For example, if the logistic object is an express package, the sending information of the package, such as the name, address, telephone number, etc. of the sender, and the name, address, telephone number, etc. of the recipient, can be obtained based on the express bill number. Other logistics object information such as the transportation stage of the logistics object can be obtained. And then determining the communication number of the second communication terminal corresponding to the second user according to the logistics object information.
In one embodiment, the first user may indicate that the second user corresponds to the second communication terminal when operating on the container device, and the call request may carry the communication terminal information of the second user, thereby determining the second communication terminal. In another embodiment, the second user may also be determined based on a transportation status screening of the logistic object.

After the voice call of the first communication terminal is connected and the voice call of the second communication terminal is connected, the voice call of the first communication terminal and the voice call of the second communication terminal can be placed in the same voice interaction environment, so that the voice interaction of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal is realized in the voice interaction environment. The voice interaction environment refers to an environment capable of realizing voice interaction of communication terminals, for example, a communication link constructed by two communication terminals, and other communication terminals can be inserted into the communication link; in another example, the voice interaction environment is an environment similar to a teleconference, so that one communication terminal in the teleconference can receive voice data of other communication terminals, and voice interaction is achieved.
In the embodiment of the application, the voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal can be established under the condition that the terminal equipment of the first communication terminal and the terminal equipment of the second communication terminal are not actively initiated, namely, the communication of the two parties is realized under the scene that the other party is not called. Although the first communication terminal is used as a calling party, the terminal device of the first communication terminal does not essentially dial the communication number of the second communication terminal to initiate the interaction.
In one implementation, a communication proxy may be provided, so that the calling party may not directly call the called party, but may be implemented by the communication proxy, where the communication proxy may call the calling party (the first communication terminal) through the communication number of the first communication terminal, after the call is completed, call the called party (the second communication terminal) according to the communication number of the second communication terminal, and after the call of the called party is also completed, both communication terminals may be pulled into a voice interaction environment, so as to implement voice interaction of the two. In this method, messages such as voice data of both communication parties are transferred via the communication proxy processing.
The first user can operate the container equipment, the first user corresponding to the first communication terminal and the logistics object identifier are determined through the container equipment, then a call request is generated to the server, the call is initiated on the container equipment, the number of the second communication terminal is not required to be queried by the first user, and the number is dialed on the terminal equipment of the first user, so that the efficiency is improved, and the error rate is reduced.
After receiving the call request, the server can take the communication terminal corresponding to the communication terminal information as a first communication terminal, then screen a second communication terminal according to the logistics object identification, establish voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, simplify interaction flow between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, and conveniently perform communication terminal interaction. And the server initiates the voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, and can monitor the interaction flow, such as recording, timing and other processes, so that investigation can be performed when problems such as disputes occur, and better experience is provided for the communication terminals.
In the field of express logistics, an express delivery person needs to contact with a receiver when delivering the express delivery person and is characterized in that the express delivery person agrees to place the express delivery package into the express delivery cabinet.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are shown as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments. A communication terminal determining module 604, configured to obtain communication terminal information and a logistics object identifier from the call request; and determining a first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information, and determining a second communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object according to the logistics object identification.
And the call establishment module 606 is configured to send call establishment requests to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, respectively, and establish voice interactions between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
In summary, the service end can receive the call request of the container equipment, determine the first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information of the call request, and correspond to the second communication terminal according to the determined logistics object of the call request, and then can respectively send the call establishment request to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, so that the voice interaction of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal can be automatically established without actively dialing the call by the first communication terminal, the interaction flow of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal is simplified, and the communication terminal interaction is convenient.
Referring to FIG. 7, there is shown a block diagram of an alternative embodiment of a data processing apparatus of the present application, which may include the following modules in particular:
A request receiving module 602, configured to receive a call request.
A communication terminal determining module 604, configured to obtain communication terminal information and a logistics object identifier from the call request; and determining a first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information, and determining a second communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object according to the logistics object identification.
And the call establishment module 606 is configured to send call establishment requests to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, respectively, and establish voice interactions between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
Wherein the communication terminal determining module 604 includes: a first communication terminal determination submodule 6042 and a second communication terminal determination submodule 6044, wherein:
the first communication terminal determining submodule 6042 is configured to query according to the communication terminal information, and determine a communication number of the first communication terminal.
The second communication terminal determining sub-module 6044 is configured to determine the logistics object information according to the logistics object identifier, and determine the communication number of the second communication terminal according to the logistics object information.
The second communication terminal determining submodule 6044 is used for determining the transportation state of the logistics object; and screening a second communication terminal from the logistics object information according to the transportation state, and acquiring the communication number of the second communication terminal.
The call setup module 606 includes: a call submodule 6062 and a setup submodule 6064, wherein:
a call submodule 6062, configured to send a call setup request to a communication number of the first communication terminal with the first communication terminal as a calling party; and taking the second communication terminal as a called party, and sending a call establishment request to the communication number of the second communication terminal.
And the building sub-module 6064 is used for placing the voice call of the first communication terminal and the voice call of the second communication terminal into the same voice interaction environment after the voice call of the first communication terminal is connected and the voice call of the second communication terminal is connected.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the present embodiment further provides a data processing device, which is applied to container equipment of a container system, for example, in the field of logistics, where the container equipment includes an express delivery cabinet.
With reference to FIG. 8, a block diagram illustrating another embodiment of a data processing apparatus according to the present application may include the following modules:
the information determining module 802 is configured to determine communication terminal information of a first communication terminal and a logistics object identifier of a logistics object, where the first communication terminal and the logistics object have a corresponding relationship.
The request module 804 is configured to generate a call request according to the communication terminal information and the physical distribution object identifier, and send the call request to establish voice interaction between the second communication terminal and the first communication terminal corresponding to the physical distribution object.
In summary, the first communication terminal may operate the container device, determine the first communication terminal and the logistics object identifier through the container device, and then generate the call request to the server, so as to initiate the call on the container device without querying the number of the second communication terminal by itself, and dial the call on the terminal device by itself, thereby improving the efficiency and reducing the error rate.
With reference to FIG. 9, a block diagram illustrating an alternative embodiment of a data processing apparatus according to the present application may include the following modules:
the information determining module 802 is configured to determine communication terminal information of a first communication terminal and a logistics object identifier of a logistics object, where the first communication terminal and the logistics object have a corresponding relationship.

The embodiment of the application also provides a non-volatile readable storage medium, in which one or more modules (programs) are stored, where the one or more modules are applied to a device, and the device can execute instructions (instructions) of each method step in the embodiment of the application.
Embodiments of the application provide one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause an electronic device to perform a method as described in one or more of the above embodiments. In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment comprises container equipment such as self-lifting cabinets, terminal equipment of the container equipment, communication terminals, servers and the like.
Embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as an apparatus for performing a desired configuration using any suitable hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof, which may include container devices such as self-lifting cabinets, terminal devices for container devices, communication terminals, servers, and other electronic devices. Fig. 10 schematically illustrates an exemplary apparatus 1000 that may be used to implement various embodiments described in the present disclosure.
For one embodiment, fig. 10 illustrates an example apparatus 1000 having one or more processors 1002, a control module (chipset) 1004 coupled to at least one of the processor(s) 1002, a memory 1006 coupled to the control module 1004, a non-volatile memory (NVM)/storage 1008 coupled to the control module 1004, one or more input/output devices 1010 coupled to the control module 1004, and a network interface 1012 coupled to the control module 1004.
The processor 1002 may include one or more single-core or multi-core processors, and the processor 1002 may include any combination of general-purpose or special-purpose processors (e.g., graphics processors, application processors, baseband processors, etc.). In some embodiments, the apparatus 1000 can be used as a container device such as a self-lifting cabinet, a terminal device of a container device, a communication terminal, a server, and the like in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 1000 can include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., memory 1006 or NVM/storage 1008) having instructions 1014 and one or more processors 1002 in combination with the one or more computer-readable media configured to execute the instructions 1014 to implement the modules to perform the actions described in this disclosure.
For one embodiment, the control module 1004 may include any suitable interface controller to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) 1002 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with the control module 1004.
The control module 1004 may include a memory controller module to provide an interface to the memory 1006. The memory controller modules may be hardware modules, software modules, and/or firmware modules.
Memory 1006 may be used to load and store data and/or instructions 1014 for device 1000, for example. For one embodiment, the memory 1006 may include any suitable volatile memory, such as a suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the memory 1006 may comprise a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR 4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, the control module 1004 may include one or more input/output controllers to provide an interface to the NVM/storage 1008 and the input/output device(s) 1010.
For example, NVM/storage 1008 may be used to store data and/or instructions 1014. NVM/storage 1008 may include any suitable nonvolatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable nonvolatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drives, and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drives).
NVM/storage 1008 may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which apparatus 1000 is installed, or may be accessible by the device without necessarily being part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 1008 may be accessed over a network via input/output device(s) 1010.
Input/output device(s) 1010 may provide an interface for apparatus 1000 to communicate with any other suitable device, input/output device 1010 may include communication components, audio components, sensor components, and the like. Network interface 1012 may provide an interface for device 1000 to communicate over one or more networks, and device 1000 may communicate wirelessly with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols, such as accessing a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc., or a combination thereof.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1002 may be packaged together with logic of one or more controllers (e.g., memory controller modules) of the control module 1004. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1002 may be packaged together with logic of one or more controllers of the control module 1004 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1002 may be integrated on the same mold as logic of one or more controllers of the control module 1004. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1002 may be integrated on the same die with logic of one or more controllers of the control module 1004 to form a system on chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, the apparatus 1000 may be, but is not limited to being: a server, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a handheld computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.), among other terminal devices. In various embodiments, device 1000 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, the apparatus 1000 includes one or more cameras, a keyboard, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen (including a touch screen display), a non-volatile memory port, multiple antennas, a graphics chip, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and a speaker.
The detection device can adopt a main control chip as a processor or a control module, sensor data, position information and the like are stored in a memory or an NVM/storage device, a sensor group can be used as an input/output device, and a communication interface can comprise a network interface.
The embodiment of the application also provides a server, which comprises: a processor; and a memory having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes the processor to perform a data processing method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the application.
Embodiments of the present application also provide one or more machine readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, cause a processor to perform a data processing method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application also provides container equipment, which comprises: a processor; and a memory having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes the processor to perform a data processing method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the application.
Embodiments of the present application also provide one or more machine readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, cause a processor to perform a data processing method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application also provides a container system, which comprises: the server and the container equipment are disclosed. Be applied to the commodity circulation field, container equipment includes the express delivery from carrying the cabinet.

Claims (26)

1. A data processing method, applied to a server, said method comprising:
receiving a call request sent by container equipment;
acquiring communication terminal information and a logistics object identifier from the call request;
determining a first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information, and determining a second communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object according to the logistics object identification;
and respectively sending a call establishment request to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, and establishing voice interaction of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a first communication terminal based on said communication terminal information comprises:
and inquiring according to the communication terminal information to determine the communication number of the first communication terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining that the logistic object corresponds to the second communication terminal according to the logistic object identifier includes:
determining logistics object information according to the logistics object identification, and determining the communication number of the second communication terminal according to the logistics object information.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said determining the communication number of the second communication terminal based on the logistics object information comprises:
determining a transportation state of the logistics object;
and screening a second communication terminal from the logistics object information according to the transportation state, and acquiring the communication number of the second communication terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the call setup request to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, respectively, comprises:
taking the first communication terminal as a calling party, and sending a call establishment request to a communication number of the first communication terminal;
And taking the second communication terminal as a called party, and sending a call establishment request to the communication number of the second communication terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the establishing the voice interaction of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal comprises:
after the voice call of the first communication terminal is connected and the voice call of the second communication terminal is connected, the voice call of the first communication terminal and the voice call of the second communication terminal are placed into the same voice interaction environment.
7. A data processing method, applied to container equipment, said method comprising:
determining communication terminal information of a first communication terminal and a logistics object identifier of a logistics object, wherein the first communication terminal and the logistics object have a corresponding relationship;

and the call establishment module is used for respectively sending call establishment requests to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal and establishing voice interaction of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the communication terminal determination module comprises:
