本发明提供了一种毛面酸连轧热轧酸洗板的生产方法,满足技术要求的热轧原料,经过开卷‑头尾连接‑拉矫破鳞‑酸洗‑漂洗‑烘干‑切边‑轧制‑卷取,实现毛面热轧酸洗板在酸连轧机组上生产的目的。本发明生产毛面热轧酸洗板时,充分利用酸连轧机组的设备功能,节省投资,降低风险,满足毛面热轧酸洗板的研发需要,扩大酸连轧机组生产的产品类别,在国内属于首创。

一种毛面酸连轧热轧酸洗板的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于钢铁材料工程技术领域,具体为一种毛面酸连轧热轧酸洗板的生产方法。
背景技术
经过开卷、酸洗、平整和卷取后热轧板被加工成热轧酸洗板,热轧酸洗板要求尺寸精度、表面质量、平整度介于热轧板和冷轧板之间。热轧酸洗板尺寸精度高,厚度精度完全依靠热轧原料的尺寸精度和补偿来保证,宽度精度需要热轧酸洗板生产时切边;表面质量依赖于热卷原料和酸洗质量,甚至酸洗过程中投用的缓蚀剂;平整度属于板形控制范畴,提高操作工的板形控制水平。热轧酸洗板通常采用专用线生产,如推拉式酸洗机组。
酸轧机组除供连退镀锌用原料外仍有部分富裕产能,冷硬卷为中间产品,受下游影响,售价较低,无法满足释放富裕产能的需要。为了减少投资,充分利用现有酸连轧的设备功能,扩大酸轧产品的类别,选择在酸连轧机组上生产热轧酸洗板前景广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种毛面酸连轧热轧酸洗板的生产方法,满足技术要求的热轧原料,经过开卷-头尾连接-拉矫破鳞-酸洗-漂洗-烘干-切边-轧制-卷取,实现毛面热轧酸洗板在酸连轧机组上生产的目的。本发明生产毛面热轧酸洗板时,充分利用酸连轧机组的设备功能,节省投资,降低风险,满足毛面热轧酸洗板的研发需要,扩大酸连轧机组生产的产品类别,在国内属于首创。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种毛面酸连轧热轧酸洗板的生产方法,该方法采用酸连轧机组对毛面热轧酸洗板进行酸洗、轧制处理,具体为:
(1)热卷原料CT温度560-640℃;
(2)原料厚度1.8-4.0mm,并预留厚度补偿;
(3)拉矫破鳞机延伸率0.5-1.0%;
(4)酸洗温度:70-87℃;
(5)酸洗浓度:1#槽游离酸30-80g/L,2#槽游离酸80-140g/L,3#槽游离酸140-180g/L;
(6)酸洗速度:50-200mpm;
(7)缓蚀剂流量:1-2kg/吨酸,均匀加注;
(8)边部切除10-50mm;
(9)S1-S4机架工作辊、中间辊离线;
(10)S1机架入口测厚仪投用,S1机架出口测速仪投用;
(11)S1-S4机架出口挡辊和张力计辊投用;
(12)S5机架出口测厚仪投用,S5机架出口测速仪投用;
(13)S5机架乳化液投用;
(14)S5机架使用毛化辊,粗糙度3.0-4.0μm;
(15)S5机架延伸率1.0-2.5%;
(16)S5机架乳化液吹扫投用;
(17)S5机架出口增加静电涂油机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、热卷原料的CT温度在保证性能的条件下应尽可能低些,这样酸洗时便于去除表面的氧化铁皮。热卷原料的CT温度越高,钢带表面的氧化铁皮越致密,越难以清洗干净;CT温度越低,毛面热轧酸洗板的力学性能越高,不利于加工使用。
2、由于金属和表层氧化铁皮破损时需要的延伸不同,适当的拉矫破鳞机延伸率,使表层氧化铁皮破损而金属保持完好,酸洗时更有利于去除氧化铁皮。
3、酸液的温度、浓度和速度合理匹配时,钢带表面的氧化铁皮去除效果达到最佳。增加酸洗缓蚀剂的作用是提高钢带酸洗速度,同时降低金属被酸液溶解的速率,减少金属损失。
4、S1机架入口测厚仪、出口测速仪,S5机架出口测厚仪、出口测速仪,分别测量带钢的厚度和速度,与控制模型形成闭环系统,控制钢带的延伸率。
5、投用S1-S4机架出口挡辊和张力计辊,支撑带钢高度。
6、S5机架投用乳化液并采用毛化辊,稳定轧制,复制轧辊表面粗糙度到带钢上。
7、S5机架出口增加静电涂油机,使防锈油均匀地涂抹在钢带表面上,保护钢带防止表面锈蚀。
8、本发明毛面酸洗板的生产方法设计合理、投资少、风险低、生产稳定;采用热轧原料,经本发明破鳞、酸洗后,再通过轧制、涂油,毛面热轧酸洗板的表面质量优良,产品符合国家标准。采用本发明不仅充分利用现有酸连轧设备,扩大酸轧机组的产品类别,还可提高酸轧机组产品的产量。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案及效果做进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例
本发明实施例毛面热轧酸洗板的生产方法在酸轧机组上完成,具体流程为:CT温度580℃、厚度为3.0mm的热卷原料依次经过开卷、激光焊接、拉矫破鳞、酸洗、漂洗、烘干、切边、轧制、涂油、卷取。通过破鳞、酸洗、轧制、涂油后,经检验产品的表面质量和性能等符合国标标准。表1为本发明实施例的生产方法和产品检验结果。

注:酸洗缓蚀剂的主要成分为醇类离子型缩合物。
本发明毛面酸洗板的生产方法设计合理、投资少、风险低、生产稳定;采用热轧原料,经本发明破鳞、酸洗后,再通过轧制、涂油,毛面热轧酸洗板的表面质量优良,产品符合国家标准。采用本发明不仅充分利用现有酸连轧设备,扩大酸轧机组的产品类别,还可提高酸轧机组产品的产量。

Claims (1)

1.一种采用酸连轧机组生产毛面酸连轧热轧酸洗板SPHC-P的方法,其特征在于,该方法经过开卷-头尾连接-拉矫破鳞-酸洗-漂洗-烘干-切边-轧制-涂油-卷取,实现毛面热轧酸洗板在酸连轧机组上生产的目的,所生产毛面酸连轧热轧酸洗板SPHC-P的屈服强度为281MPa,抗拉强度为362MPa,伸长率为46%,具体包括:
(1)热卷原料CT温度580℃;
(2)原料厚度3.07mm,并预留厚度补偿;
(3)拉矫破鳞机延伸率0.8%;
(4)酸洗温度:83℃;
(5)酸洗浓度:1#槽游离酸50g/L,2#槽游离酸100g/L,3#槽游离酸170g/L;
(6)酸洗速度:160mpm;
(7)缓蚀剂流量:1.0kg/吨酸,均匀加注;
(8)边部切除10mm;
(9)S1-S4机架工作辊、中间辊离线;
(10)S1机架入口测厚仪投用,S1机架出口测速仪投用;
(11)S1-S4机架出口挡辊和张力计辊投用;
(12)S5机架出口测厚仪投用,S5机架出口测速仪投用;
(13)S5机架乳化液投用;
