到既清洗样瓶,同时不产生二次污水的效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
结合附图,一种自动清洗样瓶装置,包括沿输送带行进方向顺序设置的样瓶接收装置1、松盖机2、翻转机构3、翻转洗瓶机4。所述自动清洗样瓶装置的洗瓶操作步骤如下:
(1)当样瓶接收装置1检测到煤样瓶时,启动链板式输送带将样瓶输送到松盖机2;
(2)松盖机2将瓶盖扭开并将外盖放入储盖箱内,翻转机构3抱瓶翻转倒煤后送到第二段输送带;
(3)松开盖的瓶子被推瓶机构推进洗外瓶机内,气缸推动压紧瓶子后电机带动瓶子旋转,瓶子外用高压气边转边清洗;
(4)清洗外瓶后的瓶子被推送到翻转洗瓶机输送带上输送入翻转洗瓶机4内,翻转洗瓶机4夹持瓶子翻转使瓶口向下,采用旋转式高压喷气嘴伸入瓶内旋转喷气清洗,清洗完后至下一工位再次夹持翻转双层吹气嘴伸入瓶底先吹瓶底后成伞形风刀缓慢拉出将残留煤体吹走;
(5)清洗完的瓶子被翻转回原输送带上,松开夹持机构,通过链板式输送机构送到暂存装置收集。
所述翻转洗瓶机4的清洗仓外装有玻璃防护罩,仓内设有粉尘收集装置。
本发明通过气动方式实现样品传输到洗瓶机后自动开盖、倒料,采用旋转式高压喷气嘴伸入瓶内旋转喷气清洗,清洗完后至下一工位再次夹持翻转双层吹气嘴伸入瓶底先吹瓶底后成伞形风刀缓慢拉出可将大部分残留煤粉吹走;清洗仓外装有机玻璃防护罩,内仓有收集粉尘装置,收集的粉尘定期清理,达到既清洗样瓶,同时不产生二次污水的目的。

1.一种自动清洗样瓶装置,其特征在于:包括沿输送带行进方向顺序设置的样瓶接收装置、松盖机、翻转机构、翻转洗瓶机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动清洗样瓶装置,其特征在于:所述自动清洗样瓶装置的洗瓶操作步骤如下:
(1)当样瓶接收装置检测到煤样瓶时,启动链板式输送带将样瓶输送到松盖机;
(2)松盖机将瓶盖扭开并将外盖放入储盖箱内,翻转机构抱瓶翻转倒煤后送到第二段输送带;
(3)松开盖的瓶子被推瓶机构推进洗外瓶机内,气缸推动压紧瓶子后电机带动瓶子旋转,瓶子外用高压气边转边清洗;
(4)清洗外瓶后的瓶子被推送到翻转洗瓶机输送带上输送入翻转洗瓶机内,翻转洗瓶机夹持瓶子翻转使瓶口向下,采用旋转式高压喷气嘴伸入瓶内旋转喷气清洗,清洗完后至下一工位再次夹持翻转双层吹气嘴伸入瓶底先吹瓶底后成伞形风刀缓慢拉出将残留煤体吹走;
