一种镀锌生产线收卷段在线监测装置,包含有摄像头(1)、支架(2)、控制器(3)、显示屏(4)和报警器(5);所述的控制器(3)、显示屏(4)和报警器(5)都设置在收卷操作台(6)上;所述的摄像头(1)、显示屏(4)和报警器(5)都通过电缆连接在控制器(3)上;其特征在于:所述的摄像头(1)共有两组,其中一组设置在塔台(13)上的转向辊(12)后,另一组设置在钝化烘箱(10)上方。本发明通过设置在塔台(13)上转向辊(12)后的摄像头(1)和钝化烘箱(10)上方的摄像头(1)来检测钢带(11)上是否黏附有锌渣等杂质和板面是否有凹坑;有效的避免鼓包废卷的产生。

一种镀锌生产线收卷段在线监测装置
技术领域
本发明涉及镀锌生产领域,尤其是一种镀锌生产线收卷段在线监测装置。
背景技术
连续镀锌生产线上的钢带在锌锅内镀锌后通常使用气刀将多余的锌液刮除,由于气刀吹出的风力很大,所以锌液面会出现锌渣到处飞溅的现象;当飞溅的锌渣落到气刀上方的钢带上时会黏附在钢带上;如果黏附在钢带上的锌渣在经过水洗、拉矫、钝化等工序后都没有脱落就会在卷取时被卷进镀锌卷内,导致镀锌卷出现鼓包,形成废卷;如果黏附在钢带上的锌渣在经过转向辊或者张紧辊时从钢带上脱落后黏附在辊上;则会在后续经过的钢带上形成一个个凹坑,导致镀锌卷报废;连续镀锌生产线上通常在收卷前采用钝化来进一步的加强镀锌卷的耐腐蚀性;长期循环使用的钝化液中经常会有脱落的铁锈和锌渣等杂质,当钢带进行钝化时,杂质黏附在钢带上同样会造成镀锌卷出现鼓包,形成废卷。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种镀锌生产线收卷段在线监测装置,包含有摄像头、支架、控制器、显示屏和报警器;当摄像头检测到钢带上黏附有锌渣等杂质或者钢带上有凹坑的时候报警,由产线工人及时处理,避免鼓包废卷的产生。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种镀锌生产线收卷段在线监测装置,包含有摄像头、支架、控制器、显示屏和报警器;所述的控制器、显示屏和报警器都设置在收卷操作台上;所述的摄像头、显示屏和报警器都通过电缆连接在控制器上;所述的摄像头共有两组,一组设置在塔台上的转向辊后,另一组设置在钝化烘箱上方,用于检测钢带上是否黏附有锌渣等杂质和板面是否有凹坑。
所述的摄像头通过支架单独固定在地面和塔台上,减少机器振动带来的干扰。
本发明通过设置在塔台上的转向辊后的摄像头和钝化烘箱上方的摄像头来检测钢带上是否黏附有锌渣等杂质和板面是否有凹坑;有效的避免鼓包废卷的产生。

具体实施方式
由图1知,一种镀锌生产线收卷段在线监测装置,包含有摄像头1、支架2、控制器3、显示屏4和报警器5;所述的摄像头1通过支架2单独固定在地面或塔台13上,减少机器振动带来的干扰;所述的控制器3、显示屏4和报警器5都设置在收卷操作台6上;所述的摄像头1、显示屏4和报警器5都通过电缆连接在控制器3上;所述的摄像头1共有两组,每一组都有两个并镜像对称的设置在钢带11的正反两面;其中一组设置在塔台13上的转向辊12后,另一组设置在钝化烘箱10上方,用于检测钢带11板面上是否黏附有锌渣等杂质和板面是否有凹坑。
工作时,摄像头1对准钢带11的表面进行拍摄并将拍摄到的影像通过电缆输送到控制器3内;当控制器3检测到钢带11的表面出现锌渣或者表面有凹坑,立刻启动报警器5,并将出现锌渣或者凹坑的图像在显示屏4上显示出来,提醒产线工人及时降速然后找到并去除掉黏附在钢带11表面的锌渣或黏附在辊面上的锌渣。
本发明通过设置在塔台13上转向辊12后的摄像头1和钝化烘箱10上方的摄像头1来检测钢带11上是否黏附有锌渣等杂质和板面是否有凹坑;有效的避免鼓包废卷的产生。

1.一种镀锌生产线收卷段在线监测装置,包含有摄像头(1)、支架(2)、控制器(3)、显示屏(4)和报警器(5);所述的控制器(3)、显示屏(4)和报警器(5)都设置在收卷操作台(6)上;所述的摄像头(1)、显示屏(4)和报警器(5)都通过电缆连接在控制器(3)上;其特征在于:所述的摄像头(1)共有两组,每一组都有两个并镜像对称的设置在钢带(11)的正反两面;其中一组设置在塔台(13)上的转向辊(12)后,另一组设置在钝化烘箱(10)上方。
