Abstract
本发明提供了—种吸湿性能好的防霉剂,按各组份重量比包括:吡啶硫酮盐50‑60份、苯酚15‑20份、肉桂醛15‑20份、五氯酚钠50‑60份、滑石粉55‑65份、无水乙醇4‑10份、山苍子油10‑20份、氢氧化物5‑10份、次录酸钠10‑15份、聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯5‑10份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3‑5份、增稠剂2‑4份、二甲苯溶液90‑105份,该防霉剂具有杀菌、吸湿的功效,可以改善物料的仓储环境,提高防霉效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及仓库存储领域,尤其涉及一种吸湿性能好的防霉剂。
背景技术
仓储技术涉及到各种各样人类生活中遇到的物料,针对不同物料选择不能的仓储环境或者通过各种不同的化学品来改善仓储环境是现有仓储技术中研究的重点。
在仓储领域中,通常涉及到湿度大的仓储环境,在一些棉、麻面料制品的保存过程中,存在现有防霉剂不能很好地吸湿,造成物料易发霉的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:现有的防霉剂吸湿性能不好,防霉效果较差,提供了一种吸湿性能好的防霉剂来解决上述问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:—种吸湿性能好的防霉剂,按各组份重量比包括:吡啶硫酮盐50-60份、苯酚15-20份、肉桂醛15-20份、五氯酚钠50-60份、滑石粉55-65份、无水乙醇4-10份、山苍子油10-20份、氢氧化物5-10份、次录酸钠10-15份、聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯5-10份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3-5份、增稠剂2-4份、二甲苯溶液90-105份。
进一步地:所述氢氧化物为氢氧化钠。
进一步地:所述增调剂为羧甲基纤维素。
进一步地:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:反应釜中加入吡啶硫酮盐、苯酚、肉桂醛、五氯酚钠、滑石粉、无水乙醇、山苍子油、次录酸钠,加热到60-80℃,搅拌30分钟;
步骤二:将反应物冷却至25℃,放入氢氧化物,搅拌2-3小时;
步骤三:聚再加入氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、增稠剂、二甲苯溶液,搅拌10-15分钟,然后加热至50-60℃加入山苍子油搅拌30分钟,降至室温得到成品。
本发明的有益效果是, 与现有技术相比,该防霉剂具有杀菌、吸湿的功效,可以改善物料的仓储环境,提高防霉效果。

实施例一:—种吸湿性能好的防霉剂,按各组份重量比包括:吡啶硫酮盐50份、苯酚15份、肉桂醛20份、五氯酚钠50份、滑石粉55份、无水乙醇4份、山苍子油10份、氢氧化钠5份、次录酸钠10份、聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯5份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份、羧甲基纤维素2份、二甲苯溶液100份。
—种吸湿性能好的防霉剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:反应釜中加入吡啶硫酮盐、苯酚、肉桂醛、五氯酚钠、滑石粉、无水乙醇、山苍子油、次录酸钠,加热到60℃,搅拌30分钟;步骤二:将反应物冷却至25℃,放入氢氧化物,搅拌2小时;步骤三:聚再加入氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、增稠剂、二甲苯溶液,搅拌10分钟,然后加热至50℃加入山苍子油搅拌30分钟,降至室温得到成品。

实施例四:—种吸湿性能好的防霉剂,按各组份重量比包括:吡啶硫酮盐50份、苯酚20份、肉桂醛20份、五氯酚钠50份、滑石粉55份、无水乙醇4份、山苍子油15份、氢氧化钠8份、次录酸钠12份、聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯8份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份、羧甲基纤维素4份、二甲苯溶液100份。

1.一种吸湿性能好的防霉剂,其特征在于,按各组份重量比包括:吡啶硫酮盐50-60份、苯酚15-20份、肉桂醛15-20份、五氯酚钠50-60份、滑石粉55-65份、无水乙醇4-10份、山苍子油10-20份、氢氧化物5-10份、次录酸钠10-15份、聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯5-10份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3-5份、增稠剂2-4份、二甲苯溶液90-105份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的—种吸湿性能好的防霉剂,其特征在于,所述氢氧化物为氢氧化钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的—种吸湿性能好的防霉剂,其特征在于,所述增调剂为羧甲基纤维素。
4.一种吸湿性能好的防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:反应釜中加入吡啶硫酮盐、苯酚、肉桂醛、五氯酚钠、滑石粉、无水乙醇、山苍子油、次录酸钠,加热到60-80℃,搅拌30分钟;
步骤二:将反应物冷却至25℃,放入氢氧化物,搅拌2-3小时;
步骤三:聚再加入氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、增稠剂、二甲苯溶液,搅拌10-15分钟,然后加热至50-60℃加入山苍子油搅拌30分钟,降至室温得到成品。
