Abstract
本发明涉及一种抑菌止痒护发素及其制备方法,通过添加SOD清除自由基,清除毛囊自由基,可以为发根补充营养,促进头发生长;添加蛇床子、千里光、苦参、黄柏、防风、百部提取物,抑制细菌、真菌生长,减少头皮屑产生,起到杀菌止痒功效;添加党参、何首乌、川芎、旱莲草提取物乌黑头发;添加水解角蛋白,增加头发韧性、抚平毛躁;添加氨基酸保湿剂,迅速改善头发的水份保持力,防止干燥、毛糙。添加橄榄油补充头发营养,使头发光亮有韧性。

背景技术
头发是人体的重要组成部分,能使头部免受外界机械性和细菌的损害,有一头亮丽乌黑的秀发,给人一种潇洒飘逸的感觉。汗液、皮脂的积聚会为细菌、真菌的生长创造条件,细菌、真菌过度繁殖会引起头皮屑、头皮瘙痒、头癣等症。头发毛干分为毛小皮、皮质和髓质三层,主要成分为角蛋白。城市环境污染、紫外线辐射、烫发剂、染发剂及头发的梳理均会不同程度造成头发的损伤,其损伤的表观常常是毛小皮鳞片翘起、或成裂纹状,最终使皮质纤维断裂,而损伤的本质是头发的机构和组份受到了破坏,最显著的表现为角蛋白的丢失。水解角蛋白可以补充头发角蛋白,使头发韧性加强,有光泽。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有较好抗菌效果的护发素。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种抑菌止痒护发素,由以下重量份的组分组成:SOD 5-10%、中药提取物1-5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇3-6%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01-0.03%、羟乙基纤维素0.1-0.3%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵3-5%、水解角蛋白0.1-1%、甘油1-5%、丙二醇1-5%、橄榄油0.2-0.6%、氨基酸保湿剂0.2-1%、香精0.1-0.3%、去离子水余量,中药提取物配方为蛇床子2-3份、千里光2-3份、苦参2-3份、黄柏2-3份、防风2-3份、百部2-3份、党参2-3份、何首乌2-3份、川芎2-3份、当归2-3份、旱莲草2-3份;优选地,由以下重量份的组分组成:SOD 6-8%、中药提取物2-4%、鲸蜡硬脂醇4-5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02%、羟乙基纤维素0.2%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵4%、水解角蛋白0.2-0.8%、甘油2-4%、丙二醇2-4%、橄榄油0.3-0.5%、氨基酸保湿剂0.3-0.8%、香精0.2%、去离子水余量;中药提取物的配方为蛇床子2份、千里光2份、苦参2份、黄柏2份、防风2份、百部2份、党参3份、何首乌3份、川芎3份、旱莲草3份。
制备包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将配方量的中药洗净后,加入药材10倍量的水,浸泡1h,加热煮沸,熬制3h,将所得药液倒出,再加入5倍量的水,煎熬3h,将两次药液混匀。采用蒸馏浓缩,蒸馏浓缩得到的固体物即为中药提取物。
步骤二:将中药提取物、鲸蜡硬脂醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟乙基纤维素、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、甘油、橄榄油、丙二醇投入搅拌锅中,加热到85-90℃;
步骤三:静置保温20分钟以灭菌,然后边搅拌边降温至60℃左右,将氨基酸保湿剂投入体系中;
步骤四:继续搅拌降温至40℃左右,将SOD、水解蛋白、香精投入体系中,继续搅拌10min,停止搅拌,降温;
步骤五:罐装既得。
具体的,本发明中用到的SOD可清除生物体新陈代谢产生的超氧阴离子自由基及羟基自由基,同时,也可作为超氧阴离子的底物诱导酶,保护机体细胞免受有氧代谢物的损害。SOD作为一种良好的自由基清除剂,在提高机体免疫力,延缓衰老等方面有着很好的功效。补充外源性SOD,可以提高体内SOD的含量和活性,清除体内自由基,维持人体器官、组织的正常运行。
蛇床子为伞形科植物蛇床的果实,性温,味辛、苦,具有祛风燥湿、杀虫止痒、温肾壮阳的功效。蛇床子素是从蛇床子中提取的香豆素类成分,其对细菌和真菌具有强烈的抑制作用。
千里光,多年生攀援状亚灌木。性寒,味苦,具有清热解毒、凉血消肿、清肝明目、杀虫止痛的作用。
党参,性平,味甘,具有补中益气、健脾益肺、抗癌、降压、抗缺氧、抗衰老的功效,能提高SOD活性。
苦参为豆科槐属植物,性寒,味苦,主要用于清热、杀虫、利尿、祛湿,瘙痒等。
黄柏为芸香科植物黄皮树的干燥树皮,主要含生物碱、甾醇、内酯、黏液质等成分。性寒,味苦,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、除骨蒸等功效。黄柏水煎液或醇浸剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、破伤风杆菌、痢疾杆菌、脑膜炎球菌、炭疽杆菌、白喉杆菌、溶血性链球菌等具有抑制作用。
防风为伞形科防风属多年生草本植物未抽花茎的干燥根,性微温,味辛甘,用于外感表证,风疹瘙痒、风湿痹痛、破伤风证、脾虚湿盛。
百部,性微温,味甘、苦,主治润肺下气止咳,杀虫。外用治头虱,体虱,蛲虫病,阴部瘙痒。
何首乌,性微温、味甘、苦、涩。其块根入药,可安神、养血、活络,解毒(截疟)、消痈、延缓衰老、健筋骨、乌须发、美颜、安神。何首乌能使脑和肝中蛋白质含量明显增加,提高老年机休DNA修复能力。还能增加机体的核酸含量,增强血液中的SOD活性,对抗氧化,进而延缓衰老。何首乌益肾补精,肾气足则头发乌亮光泽有弹性,无早白、干枯、分叉、断裂、落发之困扰;同时,肾气足则筋骨健,可防范骨质疏松,改善腰膝软弱乏力、风湿痹痛、关节炎等症。何首乌能促进神经兴奋,充足气血,避免贫血造成的头晕目眩,红润颜面,祛除皱纹,使人容光焕发,神采奕奕;有明显的抗老防衰功能,同时还能改善神经衰弱,提高睡眠品质。
川芎为伞形科植物川芎的根茎,性温,味辛,具有活血行气,祛风止痛的功效。川芎主要以活血为主,同时又能行气。
当归为伞形科植物当归的根,性温,味甘、辛,具有补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便的功效。经常与川芎配伍起到养血行血化瘀的作用。“血盛则发润、血衰则发衰”,补气血可以润泽头发。
旱莲草为菊科鳢肠属的植物,性寒,味甘、酸,具有滋补肝肾、凉血止血,可治各种吐血、鼻出血、咳血、肠出血、尿血、痔疮出血、血崩等症。捣汁涂眉发,能促进毛发生长,内服有乌发、黑发功效。
角蛋白是动物的毛、发、壳、蹄等一类硬性蛋白,一般条件下,既不溶于水、稀酸或碱、也不为普通动物的胃蛋白酶所消化,角蛋白水解后可以用于饲料、食品、医药、化工等领域,水解角蛋白添加到洗发护发产品中,可以保护皮肤,促进毛发生长,提高头发韧性,抚平毛躁,水解角蛋白分子量太大不易吸收,10000-50000道尔顿的水解角蛋白护理效果较好,水解蛋白可以是小麦水解蛋白、大米水解蛋白、花生水解蛋白中的一种。
橄榄油含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸和维生素E,在光亮秀发方面,效果显著,特别是对于头发韧性的维护效果卓越。
氨基酸保湿剂是一种天然结构物质两性离子型保湿成分,具有高纯度,易使用、稳定好的特点,对头发有出色的天然保湿效果,使头发光亮、修复头发化学处理后的损伤,此外还有防晒和消炎的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明抑菌止痒护发素,通过添加SOD清除自由基,清除毛囊自由基,可以为发根补充营养,促进头发生长;添加蛇床子、千里光、苦参、黄柏、防风、百部提取物,抑制细菌、真菌生长,减少头皮屑产生,起到杀菌止痒功效;添加党参、何首乌、川芎、旱莲草提取物乌黑头发;添加水解角蛋白,增加头发韧性、抚平毛躁;添加氨基酸保湿剂,迅速改善头发的水份保持力,防止干燥、毛糙。添加橄榄油补充头发营养,使头发光亮有韧性。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步描述本发明,但本发明不仅限于此。
实施例一
配方:SOD 5%、中药提取物1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇3%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01%、羟乙基纤维素0.3%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵3%、水解角蛋白0.1%、甘油1%、丙二醇1%、橄榄油0.2%、氨基酸保湿剂0.2%、香精0.1%、去离子水余量;
中药配方:蛇床子3份、千里光3份、苦参3份、黄柏3份、防风3份、百部3份、党参2份、何首乌2份、川芎2份、当归2份、旱莲草2份;
制备过程如下:
步骤一:将配方量的中药洗净后,加入药材10倍量的水,浸泡1h,加热煮沸,熬制3h,将所得药液倒出,再加入5倍量的水,煎熬3h,将两次药液混匀。采用蒸馏浓缩,蒸馏浓缩得到的固体物即为中药提取物。

步骤五:罐装既得。

配方:SOD 6%、中药提取物2%、鲸蜡硬脂醇4%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02%、羟乙基纤维素0.2%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵4%、水解角蛋白0.3%、甘油2%、丙二醇2%、橄榄油0.3%、氨基酸保湿剂0.4%、香精0.2%、去离子水余量;
中药配方:蛇床子2份、千里光2份、苦参2份、黄柏2份、防风2份、百部2份、党参3份、何首乌3份、川芎3份、旱莲草3份;
制备过程同实施例一。
实施例三
配方:SOD 7%、中药提取物3%、鲸蜡硬脂醇5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.03%、羟乙基纤维素0.1%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵5%、水解角蛋白0.5%、甘油3%、丙二醇3%、橄榄油0.4%、氨基酸保湿剂0.6%、香精0.3%、去离子水余量;
中药配方:蛇床子3份、千里光3份、苦参3份、黄柏3份、防风3份、百部3份、党参2份、何首乌2份、川芎2份、当归2份、旱莲草2份;
制备过程同实施例一。
实施例四
配方:SOD 8%、中药提取物4%、鲸蜡硬脂醇6%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.03%、羟乙基纤维素0.3%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵5%、水解角蛋白0.7%、甘油4%、丙二醇4%、橄榄油0.5%、氨基酸保湿剂0.7%、香精0.3%、去离子水余量;
中药配方:蛇床子2份、千里光2份、苦参2份、黄柏2份、防风2份、百部2份、党参3份、何首乌3份、川芎3份、旱莲草3份;
制备过程同实施例一。

配方:SOD 9%、中药提取物5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇6%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.03%、羟乙基纤维素0.3%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵5%、水解角蛋白0.9%、甘油5%、丙二醇5%、橄榄油0.6%、氨基酸保湿剂0.9%、香精0.3%、去离子水余量;
中药配方:蛇床子2份、千里光2份、苦参2份、黄柏2份、防风2份、百部2份、党参3份、何首乌3份、川芎3份、旱莲草3份;
制备过程同实施例一。
实施例六
配方:SOD 10%、中药提取物5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇6%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.03%、羟乙基纤维素0.3%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵5%、水解角蛋白1%、甘油5%、丙二醇5%、橄榄油0.6%、氨基酸保湿剂1%、香精0.3%、去离子水余量;
中药配方:蛇床子3份、千里光3份、苦参3份、黄柏3份、防风3份、百部3份、党参2份、何首乌2份、川芎2份、当归2份、旱莲草2份;
制备过程同实施例一。
实验一:抑菌实验
实验试剂及仪器:高压灭菌器YM30B(上海三申医疗器械有限公司),恒温培养箱(广东泰宏君科学仪器股份有限公司),超净工作台(上海泸净医疗器械有限公司)。枯草芽孢杆菌[CMCC(B)63501]、金黄色葡萄球菌[CMCC(B)26003]、大肠埃希菌[CMCC(B)44102]、白色念珠菌[CM-CC(F)98001]、糠秕马拉色菌、营养琼脂培养基、双倍乳糖胆盐培养基、马拉色菌液体培养基。
实验方法:
1. 取经36℃培养24h的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌的营养琼脂斜面培养物,加入到0.9%无菌氯化钠溶液中,与标准比浊液浊度相当,作为原液;用0.9%无菌氯化钠溶液制成每1ml含菌数为50-100CFU的菌悬液。将马拉色菌连续传代培养2次,第2次32℃培养4天后,用无菌生理盐水洗脱纯化菌落,制成菌悬液,终浓度为1.0×106-2.0×106。
2. 取实施例一至实施例六1ml和50-100CFU实验菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌),分别注平皿中,立即倾注溶化并冷至45℃的营养琼脂平皿。取双倍乳糖胆盐培养基管8支,分别加入大肠埃希菌10ml、1ml大肠埃希菌+9ml实施例一到五乳液、稀释剂10ml,以上培养管在44℃培养24h。观察发酵管中产酸产气情况,划琼脂平板进行确认实验。在96孔板中每孔加入马拉色菌液100μl再加入受试液100μl,置32℃培养箱中孵育24h。
3. 结果判定:金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念球菌回收率大于70%,样品无抑菌作用;回收率小于70%,样品有抑菌作用。大肠埃希菌检出阳性,样品无抑菌作用,以“+”表示;加入菌液的供试品如未检出阳性菌,样品有抑菌作用,以“-”表示。马拉色菌完全受抑制(无生长),以“-”表示,实验结果见表1。
由实验结果可知,实施例一实施例六均具有抑制枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、马拉色菌的效果。其中实施例六的效果更好。
实验二:护发素效果实验
实验试剂与仪器:
质构仪(BROOKFIELD,CT3-2K)、标准光源对色灯箱、3%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液、实施例一至实施例六样品、市售某护发素。
实验方法:
1. 发束预处理 将发束用3%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液洗净,自然晾干,分成长25cm,重5g的小发束,待用。
2. 取实施例一至实施例六以及市售对照样品各5g揉洗小发束5分钟,洗净后,用吹风机吹干,用质构仪测试。
3.平均抗拉强度测试:将用护发素处理后的发束每组各取5根固定于质构仪两端,向上拉伸,直至头发断裂。
光亮度测试:将用护发素处理后的发束整理成2cm宽的平板,固定于标准光源对色灯箱中,由5名培训过的评估者按5分制评价各发束的光亮度,1分为暗,5分为亮,取平均值。实验结果见表2 。
由实验结果可知,实施例一实施例六均具有增加发束抗拉强度和光亮度的效果,其中实施例六的效果更好。

1.一种抑菌止痒护发素,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:SOD 5-10%、中药提取物1-5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇3-6%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01-0.03%、羟乙基纤维素0.1-0.3%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵3-5%、水解角蛋白0.1-1%、甘油1-5%、丙二醇1-5%、橄榄油0.2-0.6%、氨基酸保湿剂0.2-1%、香精0.1-0.3%、去离子水余量;中药提取物配方为蛇床子2-3份、千里光2-3份、苦参2-3份、黄柏2-3份、防风2-3份、百部2-3份、党参2-3份、何首乌2-3份、川芎2-3份、当归2-3份、旱莲草2-3份。
2.一种抑菌止痒护发素,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:SOD 6-8%、中药提取物2-4%、鲸蜡硬脂醇4-5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02%、羟乙基纤维素0.2%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵4%、水解角蛋白0.2-0.8%、甘油2-4%、丙二醇2-4%、橄榄油0.3-0.5%、氨基酸保湿剂0.3-0.8%、香精0.2%、去离子水余量;中药提取物的配方为蛇床子2份、千里光2份、苦参2份、黄柏2份、防风2份、百部2份、党参3份、何首乌3份、川芎3份、旱莲草3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌止痒护发素,其特征在于,SOD为从植物中提取的,SOD的酶活性为100000U/g。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌止痒护发素,其特征在于,水解角蛋白的大小为10000-50000道尔顿。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌止痒护发素,其特征在于,香精味花香香精、果香香精、木香香精中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌止痒护发素,其特征在于,水解蛋白为小麦水解蛋白、大米水解蛋白、花生水解蛋白中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌止痒护发素的制备方法,其特征在于,制备过程包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将配方量的中药洗净后,加入药材10倍量的水,浸泡1h,加热煮沸,熬制3h,将所得药液倒出,再加入5倍量的水,煎熬3h,将两次药液混匀,采用蒸馏浓缩,蒸馏浓缩得到的固体物即为中药提取物;
