Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and relates to a lip gloss with a skin care function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Lip gloss is an important component of color cosmetics used to modify the skin of the lips to improve the aesthetic appeal of the lips. Compared with lip gloss, the lip gloss is thicker, the covering power is stronger, and the color is richer; compared with lipstick, lip gloss is more moist and not easy to dry. In the prior art, most lip gloss is prepared by using oil wax raw materials, but the oil wax raw materials are not well compatible with water-soluble skin care raw materials, so most commercially available lip gloss has no skin care function.
In order to improve the skin care performance of the oil wax raw material lip gloss, some oil-soluble emollient is added into part of the lip gloss, but the oil-soluble emollient has very limited moisturizing and skin care effects on the lips in the case of the originally dry lips. With age, like facial skin, the elasticity and moisture of lip skin are reduced, and aging gradually occurs, which causes wrinkles and affects the beauty of lips and the overall beauty of the human body.
Therefore, the market demand for a lip gloss having a skin care function is very urgent. How to solve the problem that the lip gloss with the skin care function is prepared by adding proper skin care ingredients into the lip gloss of the oily matrix has very important significance in beautifying the lips and simultaneously caring the skin of the lips deeply.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide the lip gloss with the skin care function, the oil phase matrix and the water phase-active raw material with the skin care function are uniformly emulsified to obtain the water-in-oil type lip gloss body with good compatibility, and the lip gloss obtained by further filling and demolding has deep moistening and anti-wrinkle functions and good stability.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a lip gloss with a skin care function comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:

The material prepared in examples 1 to 5 was photographed as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 5, examples 1 to 5 enabled the preparation of uniformly emulsified water-in-oil type lip gloss bodies, which all had good compatibility between oil phase and water phase, indicating that the lip gloss bodies prepared according to the present invention had good compatibility between oil phase base and active material.
Comparative example 1
The basic formulation of comparative example 1 is the same as formulation 1 of example 1, except that no honey extract is present. The preparation method was the same as that of example 1.
Photographs of the material prepared in comparative example 1 were taken, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. As can be seen from fig. 6 and 7, the lip gloss body prepared in comparative example 1, which did not contain the honey extract, had a darker body color, a less excellent gloss, and a small amount of foam and a small amount of delamination on the surface. The lip gloss prepared in comparative example 1 had poor compatibility of the oil phase base and the active ingredient.
Comparative example 2
The basic formulation of comparative example 2 is the same as formulation 1 of example 1, except that the sorbitan olive oleate is replaced by the non-ionic surfactant sorbitan stearate. The preparation method was the same as that of example 1. The finally obtained lip gloss body was photographed as shown in fig. 8.
As can be seen from FIG. 8, in comparative example 2, in which sorbitan stearate was used instead of sorbitan olive oleate, the resulting body was not in an emulsified state but was directly layered, and a water-in-oil type lip gloss body having a uniform emulsion could not be obtained at all.
Comparative example 3
The basic formulation of comparative example 3 is the same as formulation 1 of example 1, except that sorbitan olive oleate is added in an amount of 2%. The preparation method was the same as that of example 1.
Photographs of the material prepared in comparative example 3 were taken, as shown in fig. 9 and 10. As can be seen from fig. 9 and 10, the lip gloss body prepared in comparative example 3 had poor emulsification effect and surface delamination.
Example 6 stability testing
The lip gloss materials prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were stored at-10 deg.C, 4 deg.C, 25 deg.C, 35 deg.C, and 48 deg.C for 3 months, respectively, and were observed for the presence of significant abnormalities such as delamination, discoloration, and precipitation. The results show that:
the lip gloss bodies prepared in examples 1-5 were not significantly abnormal under the conditions tested when stored for 3 months under the above conditions, respectively. The lip gloss prepared by adopting the specific nonionic surfactant sorbitan olive oleate in the examples 1-5 under the conditions of specific formula components and content has good stability, and the shelf life of the lip gloss product obtained by filling and demoulding the lip gloss product can reach 36 months.
The delamination phenomenon of the lip gloss body prepared in comparative example 1 was increased and the precipitation was significantly increased. The body prepared in comparative example 2 had significant delamination and gradually developed significant precipitation. The lip gloss body prepared in comparative example 3 had significant delamination and gradually developed significant precipitation.
Example 7 clinical test
The test personnel: 70 cosmetic volunteers aged 18-50 years had certain lip wrinkle and dryness problems on their lips. Wherein 14 volunteers aged 18-25 years are selected; 21 volunteers of 26-35 years old and 35 volunteers of 36-50 years old.
100 cosmetic volunteers were evenly divided into 7 groups of 10 per group according to the age group. Each group contained 2 volunteers aged 18-25, 3 volunteers aged 26-35, and 5 volunteers aged 36-50.
Wherein the first group of volunteers used the lip gloss prepared in example 1, the second group of volunteers used the lip gloss prepared in example 2, the third group of volunteers used the lip gloss prepared in example 3, the fourth group of volunteers used the lip gloss prepared in example 4, the fifth group of volunteers used the lip gloss prepared in example 5, the sixth group of volunteers used the lip gloss prepared in comparative example 1, and the seventh group of volunteers used the lip gloss of a commercially available pure oil base. The lip gloss bio-base of the commercially available pure oil base is: hydrogenated polyisobutene, tridecyl alcohol trimellitate, polyglycerol-2 triisostearate, microcrystalline wax, ozokerite, ethylhexyl palmitate, shea butter, glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate) ester, and no honey extract and polypeptides.
Each group of volunteers applied 1 lip gloss at 9 am, made up once at 4 hours, removed at 10 pm, and adhered for two weeks.
Grading standard: scoring is carried out according to evaluation indexes such as the moistening degree of the lips after the lip gloss is applied, the complete degree of the lip makeup in 4 hours, the depth of the lip striae and the like, and the results are obtained by averaging and dividing, and are shown in table 4. The stability of the lip gloss can be seen from the 4 hour lip makeup integrity. The lip gloss has good stability, and the 4-hour lip makeup integrity degree is high. Wherein:
moistening degree: score 5 indicates very moist; moistening in 4-5 points; 3-4 points represent general; less than 3 points indicates dryness.
4 hours lip makeup integrity: score 5 indicates very complete; score 4-5 indicates integrity; the score of 3-4 indicates that the lip gloss is generally slightly pasty, uneven and reduced; less than 3 points indicates poor, more severe lip gloss fading, and almost no lip gloss.
Lip wrinkle condition: score 5 indicates that the lip lines are significantly improved; score 4-5 indicates improved lip lines; scores 3-4 indicate that in general, lip lines are not improved; a score below 3 indicates that the lip lines are instead deepened.
TABLE 4 scoring results
As can be seen from the data in table 4, the lip gloss prepared in examples 1 to 5 can effectively maintain the moisturizing property of the skin of the lips, weaken the cheilogramma, and have excellent moisturizing, moisturizing and anti-wrinkle effects. The lip skin is moistened to reduce the generation of wrinkles, the wrinkles are repaired due to the anti-wrinkle effect of the polypeptide, and the lip skin is moistened, plump and elastic by supplementing the wrinkle-removing polypeptide and the polypeptide. Wherein, the moisturizing degree, the 4-hour lip makeup integrity degree and the lip line depth of the lip gloss prepared in example 1 are all evaluated by 5 scores of volunteers, which indicates that the lip gloss prepared under the formulation conditions of example 1 has the best skin care effect and stability.
Comparative example 1 was inferior to examples 1 to 5 in terms of moisturizing degree, 4-hour makeup integrity and lip wrinkle depth without addition of honey extract. Comparative example 2 replacement of sorbitan oliveate with the non-ionic surfactant sorbitan stearate did not give a homogeneous emulsified body at all, let alone further filling and demoulding to lip gloss. The content of sorbitan olive oleate in comparative example 3 which is less than the weight percentage range of the present invention does not give a uniformly emulsified body, and therefore, it is not possible to fill and release the body to a lip gloss. The lip gloss with the pure oil base on the market has obviously poor moisturizing degree, the complete degree of the lip cosmetic is better at 4 hours, but the lip gloss is not improved because the lip gloss is not moisturized enough and the lip gloss does not contain components for improving the lip gloss.
The comparison of the results shows that under the specific formula condition, the water-in-oil lip gloss material body with good compatibility can be prepared, the lip gloss prepared by further filling and demolding has good stability and deep moistening and anti-wrinkle functions, so that the lip skin is deeply moistened and protected against wrinkles while the color makeup is drawn to be beautiful, and the anti-aging of the lip skin is very facilitated. The lip gloss has great market potential and is suitable for industrial mass production.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. Any equivalent modifications or alterations to this practice will occur to those skilled in the art and are intended to be within the scope of this invention. Accordingly, equivalent changes and modifications made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
