本发明提供一种生产食品用高效研磨装置,包括机体,进料口,进料口一侧设有旋转电机,转轴,第一伞齿轮,旋转轴,旋转叶片,第二伞齿轮,机体上端两侧内壁上设有电加热管,固定块,旋转块,研磨凸起刀片,套筒,套筒两侧设有搅拌叶片,震动滤网,震动块,机体底部一侧设有震荡发生器,震动块与震荡发生器之间为电性连接,机体底部设有步进电机,步进电机连接设有旋转杆,螺旋叶片,所述机体另一侧底部设有出料管,多方位的旋转搅拌研磨,研磨效率高,研磨充分,均匀,保证颗粒的大小均匀,确保最终食品的质量,出料速度快。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种生产食品用高效研磨装置。
背景技术
目前所采用的生产食品用研磨装置存在以下缺陷:结构简单,功能单一,利用单一电机对粉体进行旋转研磨,研磨效率低,效果差,研磨不够充分,颗粒大小不一,研磨不均匀,影响最终食品质量,出料慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产食品用高效研磨装置,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
本发明可通过以下方案进行实现:一种生产食品用高效研磨装置,包括机体,所述机体上端一侧设有进料口,所述进料口一侧设有旋转电机,所述旋转电机连接设有转轴,所述转轴上设有若干第一伞齿轮,所述转轴左右两侧设有若干旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设有若干旋转叶片,所述旋转轴一侧设有第二伞齿轮,所述第一伞齿轮与第二伞齿轮相连接,所述机体上端两侧内壁上设有电加热管,所述电加热管底部设有固定块,所述转轴下侧两端设有旋转块,所述旋转块上设有研磨凸起刀片,所述转轴底部设有套筒,所述套筒两侧设有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片下端设有震动滤网,所述震动滤网底部两侧设有震动块,所述机体底部一侧设有震荡发生器,所述震动块与震荡发生器之间为电性连接,所述机体底部一侧设有步进电机,所述步进电机连接设有旋转杆,所述旋转杆上设有螺旋叶片,所述机体另一侧底部设有出料管。

本发明的有益效果:本发明一种生产食品用高效研磨装置,通过设有的旋转电机,转轴配合设有的旋转轴,旋转叶片,第一伞齿轮与第二伞齿轮,实现了多方位的旋转搅拌研磨,通过设有的旋转块,搭配其上方设有的研磨凸起刀片,转轴底部设有的搅拌叶片,实现了高效率的研磨,保证研磨的颗粒较细,研磨充分,均匀,通过时设有的震动滤网,震动块,震荡发生器,实现了研磨后的粉体进一步震动均匀,保证颗粒的大小均匀,确保最终食品的质量,通过设有的步进电机搭配螺旋叶片,实现了自动出料,出料速度快。
