Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of biological medicines, in particular to a shark peptide gel film coating agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dry wound healing has the following disadvantages: the wound is dehydrated and scabbed, which is not beneficial to the division and growth of epithelial cells; the bioactive substances are easy to lose, and the healing speed is slow; the dressing is adhered to the wound surface, and the patient feels pain when the dressing is replaced; it is easy to cause secondary mechanical damage. In conjunction with modern wound healing theory, wet healing may overcome the above-mentioned related disadvantages. The treatment of dry wounds, wet environments, and wound treatment agents have become a focus of research.
The hydrogel material can provide a moist and slightly acidic healing environment, has the advantages of protecting a wound surface, relieving wound pain, promoting granulation tissue growth, dissolving black scab and necrotic tissues, filling wounds such as sinus and lacuna and the like, is easily soaked by being applied too much, has low adhesive force and needs secondary dressing for fixation. The film coating agent is an external liquid preparation which is formed into a film after dissolving or dispersing raw material medicines in a solvent containing a film forming material and applying the film on an affected part, and has the advantages of simple preparation process, convenient use, strong adhesive force, no need of secondary dressing fixation, difficult falling, attractive appearance and the like, but compared with hydrogel, the film coating agent has relatively limited drug loading rate and poorer moisturizing performance.
